WIFI is not available all the time. There was no TV signals even though TV set is working. No point to place a TV set inside the room cuz can't be watch at all. Cleanliness is good. Hope the management of this hotel can improve of the facilities because it would be very bored to stay inside the room after checked without any connection to WIFI and TV set has no signal and can't be watched. VERY, VERY VERY POOR..!!! The shower comes with Heater and a very good water pressure which we find is very good facility when taking a very fresh shower. This facility is VERY GOOD. There's no water boiler in the room. A glass jar is provided. Have to bring the glass jar and water tumbler and to walk outside the room near to the lift to fill up hot and cold water from a water filler machine. The hot water is very fast running out and have to wait very long to fill up again. The condition of Air-condition set in the room is not serviced as the wind flowing out is not strong.

. / Few times i have been checked in this hotel. Because it is near to Attia Care Centre. The room was nice as a budget hotel. Amenities only have bath foam bath n shampoo. No tooth brush n toothpaste. The Sabahan front desk's staff was very friendly and still remember me as repeated guest.

Before check-in, have take a look at few rooms & noticed that most rooms are facing roadside. Receptionists have bad knowlegde of rooms that are not facing roadside due to the traffic noise & window not sound proof. Rooms on every floor with 07/09/11 series are not facing roadside. Air-con were strong but need servicing as most were dusty & has light cigarette smells. Technician took an hour to come but helpful. Poor pillow quality & bathroom shower need proper cleaning. Housekeeping staff are friendly. Surprise to see that there is swimming pool but booking website did not any picture/info. This hotel is about 3km to Pulau Ketam jeti. Most staff are frendly & helpful.

I am writing to provide serious negative feedback regarding the conduct and unhelpfulness of your Assitant Front Office Managerduring my recent stay on 16/12/2025-18/12/2025 for 3 rooms. I have stayed in this hotel since the official opening and enjoyed most of my stays here. My local associate will always made the bookings to save my hassles until July this year. I have also met many excellent staff all these years in this hotel but not this trip. My experience was defined by a profound lack of assistance at a critical moment, which significantly diminished my impression of the hotel. The core issues were as follows: Refusal to Assist with a Reasonable Upgrade Request: · The Situation: Upon check-in, I politely inquired about the possibility of an upgrade due to the assigned rooms are at the far corner of the building and need a squarish room to add an extra bed. The Front Office Manager dismissed the inquiry immediately with a flat ”no,” stating room types are fixed at booking. If I want a suarish room, I need to upgrade and pay an additional of Rm50 per day. There was no effort done but simply ask for additional fee to change the room type and Rm120 for an additional bed after the change. The tone was dismissive and transactional, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued guest seeking to enhance my stay. This contradicts basic hospitality principles of exploring possibilities to delight guests. There was a discrepancy in my booking details made through online. I requested the front office contact to clarify and resolve the issue, as they had the contract and authority.The assistant manager outright refused, stating it was ”my responsibility” to contact the agency myself. This is a fundamental failure in service. A key role of the front office is to act as a liaison and problem-solver for the guest. By refusing to make a simple professional call to a partner agency, the manager shifted all burden onto me, wasted my time during my vacation, and demonstrated a shocking lack of initiative and guest advocacy. It amplified a minor issue into a major frustration. This was not a minor service lapse; it was a failure of core front-office leadership functions: empowerment, problem-solving, and guest advocacy. The manager displayed a rigid, unaccommodating attitude focused on policy enforcement over guest satisfaction. Instead of being the ultimate solution-provider for the front desk team, the manager became a roadblock. After all the hassles, I requested my friend to book an additional room and pay around Rm480 instead of wasting my time with the unprofessional “executive”. To my surprise, the room is squarish instead of semi rounded as what the Asst Front office manager claimed earlier. On our check out day on 8/12/2026, my guest return their keys at the front desk but was told that there is any outstanding amount of around rm480 to be paid. This cause frustrations to my guest and embarrassment to me greatly. When I clarified with the front desk personally after receiving a call from my guest, I was told was their mistake as they have overlooked something after some checks. I expect this feedback to be formally addressed. The Front Office Manager requires: 1. Retraining in empathetic service recovery, upselling techniques, and the proper handling of third-party bookings. 2. Clarification of Authority: Managers must be empowered (and expect to use that empowerment) to make exceptions, make phone calls, and find solutions within reasonable limits. 3. A Shift in Mindset: From gatekeeper of policies to enabler of positive guest experiences. I expect a formal response from hotel management regarding the steps taken to address this serious service failure.

Book this hotel for its location for attending class nearby. The booking was easy with Trip.com at a very good price. Only street parking is available for this hotel. There are many different restaurants (Chinese, Western, Korean, deseert bar) and a few pubs around this area. Selected a twin-bed room with a window. The room looks clean and neat. Just the naminated flooring is not in good shape. There is a kettle with coffee and tea in the room, but no fridge. The toilet amenities are complete with body and hair shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, shower cab, and razor. All our daily hygiene needs are here. Hence, save the hassle of bringing it. The front desk staff is friendly too. Overall, I was happy with the booking and the stay in this hotel

1 of my favourite budget hotel in Klang & more than 10 times stay there. but for this time, it really disappointed me. 1st,aircond not really cool & soo noisy comes from that air conditioner. 2nd is the pillow sooooo flat. already ask staff to change or can give extra pillow but the answer is no. bit disappointed this time coz i already stay here many times with no big issues until this time😔

Rrosman/man1 of my favourite budget hotel in Klang & more than 10 times stay there. but for this time, it really disappointed me. 1st,aircond not really cool & soo noisy comes from that air conditioner. 2nd is the pillow sooooo flat. already ask staff to change or can give extra pillow but the answer is no. bit disappointed this time coz i already stay here many times with no big issues until this time😔

Before check-in, have take a look at few rooms & noticed that most rooms are facing roadside. Receptionists have bad knowlegde of rooms that are not facing roadside due to the traffic noise & window not sound proof. Rooms on every floor with 07/09/11 series are not facing roadside. Air-con were strong but need servicing as most were dusty & has light cigarette smells. Technician took an hour to come but helpful. Poor pillow quality & bathroom shower need proper cleaning. Housekeeping staff are friendly. Surprise to see that there is swimming pool but booking website did not any picture/info. This hotel is about 3km to Pulau Ketam jeti. Most staff are frendly & helpful.

The room is not ready during my arrival. I have to wait for more than 15 minutes for it. When I asked the steward, they responded to me with an annoyed and unfriendly attitude.
