This hotel is nice just avoid the rooms located at levels 7 and below and city view because you wont be able to sleep due to the noises of the cars outside especially the ambulance that comes from the hospital located just across this hotel. The front of the hotel is always traffic thus all the cars passing there are either speeding or honking really loudly. We brought earplugs that can cancel up to 33db but it didn't work at all! The noise is still too much.

Smoking has to go to the first floor, At night I just wanted to go out to smoke when someone robbed me. There is no law and order here, there is no 24-hour front desk, and no security.

The check in was smooth despite last minute booking at late night. It's close to LRT Bambang and 1km from LRT Recto and near UST area, which was convenient enough. The hotel is newly renovated although the room size is small. Wifi works well in room. Shower room was clean. Bottled water and the RedDoorz amenities were provided. The only thing that annoyed me was a loud noise of the window-type A/C. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this new RedDoorz.

The facilities were just about complete! They had an elevator, pail, water dispenser, dipper, bidet. The aircon was good, the bed, pillows and blanket and comforter were comfortable and made for a nice sleep. They have a great location for the Binondo crawl and while I wanted to eat at the Fb go-to's, there were always a lot of people so better luck next time. The next day, they allowed us to place our stuff somewhere while we went to 168 Mall. And thank you for the tikoy!

THINGs to IMPROVE for me are.. 1. Sana madali silang kontakin, kasi i've been trying to call them like 50x thru phone and trip app pero walang sumasagot. May concern kasi ako sa booking ko. 2. Sana may tao sa drop off, like grabe kaloka, kailangan mo pang umakyat sa lobby (3rd floor) para lang kumuha ng cart at mag-ask ng help para sa gamit, may phone naman na available sa drop off kaso wala ding kwenta kasi walang nasagot. 3. Yung sa shower, pag naliligo ka lumalabas sa glass door yung water. 4. Aside sa toilet paper wala nang extra tissue sa sink. 5. Medyo mahabo at madumi yung ref. Other Note is yung swimming pool ay outside the hotel you have to pass through at maglakad sa mga guest ng ocean park ticketing booth - so kung mag-swimming kayo that is something you can consider But overall, nag-enjoy naman kami especially yung anak ko, he likes to look yung mga isda.

Stayed for two nights to easily explore Intramuros, Fort Santiago, Luneta Park and etc. They gave 2 key cards. Required PhP2k deposit, could be via credit card or cash. We love the A/C in the room but not the penthouse, where the breakfast buffet is. Speaking, the food is how I remembered before the great break for mankind in 2020. It’s simple and basic yet really I find enjoyable. We enjoyed their coffee. The view from our room was beautiful. Ours was clean and there’s no carpet which I like. And now I’m reminded how we were greeted with stinky carpet going to Rafaelle. By the way, this restaurant revamped its menu. In my opinion it’s not for the better. There’s also no way to do advance order. Even when declared that you’re staying at the hotel and a heart beat away. I gave my full name that could be verified with the reception. The return call was to turn down my request. It was composed of fragments of words, some phrases. From that call, I didn’t understand their reason for not agreeing. Anyhow, alert to Mommies and Daddies with hungry babe/s in tow. Quite unfortunate.

Stayed for one night. Location is perfect, just beside the Binondo church. Lots of restaurants and eateries nearby. Metro station is also around 800m away only. Room is clean, but the chair seems to be placed on a weird place and can block the way going to the other side of the bed. Airconditioner works very well and was very cold. Could have been better if air direction can be adjusted as you will feel the air blowing to your head. Bed is comfortable, but the comforter is too short and cannot cover your whole body. TV is nice and has lots of international channels, but brightness was a bit too dark. Strong shower water pressure and stable temperature Room wifi is not 100 percent stable. Hotel lobby is nice but a bit hot. Maybe the airconditioner was malfunctioning. Service is very good, and very friendly. Overall it was a good stay and a good choice if you want to stay within Chinatown, and would recommend!

The booking was fast, checking in on the first room which was in the 31st floor that we booked was slow we arrive around 2pm but we’re able to check in past 3pm. The first room we have was ok but the only complaint we have is that there are many cockroaches crawling in the wall, floor, kitchen and even in the bed. We have a bunk bed and under the mattress when I lay down I can see cockroaches crawling. I have to put cotton balls in my ear as I’m scared it will crawl inside my ear. The second room we check in on the 16th floor, we have no complaint at all it is clean and very comfortable. Staff was helpful.

An absolute 10/10! Exceptional cleanliness (They offer daily room cleaning, and you can request fresh beddings or towels). Fantastic location! (Plenty of dining options nearby, and everything is within walking distance. Plus, the LRT-Vito Cruz station is conveniently close). Outstanding service! (The entire staff is incredibly accommodating. 😍) Excellent amenities. Reliable WiFi! (While some rooms may have limited mobile signal, their WiFi connection is strong and dependable, especially in the lobby). It's no wonder their ratings are so high. We stayed here for two weeks and would have extended our stay, but they were consistently fully booked. The photos I uploaded are of the upgraded room with a private bathroom. Our initial room had a shared bathroom, which wasn't an issue at all as it was only shared between two rooms. Our stay was absolutely worth it; it truly felt like a home away from home. Large room (Superior King) which was clean unless you go looking under the fridge or bed. A very comfortable mattress and excellent bedding was provided. The shower was warm to hot and powerful. There was no view from the window which didn't bother us for the price. The tv had poor reception but we watched Netflix on our laptop using the hotel wifi. The pool was excellent although of expected moderate size for a roof pool. Loungers and seating was provided.

Yung room and service super okay. Ang problem dito eh yung parking nila, sobrang sikip sa basement. Pag SUV ang hirap na ipasok — may open parking naman kaso hindi mai-take risk kasi ang gusto eh iiwan ang car key sa parking attendant which is hindi okay at all. Sa parking lang talaga may problema dito, pero kung room and service pati food nila, super okay talaga.

When I arrived at the reception in Hotel Ava, I thought I need to show my booking confirmation. But the receptionist asked for my ID. I have a lot of baggage so it will be hard for me to find my ID. So I asked if I can show the picture of my ID. I understand that they don't allowed me. But the thing that I don't like is one of the receptionist on Oct. 31, 2024 around 10pm.. Said ”Walang booking booking dito”. I get irritated because they are not professional. Those ******** receptionists treat me as a scammer even I'm not. Luckily I find my ID after the rude comment from that guy. They are not friendly and not smiling to their guests. Not accomodating and ”mayabang”. But the staff who are assigned to give a pitcher of water are kind. I really appreciate their service.

Location is kinda hard to find since it is inside the streets, but there are a few restaurants nearby. Room is clean and spacious. However, there are no toiletries provided like soap, shampoo, toothpaste etc. Towel provided was only a thin one considering we are a couple that checked in. Told us that they'll replace it the next day, yet nothing came. Didn't try the free breakfast either even I booked with complimentary breakfast. AC or fan in the lobby would also be good since it's hot in there.
