Very good service, the food at the restaurant is specially good including the buffet and a la carte. The only problem is the housekeeping, which they moved my luggage to a place which is impossible to open it and I need to move my luggage back to the original place, placing the floor towel on my bed, and the worst is they moved my important document from the table top into a drawer which luckily I discovered before I leave the hotel. Other than the housekeeping, I am happy with my stay.

Stayed in full delight from the hotel! Staff very friendly and attentive, met and accompanied simply perfectly, helped in all matters . Very enjoyed the delicious kitchen, live music and stunningly beautiful waterfall on the territory. It was pleasant to surprise that when they left, they gave food and water to the road.

Everything related to the hotel is EXCELLENT.
Service, amenities, staff, food, location, cleanliness, room size, anything and everything is 10/10.
We stayed in the standard room, which has a balcony overlooking the valley. The view is superb.
Kudos to the hotel’s management, to make this an extremely memorable trip for us.

Stay was good. Service people was very polite and well behaved. laundry was not upto...the blanket had dust and we can feel it. As they said its a munnars budget pool resort, but pls don't take pool of spice jungle if it's in cold climate, because we can't use it because of too much cold water in the pool. And the half kilometre of road to this resort is like off road which is difficult for the new drivers. From€45

|0.9km from city centerIt’s a great property being so huge surrounded in a dense forest area, the rooms, service everything is amazing and the best part is even the food served. Being such a big resort, the service is top notch as whatever you ask for is serviced at lightning speed. The approach road was narrow but is properly maintained. Would definitely recommend it to fellow travellers

|4.91km from city centerOVerall a lovely hotel and super nice staff at reception. Rooms are very spacious and nice comfy beds.
Slight communication error when we asked for a tuk tuk and he took us to somewhere we hadn't asked & good job I has my google maps to recognise we were headed to wrong place!
Pool is lovely for a swim and nice to have complimentary drinks at 430pm too with a little snack, the games area upstairs was fun too but just very hot up there.

Gym, Kids Play Area and Landscaping were good.
