My stay at The Gates was very good! The cleaning, the facilities and the location were perfect. They offered a cookie as a welcome that was fantastic! Just two things that didn’t happened as planned was the 35 dollars resort fee per day that I didn’t realize that I was supposed to pay and that the room’s door doesn’t work properly and left me outside of the room for an hour. But, as a compensation, they aloud me to stay an hour later at the check out.

Hahah 🤍 🔺 there’s 2 pools which has AMAZING VIEW to the beach on the rooftop pool🥰 🔺The access to the barrier-free facilities room is also very convenient, and the room is very spacious 🔺 Excellent location on the busiest street👍🏻 🔺Bicycles are available for rent 🔻 Because it is close to the street, the noise of rooms facing the road may be slightly louder on weekends (but the scenery is really beautiful🥰)

San Juan was extremely accommodating. Due to rowdy out of control spring breakers Miami Beach completely closed down come 8pm every night. We found no point of staying in Miami due to these outside circumstances. We explained this to the hotel and they allowed to check out early with a refund for the remaining days. This was excellent customer service. I highly recommend staying at San Juan hotel.

It's the second time I've stayed~ the overall feeling is very good! My favorite hotel in Miami. There is nothing to say about the service, sanitation and aesthetic scenery. Praise praise praise. The restaurant is the barbecue of Francis Mallmann, the Argentine chef. It is worth a try. There is also an omakase that can be reserved. The ingredients are very fresh and creative.

the location is good. checking in was ok other then you have to pay for parking in the garage. we had to change our room two times. doing to the fact the bathroom every time we took a shower water got every where and we had to keep cleaning it then mold in the bathroom. then the next room ac didn't work . then day of check out when check out was at 11 we left to go get breakfast and when we came back it was around 9:45am and they were cleaning out our room and felt like we were getting pushed out. i wasn't happy about it at all. the pictures they have of the hotel isn't their hotel it's the hotel next door.

This large room without a front balcony has a sea view and does not match the booking conditions. I feel very uncomfortable! Communication is difficult due to the lack of language, as if cheated! We ca n’t understand that such a large hotel has a total of 16 floors and many sea-view rooms. It is estimated that there are nearly 60 same rooms, but we will arrange the worst room for you. If you want to change it, there is no, anyway. The money has already been paid, and it will not be refunded to you. I can't live with it. I can't understand it. It is recommended that domestic guests do not book this hotel.

Service was good except when we called to have someone take as look at the door that wasn’t locking and we needed to leave soon. I had to go downstairs after the call we made and waited a long time for my turn. Finally when it was my turn the person told me he knew about the door but hadn’t been able to check so I told him to change my room because we were running late, and he did.  There were no toiletries at all whatsoever.  The parking is too expensive. As with other hotels, motels and inns etc, it should be included.  Other than that the first person to was extraordinary nice and helped me out.

Super beautiful and fine location. We had our beautiful spacious room at the front of the hotel and enjoyed every day of the lively in the street. It was ‘night and night beautifully calm and the room was super and the bed beautiful. We found it a great hotel with lovely people at the reception as well as the cleaners and portier(s). Breakfast we have used in the nearby Blue Lavender Café & Market. Thank you for your good stay.

The location is absolutely first class! The Lincoln Street, across the street, is bustling. Across the street from the beach! The level of luxury should never be compared to domestic hotels. For an extra charge of 22 knives, bring two cocktails or a beer in the courtyard or under the porch for romance. Standard American hotel breakfast Hotel parking 80 knives. Go to the 16-story large garage next to the parking for 24 hours and 20 knives.
