The hotel does its job adequately with no surprises. Rooms are pretty large for Hong Kong at this price point and it’s conveniently located near exit C quarry bay station. A few refreshes are definitely needed in a certain areas : TV should be replaces with one that has smart functions or supports screen mirroring, carpets hide a lot of dirt and should be replaced with modern floor boards. Suggest everyone to bring their own toiletries as almost none is provided.

Convenient for get to places with the easy access to transport. Room is abit small though but is clean and comfortable. Could see abit of the sea view. Love the breakfast. Will probably stay here again.

I had a short trip to HK and travelled cheap This hotel provided the basics which I needed. The location is good I stayed in room 1307/ standard double room for 5 nights. The stand out point of the hotel was the service, the guy at reception Andy should be commended on his great services ensuring everything is okay with his clients. If you're a solo traveller looking for a cheap place to sleep around the North point area of HK this is a good start. Shout out to Andy😬

The hotel positions itself as a 4-star hotel, but it's evident by all accounts that it's 3-stars at best. The swimming pool is under construction, the furniture is really old, windows are dirty. There were also some reusable plastic sticks for mixing sugar in the room - I think they look very unhygeinic, better use disposable ones. Breakfast is meagre but passable. The location, though, is normal, with a metro station within 5 minutes of walking. Probably there are better options for that price in HK. I think this hotel is way below the standard of Ramada hotels.

Check out is earlier than other hotels @ 11am. Room is rather small but functional and good for 1 person. Hotel is new and clean. Staff at the reception are friendly. Unable to sleep as the aircon is very noisy and somehow the pillows are either too hard or too soft. Toilet is very very small and difficult to move around. They have cups but not tea spoons. Requested for it but they don’t supply. Location so-so, among residence and wet market.

The hotel is quite central in location. There’s Starbucks next to it. However there are a lot of stairs and is not accessible to individuals who could use ramps, like travellers with large suitcases or disabled. There’s steps leading to the check-in lounge, steps to go up to the lifts and from the lifts on each floor to the rooms. The room is clean and of a good size. However, mine is right next to the main road and is very noisy. At night, there’s a low ringing noise that came in every 10s - I couldn’t get a good night sleep at all. The housekeeping is ok - but they missed some items after they cleaned up the room - they did not replenish the slippers, the toothbrushes, and the bath essentials. One of the towels had a lipstick mark on it. I had to go to the front desk to get them, but the front desk is very helpful. On the last day when I wanted to check out, the front desk personnel is missing and I had to wait about 15min for the person to return.

It was an wonderful accommodation. Clean & quite room, Great location, kind staff. They offered all that they could do. We kept the luggages for all day after check out. We liked the location. It is close to the market, metro station, bus stop, all. Haha Only one uncomfortable thing is too cold to me. However i dont want to complain of that. Housekeeping: Very polite staff who keep the place really clean. Reception: Very polite and very fast. I emailed them before my arrival and received a reply instantly. I emailed them at 1am during my stay and received a reply instantly. Incredible service. Concierge: Impressive young staff. They anticipated my needs and acted on it before I even utter a word. And they have excellent knowledge of the area and HK to give us very accurate information and direction. My wife and friends say ”this is the hotel we will stay again when we come back to HK.”

Location is my number one concern when I decide to choose Youth Loft for my stay in HK. Got a very cheap room. So assumed it would be small, but it was by ChungKing mansions standards huge. Bathroom was probably the biggest I have seen. Bed was a double bed. There is not much view given you are facing towards an internal light well. Also facilities all worked very well, with hot water on tap anytime you wanted and shower was powerful. Only drawbacks were the facilities looked a little old and I made the mistake of not keeping the extractor fan on in the bathroom on the first night and a smallish creep crawley was waiting for me in the sink the next morning...so keep the extractor fan on and I had no issues for the rest of my two week stay. There was a kitchen and hot water and coffee all provided. Staff friendly and helpful. I could not get the microwave to work on all occasions but other guests did not seem to have the same problem with it? So for the money it was excellent value.

My wife and I really loved the stay at EATON, the location was really convenient, so many transit options and good access on foot to the neighbourhood around Mongkok and Temple st. The room was really cosy and everything was well thought out. Loved the atmosphere of the food hall too, it is a bonus to have such great quality of food stalls right at the hotel before heading out to explore in the afternoon. Definitely make the effort to take the star ferry to enjoy the harbour views too. Highly recommend the Eaton and will definitely return next time heading back into HK. The view isn’t particularly impressive but the room was spacious with basic amenities all in place. Requested for late check out the next day and the staff was accommodating. One thing that the hotel must pay attention to is the cleanliness of the bathroom. The bathtub wasn’t cleaned thoroughly as there’s ********** right in the bathtub and stains on floor. We booked the exquisite room for the much needed space and because we are a family of 2A2C. It has a superb view of TST’s Nathan road and Haiphong Road. Heres what it consists: - 2 queen sized bed - bath amenities (replenished anytime you need them) - toothbrush set (for kids too!) - bedroom slippers for all guests - bottled water provided daily for all guests - room cleaned and bed made daily - toilet is a little small but expected as HK rooms are small to begin! - bed is a little hard to sleep but probably cos we are tired, we still slept pretty okay. Took us awhile to locate the hostel as it’s not as prominent as hotels around. The check in counter is at another building from where our room is. Location of hostel is super conveniently located right outside TST exit A2. Lady boss is super duper friendly and helped us with any queries we have regarding traveling around HK. She even bought packets of little treats for my kids to eat! Last day of our stay, we checked out and left our luggages at the counter, came back at night to collect them, couldn’t find our way to take the A21 bus. Lady boss got her friendly staff to bring us to the bus stop and provided us with water. 🥹 Never regretted choosing them for our stay and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a convenient location, especially if you have kids!

It's said to be a new hotel, but it's new in every aspect. But the service quality is terrible Even if I asked for an extra towel, they said I didn’t have one. The check-in process is completely inhumane What’s even more funny is that after checking out, I received a call from the hotel to check if I had checked out and when I would check out! ! !

Cheap and good value for money, if you want somewhere to sleep. Biggest drawback was the toilet was in the room next to the beds, so little privacy. Also headroom limited on the beds. Internet was a bit patchy. The receptionist was very helpful/friendly. I also got on the booking e-mail that I had to send in my Photo ID 4 days before checking in. I did not do this but the receptionist was not too strict about this.
