The room itself is spacious, nicely designed and clean. Unfortunately the service was shocking. It is far from 5-star service, let alone the usual MO standards in other countries. We arrived at the entrance without receiving any warm welcome from the bell boy. No one helped with our luggages. The staff at concierge and their Italian restaurant failed to deliver friendliness and hospitality. Upon arrival, we asked the concierge to book the restaurant for our anniversary dinner. Let alone displaying normal manners, like saying congratulations, sir/madam it is reserved, the concierge lady just suddenly paused with a forced smile and told us “we are done”. At the restaurant, the service was even more unimaginable. The staff first gave us a normal set menu and then when we were going to order, another staff came and said sorry, that was the wrong menu and gave us Father’s Day menu. Apparently no one at the hotel would warn us it was ********* Father’s Day and the restaurant would only provide Father’s Day set menu. No wonder the entire restaurant was filled with noise. So we decided to leave the second we sat down. Well, they tried to charge for a bottle of water and asked us to keep half bottle of it as souvenir…… With this price, I would not recommend to book this hotel for Taipei.

For me, the price is high. Although it is not a popular location that everyone knows, this location is actually convenient to go to many places in Taipei City, and the distance from the MRT station is OK. There are convenience stores nearby and there are some dining options. Self checkin is very convenient. The room is small, but clean and the equipment is complete. It is no different from the photos provided on Trip.com. What you see is what you get. In winter, the air conditioner can turn on the heating mode, so don't worry about being too cold. However, people who are afraid of light and noisy are still recommended to bring their own earplugs and blindfolds. Outside the window is the main road. The window will still hear the sound when the window is closed. Overall satisfactory!

I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights as required by the ”3+4” quarantine rules. Overall it was a pleasant stay. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious but t the service is inconsistent. The first 3-4 days were great but it declined quickly after that. I paid in full for the room and meals two weeks before I arrived in Taiwan. However, they messed up my check out date and I had to call in the last 2 days for the quarantine meals to be delivered to my room. They also do not offer instant coffee or coffee machine in the room. Taipei has many good boutique hotels but they opted not to be quarantine hotels, so I only had limited quarantine hotel choices during my quarantine period. Otherwise, I would not have chosen this hotel.

In terms of price, 2-3000 is acceptable during holidays. The overall facilities are old and between two MRT Brown Line stations, especially close to Songshan Airport. The breakfast this time was a McDonald's wrap or sandwich, not a buffet breakfast. The buffet breakfast should have been canceled a long time ago.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights at the beginning of our trip and stayed 2 more nights at the end of our trip. The hotel was clean and had friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. All in all very cost-effective. Good location, only 5 minutes from the subway. We were lucky that the room was on the 6/8 floor facing the main street. When we were in Taiwan, they helped us keep our luggage and arranged a taxi for us. It is very convenient to take the subway tour in Taipei buy a convenience card. Attractions: Sure recommend Taipei 101, Chiang Kai-shek Monument, boat trips to Macau and tea rooms, and trips to Tsim Sha Tsui. Elsewhere on the island, the Tailu Pavilion has great canyons and rivers and the Jiuwan Tunnel is not to be missed); the public transportation system is very convenient. The trains on the island are very efficient.

The location is pretty hard for walking from the closest MRT station with heavy luggages, but better with taxi or uber service. Even the hotel is a pretty close to the airport but I seldom hear the engine noise from the airplane. The hotel provided breakfast for me which is very convenient and delicious; including bread with jam, traditional ********* food and also coffee:). My room is on the sixth floor, the room had not much space but It’s still good for two people with big luggages. They provided soap, shampoo, toothbrush, mini toothpaste and also hair dryer too. The receptionist is friendly and polite and she can remember me and also reminded me not to forget the check out time. The location is near Taipei fish market and in the night if you walk pass by the public garden you will arrive to the night market which has a lot of food stores and also boba milk tea🧋.

The hotel is ok. It is also convenient to eat, drink and play around. The staff at the hotel is not very good. Say don't book at Ctrip. We obviously booked the room. Stayed for three consecutive nights, the waiter and valet parking service are very good. The Chinese and Western breakfast is simple and varied. Parking is limited, luckily there are spots. The water pressure in the bathroom is strong, so be careful when using it to avoid flooding the bathroom 😂 It is 400 meters away from Dongmen MRT Station, and the nearby Dongmen Market is very convenient to visit. Although it is not the most upscale hotel, it is very good to sleep, thank you for your care.

I chose the hotel due to its location. It is across the road from the museum, has a convenience store close by, plenty of food places, and a Metro station is just 200m away with the main railway station just 400m away. My room had wifi/internet and a bar fridge. I stayed here twice and was mostly satisfied. Better rooms are on the front of the building. The back rooms have no view and sound carries between them via a light well. English speaking by staff is mixed. They do have a left luggage facility if you arrive early or are departing late. Not all staff understand such requests.

I stayed for three nights. Recently, there seems to be no word of mouth posts, so I hope you can refer to it. As the past word of mouth, it's really dark throughout. I don't know the control of the lighting in the room, and I can open the curtain in the morning and finally work at the desk. The corridor is dim and in addition, there is only one elevator, and it is unbelievable that it is No. 1 in the tango in the Nakayama area. The room with a coffee machine was out of order. I gave up because I was troubled to go to the front desk. The hospitality in the rooms other than the lighting is the best, and I think it is the best hotel since Corona began to calm down and I can go to Taiwan. I was especially satisfied with the bathroom. There were plenty of towels. I like it many times, but I thought it was perfect for hotel life except for lighting. Meals are about a bonus. It was also dim here and it was difficult to confirm the product name. I never stay at a luxury hotel, but I feel that the breakfast level of a hotel in Taiwan has fallen recently.

This place was pretty good and seems to be in the middle of an upgrade. I was a little wary when booking because of some reviews so I should address my experience: Multiple reviews said they find the check in process to be complicated, especially for non English speakers. My experience was pretty straightforward. I was able to easily scan the QR code and get in touch with management, and they were able to conduct my check-in in English no problem. The hotel seemed to be called something different to what it was listed as on my booking though so this may cause confusion, but not a problem. Others also mentioned that the rooms are not cleaned frequently, but I saw housekeeping every day I was there, and I was given fresh bottled water daily which was helpful. The hotel also had maintainence staff arrive doing improvements so that's probably good too. Overall a good stay, I would use this place again in future.

First of all, the location of the hotel is hard to find. It is in a residential area and there is no sign outside. You need to ask at the front desk of Fengju Hotel. There will be staff to pick you up. The hotel is on the 7th floor of a business building. The room is big and clean. It is quiet at night. The wifi is powerful and the facilities are complete. Breakfast is at the restaurant of Fengju Hotel. The buffet is not bad. The location of the hotel is really good, 5 minutes walk from Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT station, so it is convenient to go everywhere. 3 subway stops or half an hour's walk to 101 Building, 1 station to Taipei Main Station, 2 stations to Ximending MRT, 3 stations to Songshan Airport MRT or 120 Taiwan dollars by taxi. It is also 2 stops away from the duty-free shop, and next to the hotel are Pacific Sogo and Sogo Sogo. The room fee is only 350. The price/performance ratio is too high. It is very convenient to go shopping and eat. I will stay here next time.

We booked Sheraton because of its location and name. We booked King Bed, but when we got there they gave us 2 Twin Bed and made a King Bed out of it. They gave us a King Bed room the next day. For Honeymoon we only got 2 small Teabags and 2 small teddy bears. Worst Honeymoon Amenities ever. Breakfast was ok. Good enough. Lobby was too crowded. This is a unique small hotel in Dadaocheng. The interior space is very well designed but not artificial. The layout of the old space is used appropriately in both public spaces and rooms. This time we stayed on the fourth floor, and you can see it when you come out of the room. The balcony of Dadaocheng Skyline is very suitable for leisurely drinking, chatting and relaxing. There is McDonald,7-11 and family mart. Also nice beef noodles. A-cai oil fried bao is located few doors down. A few vegetarian stalls around the hotel. Free coffee provided at lobby. U can top up water at the lobby. Service - friendly staff and polite. Room is clean but small. Staff provides a recyclable bag for us to use. Also note that lobby is small so the luggage deposit is in main lobby and not in a room (public area)

Highly recommended👍🏻 The hotel is located at the heart of shopping district besides MRT station. Lot of eateries nearby and the breakfast is good. They even serve free flow of snacks (assorted biscuits, mini pancake, etc.) after breakfast time. Really enjoyed the bubble tea from Orange Tea shop which is at downstairs only. Rich Garden is a well-maintained, well-run little hotel located just a few short blocks from the Ximen MRT station and the heart of Ximending. Our room came with a terrific multi-nozzle shower and a firm but comfortable bed. Breakfast was more than we could possibly eat. There’s a gym we didn’t use. Self -service laundry is free (including detergent). The staff is helpful, friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for luxe go elsewhere but if a well-located place to hang your hat is what you want you won’t go wrong at the Rich Garden.

Located not far from Taipei Main Station, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to Taipei Main Station. If you have time, it is very convenient to go to the Ningxia Road Night Market in the evening, and the night market is just across the intersection. Environment: Not far from the night market and other shops. Facilities: so-so, and many places are dilapidated, and the wallpaper is cracked. The room was very small with no room to move after a queen bed. RMB 350 for a weekday stay is not bad, but RMB 560 for weekends is a bit high, and the price/performance ratio is low. Service: There is no service at all, and the attitude of the lady at the front desk is not enough. Hygiene: Moderate, fairly clean.

The windows are a little dirty so it looks old-fashioned, but the other places were clean. The front desk is kinder and impressed. No problem except no toothbrush, no Wifi, no refrigerator. Hot water comes out in the shower. It is located on the 7th floor of the building, which takes less than 2 minutes from Matsuyama Station. After clearing customs in Macau, my first choice was to travel to Taiwan with my family. Taiwan’s scenery is still beautiful, the food is delicious, and ********* people remain hospitable and polite! On the first day of this trip, we immediately went from the airport to Beitou and stayed in a hot spring hotel for one night. During the Christmas tourist season, I met people from Hong Kong and Macao everywhere in Beitou, which was very friendly. The hotel is in a very good location, opposite scenic spots, parks, many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and close to the MRT station. I stayed in a family quadruple room with my mother and two daughters. The room is spacious and the bathroom has a separate hot spring bath. It would be best if you place an auxiliary stepping chair in the bathroom in advance, because the shower area is the same as the hot spring pool. The location is very high and the pool is very deep. It is too inconvenient to get in and out of the pool. The TV remote control does not work well, and Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+ channels cannot be viewed. The check-in time was set at 18:00. I arrived in Taiwan on an early morning flight and arrived in Beitou at 13:30. With young children, I could only spend some time at the 7-11 downstairs of the hotel and the park opposite. The front desk staff was very nice, storing my luggage and arranging my arrangements. After checking in, I was given coupons for lunch, dinner and breakfast, and I was allowed to check in early at 17:00. I ate in the hotel restaurant. There was a children's playroom next to the restaurant. Although the place was small, my daughter had a great time. The front desk clerk helped me make reservations for restaurants in Taipei and called us a taxi out of Taipei. It was a great hospitality and I will stay here again. The ideal check-in time is 15:00. 😁

There are UBike available for rent when you get a Taiwan E-sim and register a UBike account. Cycle from hotel to Metro station only 5 mins. Hotel swimming pool, steam room, sauna room and hot water pool are very well maintained. Friend housekeeping, fitness Centre staff and front desk staff. Especially the female doormen, give clear instructions on how to get to metro stations and nearby eateries. Will stay at this hotel again when I visit Taipei. One last thing, guest room is big that can keep all my three 30 inches luggage’s.
