I had a pleasant stay at this hostel and really enjoyed the overall experience. The staff were friendly and the service was great, which made me feel welcome. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent — fast and reliable, perfect if you need to work during your stay. That said, there’s a little room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and amenities. When I first entered the room, there was a bit of a fishy smell that could be addressed to make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, I’d recommend this place, especially for those who need good internet and friendly service, and I believe with a few improvements it could be even better.

This hotel evaluation is relatively small, specifically, let everyone refer to it. I placed the order in April, and traveled at the end of July. When I arrived at the hotel, I said that I didn't have my order. I was so nervous. I don't know if it is Ctrip or a hotel problem. However, when I sent a message to Ctrip, the processing speed was really fast. Soon the hotel owner received a Ctrip phone call and coordinated the arrangement. We booked two villas for a total of three nights. On the last night, when the villa was full, we arranged four other rooms for us. The villa we live in for eight people is OK, there is a refrigerator, there are two rooms on the ground floor, one bed for two meters, one bed for five meters, all with bathroom. The living room was not air-conditioned and it started to be hot. Later, the room on the bottom floor was opened, letting the air conditioner out there, it was all right, not too hot. On the second floor, there are two stairs to each room, one has a large bed, and the other has a bed of five meters and two meters. The room is large, the hangers are more, and the living is more comfortable. It is best to bring your own rope to the balcony to dry your clothes. There is a swimming pool in the villa area, and the children are very happy to go swimming every night. The villa is not in the same place as the suite. It is a few hundred meters apart. The villa is closer to the sea. The back door is the seaside. In the area where the sardines storm, walk to the left for five or six minutes on the back door. I have been to Mobao twice, once in February, when the sea was relatively calm, and the tide did not rise at 5 or 6 in the morning. This July, the waves were very big, and I almost never saw the shoal exposed in the morning. But it does not affect the experience of deep dive. Snorkeling is too much. The hotel owner is Chinese, and the people are really good. I booked another villa. When I originally booked, I wrote two rooms, each with a 2 meter bed. But at the time I saw that there was a bed that was very small. Later the boss changed to another villa. Opposite ours. After the change, the living room has air conditioning, but the decoration is not so luxurious. After the change, the first floor of the room, one meter five. A double bed room on the second floor on the stairs. On the other side, two small rooms, one meter and two beds, one meter and five beds, shared bathroom. For large families, booking a villa is better. On the other side of the villa, breakfast only has toast, eggs, luncheon meat, coffee, and you can eat it yourself. Will be sent to the villa. On the other side of the small suite, there is a restaurant, breakfast can also choose noodles or powder.

I booked this hotel after reading other people's reviews. I was shocked when I got to the room. The big bed was made of two mattresses. There was no mattress or quilt, just a thin sheet. When I asked for a quilt, they gave me a torn blanket. They said that was all they had. The sheets and blankets were also for singles. The air conditioner was a window type, which was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. The rain shower had its own ideas and didn't give you a good shower. The water heater was electric and it was hot and cold. Domestic guest houses are better than this.

We enjoyed our stay and diving at Turtle Bay Dive Resort very much. Although it was fully booked during our stay, we didn’t feel crowded, and no services were compromised. All the staff were helpful and friendly. For example, Dennis, the instructor, happened to guide all of our dives, and the manager took care of details before we even asked. It's worth paying extra to get away from the noise and crowds. The ocean view, fresh air, tranquility, good services, and convenience of diving made our trip much more remarkable. We've been diving in the Philippines for over a decade in several spots. It's our second time in Moalboal. Turtle Bay Dive Resort and Moalboal are at the top of our list. Thank you!

Everything is great! A quiet family hotel on the seashore. Yes, a bit far from the party scene, but we rented a motorbike for all the days of our stay, so we had no inconvenience. In the evenings we walked, 15 minutes maximum. We had dinner mostly at the hotel, the portions were huge for 3 people. We had a family room, very spacious. No TV, but we didn’t need it. Very good breakfasts, they always gave mango and something else, pineapple or watermelon. Coffee from bags, but despite this it was delicious! The juices seemed to me to be diluted bags, like Yuppies. The pool is clean, we enjoyed swimming in it in the evenings. The low tides are strong, like everywhere in the Philippines. It’s convenient that the hotel is on the seashore. We put on coral slippers, took masks and swam towards Panasgama, saw schools of sardines, two turtles. We went to White Beach on a motorbike, but we got there on the weekend, there were a lot of people. I liked swimming near the hotel the most. I recommend the hotel! Everything is great for its price.

Perhaps one of the best options in Moalboal, located not far from the beach with sardines and turtles. The hotel is modest, but well-kept, clean. You need to understand that this is not the promoted Boracay. The staff at the hotel is very friendly. It is pleasant to be there. I did not try breakfasts, I woke up very early and went to the beach before the crowds of tourists. For a short trip to Moalboal, this hotel is an excellent option.

Это домики в саду. Буквально. Просто фанерные домики, покрытые соломой, внутри есть типа шкаф из фанеры, стоит стол и две кровати. Большой плюс - есть небольшая веранда и бамбуковая лавочка на ней. Полное ощущение, что отдыхаешь на базе в фанерном домике. Пол - деревянный со щелями между досок. Куда-то постоянно бегут толпой муравьи. Приходит местная хозяйская собака Каби и с ним два плешивых друга (большинство собак на Филиппинах в лишае - не трогайте их руками). Мы просили у хозяйки тарелки и нож (резать манго). Также нам показали где кулер, из которого течет только горячая вода. Плюсы - довольно близко до моря и прочих баров, мы ходили прям в купальниках, чтобы не переодеваться. Прямо напротив домиков есть кафешка, наверное там можно позавтракать. Минусы, все довольно аскетично (мягко говоря). По утрам орут петухи и еще какие-то птицы, окна от шума не защищают. (А окон то и нет! Это еще один прикол - там стеклянные жалюзи вместо них). Соответственно весь шум от баров, а там постоянно кто-то воет караоке - ваш. Если приехали подайвить веселой компанией, то вполне подойдет. Отдыхать семьей и с ребенком - ну такое… лучше посмотреть что-то еще.

Because the earthquake kawasan was not sure about the opening time, the day suddenly said that it was open, and I left with my luggage. Unfortunately, I didn't snorkel here. The front desk can't book kawasan tickets, you can help call tutu, the hotel called tutu sent me 800 kawasan, a bit black. If you need to go to kawasan, you must find a travel agency in advance with Xiaohongshu and pick up and drop off! ! Very nice hotel!!! We were there from 30.04 to 5.05. Cozy hotel with polite and attentive staff. It is not very new, but everything is in good condition. The hotel is located on the 1st line, a restaurant with very tasty food and cocktails right on the shore, which adds to its romance. Here you want to spend time contemplating the water, the sky, and people’s lives. The hotel has a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a pleasant massage in a gazebo, etc. for an additional fee. Very green, with its own small beach. We lacked a kettle and cups in the room, but you can buy boiling water in the cafe, which a hotel employee will bring to your room. About a 30-minute drive away, we recommend visiting a conningere and spending 2 hours by car to swim with a whale shark, and you can swim with turtles and sardines near the hotel yourself or order an instructor. We had a great time!

Great hostel, it was small and had a family feel to it (like boutique hotel). The staff were amazing, very attentive and always had smile of on their faces. The Ensuite room was great, clean and modern. Location is a bit of walk to the touristy spot/ beach but the hostel offer a free shuttle service there and back every hour. There is also a nice and modern French bakery/cafe opposite the hostel. All in all, enjoyed my time here. Would definitely recommend!

This was our first time booking a room with shared toilet and shower. And it didn't cause us any inconvenience at all. The hostel has a nice common area, very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms. We took both available excursions from them and were also delighted with the organization (as well as the excursions themselves). The location is perfect. It's less than 10 minutes' leisurely walk to the beach with turtles and sardines. All the main establishments are on the way. If we are in Moalboal again, we will definitely stay here.

Nice resort near beautiful White Beach in Moalboal. Perfect for people who like lounging on the beach, diving, and/or want a stress free vacation in a resort. It’s about a three hour drive from Cebu City and about an hour away from the typical tourist attractions in Moalboal (hence 4 stars for location). They provide basic soap and shampoo so I’d suggest bringing your own toiletries. It’s better for the environment!

Facilities: Hot water shower and air conditioning are good. But there are no other facilities in the room, no kettle, no hair dryer. You need to bring your own kettle, or go to the front desk to get a cup and pour water. Hygiene: The room is cleaned every day, but the swimming pool is open 24 hours a day. I don’t know how to maintain it, so I didn’t dare to go to the swimming pool. Fortunately, it’s close to the sea, so you can just swim in the sea. Environment: Both entering and exiting require a long and rugged road. Close to the sea, you can go snorkeling. It's just a hotel, without any star-level services provided, and there is a service fee charged at the end. It is incorrect to list it as a top-ranked local four-star hotel on Ctrip. There should be more options. Service: Unlike the diving shops in Bohol, there is no safety officer here. We took part in the snorkeling activity, because we went with divers, the guide was not very enthusiastic. There is no introduction leaflet for the event to refer to. However, it is indeed convenient to go to see the sardines. You can just take a boat and join the activity to get there. No need to go around town. Special reminder: this fee is not deducted by Ctrip, you need to pay in cash at the store. There is a reminder in the order, please be sure to bring enough cash.

Great place to be. Amazing beach that’s called the Mushroom rocks. You can observe it during the stay. Amazing view from the beach or from the rooftop bar where you can see the other island, sea in all of its beauty. Aaaand don’t miss a chance to observe the stars out of terrace. It’s amaaaaaazing. Restaurant’s right on reception. The food is tasty, especially we liked spring rolls and Wild Orchid omelet. You can chose any table you like (right in front of the beach, on a cafe territory, the rooftop bar or the number balcony. Pool on common territory is wonderful. Clean, different depth, instagramly. But the best thing, there are no people or maybe few. Nice staff on reception and kitchen. Clear, comfortable room. Nice place to come back!

We stayed at Moalboal Tropics and were very happy with our choice! The hotel has a beautiful, green area full of palm trees and cozy corners. The pool is clean and large, with a fun waterslide for those who like a bit of action. There are also massage chairs — a nice bonus for relaxing after a day of exploring. Breakfasts are simple, not very varied, but everything is fresh, tasty, and filling — you definitely won’t go hungry. The staff are very polite, always smiling, and ready to help. Everything is clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi works well throughout the property. The hotel is conveniently located: close to the Gaisano Grand shopping mall and the bus stop for trips to Oslob and Cebu City. You can easily get to the sardine run and turtle beach by motorbike or tricycle — it costs around 100–150 pesos.

My boyfriend and I spent one week in Kasai village. It’s already been 7 months since we are back home but the hotel is worth receiving the review even after that amount of time. After a loving welcome on our first evening we decided to sign up for an open water diving course, which turned out to be the best decision. Since it was the beginning of the season the hotel was still quite empty and the two of us enjoyed a private course. Our diving instructor Tata was very experienced and highly skilled which made us feel safe at all times during the course. He made the theoretical lessons really interesting which made us eager to learn everything for our final test - which we in the end passed with good results ;) On our last day we wanted to show off our diving skills and booked a trip to see the whale sharks. After asking, Tata even agreed to be our private guide for the day! Thanks for that! We want to highlight especially the lovely restaurant-team. The staff was incredibly friendly and always asked us about our day without being annoying at any time. Our special thanks goes to Maccoy and Ranessa (I apologise for the bad spelling 😋) which almost made us feel part of the family. The resort itself is I credibly beautiful, right by the sea and a big outdoor pool area. Apart from that we enjoyed delicious local meals in the hotel restaurant. We highly recommend Kasai village for divers, wanting-to-be-divers but also for travellers that just want to enjoy the beauty of Cebu Island. Thanks to the whole team for a great experience that we will keep in mind for a long time!

Super super super. I liked everything. The location is perfect!!! 5 minutes to the beach, the main road with cafes, shops are also nearby, but here there is no noise from it. The mattresses are hard, comfortable, it is comfortable to sleep. The territory is beautiful, in the evenings we sat on the terrace, you can swim in the pool. The best value for money. I would come back here again with pleasure!!!!
