The hotel is very enjoyable, the location is good, the hotel is on the altitude, across the road there is a staircase on which you can go down to the city center, where the market is located, the supermarket, the car station with which you can reach Kochi, We did so, the bus goes from 7 a.m. every half hour to 19 a.m. In the hotel clean, bed linen is white, in 3 nights of stay it even changed, although we did not ask, staff were very kind, organized for two days a tour transfer to tea plantations, the Eravikula Reserve, the waterfall. The resort is situated in letchmi estate which is some 11 km away from Munnar…the location is alluring with lush green plantations around…a well made property spread in 17 acres with a restaurant and a leisure room with indoor games and library….there are few shades with tables and chairs for relaxing…the staff is cooperative and courteous….going at the top of property you can have a mesmerising view with clouds, hills and valleys all around…regarding the fooding breakfast was just okay however the ordered dinner preparations were good and we didn’t missed out on the taste…Network is a problem..only BSNL is available…you get few WiFi signals which just manages to keep you in touch with the outside world…the room size for deluxe category could have been bigger for the price they charge …in totality the stay was good…one can have quality time with a bit of cut off from the rest of the worldFromSGD 128

Superb tea gardens view from window. 8-10 cars parking, gated and guarded. Room is spacious but old and dirty at few areas. Food has mixed reviews. Chicken was hard to chew and soup was below average but manchurian, potato finger fries n parantha were good. Overall food all over munnar hotels is average. Linen was average. No ac in any room. Hot water available from only 6 am to 10 am f/b 6 pm to 10 pm strictly. About 1/2 km away from main city in a quiet place. We faced no water issue at 5 am. Property location is great as it is near to bus station, near to many food places also (as it does not have provide lunch and dinner). Breakfast was tasty and had 2-3 options. Amenities were good too. Services I have few things that they can improve like they did not provide tea/coffee bags in the room, they did not keep a breakfast menu near the breakfast place ( I had to ask them whether omlet is there or not), they was not contact for reception mentioned in the room. Room are very small but enough for one night stay. One more thing i want mention here that lift is not there. The location is just picture perfect . Rooms are good and spacious . The hiking trail which is a private one for the resort takes you to the best views of Munnar . Don’t miss it . Only improvement is hot water supply which does comes with lot of pressure . Also my room did not had AC or fan , while it was not needed , better to ask before you book . I will highly recommend this property

The hotel is very enjoyable, the location is good, the hotel is on the altitude, across the road there is a staircase on which you can go down to the city center, where the market is located, the supermarket, the car station with which you can reach Kochi, We did so, the bus goes from 7 a.m. every half hour to 19 a.m. In the hotel clean, bed linen is white, in 3 nights of stay it even changed, although we did not ask, staff were very kind, organized for two days a tour transfer to tea plantations, the Eravikula Reserve, the waterfall. Breakfasts were liked, in the hotel Indian food, everything liked, very polite and kind staff, especially a girl named Angel on dispersed.

It was a superb experience. The staff was super helpful. Our all needs were fulfilled. The restaurant was hygienic. Every thing was neat and clean. The pool was very large and very good. Everyone can of course book it. It will give us a very good experience of living in Munnar. you can enjoy Scenes is also very beautiful.

A nice restaurant g resort for family 1 day stay in munnar. they are available night also for any matter. they're very support. slightly expensive in restaurant I will not recommend that if don't have complimentary food try to eat from outside.
