Prepayment online was easy through Trip.com. Check in at the hotel was quick and all my questions were answered. Although no breakfast was not in my room package I was still charged a non-refundable amenities fee of 25. Not sure I have ever been charged a fee like that. The room was great and spacious. When I noticed the front desk of a water problem with the shower they said they would get on it quickly. We only stayed one night. Once your door closes, you hear nothing! Great sound barrier. Even with the hurricane looming, the grounds were nice. Restaurant on the grounds was nice and the food was good.From$50

We did not use the hotel resort facilities much, as we were in the theme parks most of the time during our stay. Therefore, I think the resort fees were too much to charge per day. They did not even clean our room every day. Check-in was very slow, and no consideration for upgrades for returning customers. The shuttles were too crowded, and it took too long to return back to the hotel. However, the location of the hotel was excellent for the airport and all the theme parks.From$117

I chose this hotel primarily for its shuttle service to Universal Studios, but the shuttle schedule was quite limited. They only offered shuttles *to* Universal in the morning and *from* Universal in the afternoon. The last return shuttle was at 8:40 PM, which is a bit tight considering Universal parks close at 9 PM – it would be much better if there were later options. Definitely make sure to book your shuttle times well in advance, otherwise you might not get the slot you want.
Breakfast had a slightly better variety than Drury's, with more fruit, but it still lacked vegetables.
I was pleasantly surprised to be able to check in as early as 11 AM. On the first day, we received two complimentary bottled waters, but none thereafter. When I asked the front desk, they told me to buy water from the supermarket on the first floor. However, on our last day, I managed to get some from a cleaning staff member – I guess she felt too awkward to refuse. My thanks to her!From$90

Receptionist named HELDA is a worst I ever encountered in my life .she was so inconsiderate rude the worst she threaten us to take out from the hotel premises I was with a 8 yrs kid and my wife . Heres the story we are tourist,I booked a hotel for 3 days(non refundable )I paid through one of my friends credit card . As hotel policy I had to swipe a physical credit $100 for (collateral)incase of anything damage in my room . Unfortunately I didn't have a credit card . I request her to keep a $500 cash instead( I understand hotel policy’ )But she was so so so rude wanted us to thrown out of hotel she kept saying cancel and find other hotel . I ask her to call a manager maybe manger could have an other solution but she dint even bother . Just said I can’t I won’t . We checked in around 7 pm with a gentleman that has a unique name should have told him to write it down I apologize but I hope you get recognition he checked us in and we were on our way to enjoy the resort unfortunately 3 hours later we noticed our ac not working and I told him about he said I'll said a tech when we came back in wasn't fixed so I called front desk and James answered apologizing about the situation and that unfortunately he couldn't do anything till the mornin, in the morning Zoe and Jillian helped my family with our extension and were able to move us to a more comfortable room with a working ac thank you all so much for going above and beyond we had a blast!! Stayed for a weekend with my children. The hotel is somewhat dated but very clean. It does have a restaurant of which we did not dine in and they also have a store to buy snacks and drink. It closes at 1 am which was nice. A very small arcade is on the grounds and the location to the theme parks are very convenient especially with the provided shuttle service. The front staff was very accommodating and provided all and any questions that I had. Take note that there is a $50 deposit which will be returned within a few business days depending on your banking institution. Overall I would say it’s a good hotel to stay for a weekend to take advantage of the proximity to IDrive, Pointe Orlando ( it’s literally next door and has a movie theater too with a bunch of stores and restaurants) and the parks.From$68

Overall we had an amazing stay at the Crowne Plaza. The front desk staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The wifi was good in the room and common areas of the hotel. The coffee bar was great to have on the ground floor. The gym was mostly clean. The base of the tread mills could be a lot cleaner. The swimming pool was very nice but I recommend going in the early mornings when there are fewer children at the pool. When requesting to have our room cleaned in the middle of the stay, there must have been a communication error with housekeeping. The front desk followed up and the following day our room was cleaned perfectly. The location is ideal for visitors of Universal Studios. The location is good for Disney World. The service is nice and the reception is always trying to provide us good service when we needed. The shuttle service is good. I worried a little before I checked in when reading the reviews about it, but it was better than expected. We took the shuttle everyday and we could always got it. Sometimes the buses came later, but only few minutes difference. The improvement could be made is the instruction for the shuttle service could be clearer. The bed sheets in the room always have a stinky smell from not drying. There are no toiletries in the room, so remember to bring your own. There are no slippers. There is a capsule coffee machine and two bottles of mineral water. It would be better to book a high floor if possible. There are no restaurants or supermarkets within walking distance, so you need to take a taxi. There are two restaurants in the lobby, which are almost never open. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, but since the hotel is spread out, it is convenient to get a room near the main lobby when checking in when taking the shuttle bus or using the restaurant.
Prices for food court restaurants are decent by US standards and the quality isn't too bad. There is also a shuttle to Universal Studios every 10 minutes, so it was convenient to use. It took about 5 minutes to go to Universal Studios by shuttle bus, and after getting off the shuttle bus, you have to walk through City Walk and walk about 10 minutes to the entrance of Universal Studios. The room was also well-maintained and tidy, but the heating did not work well in the cold weather in the room I stayed in. Housekeeping was well provided every day, and the response from the front desk via text message was convenient and satisfactory.From$145

We stayed at the Fairfield for our initial three nights of our fourteen day vacation. Check in was easy, plenty parking and room a good size and clean. Breakfast was good and varied.
We re-booked for our last four nights as we were impressed by the service, position and price.
We could use the pool of any of the three hotels in the Marriott Village. Our favourite was the Courtyard pool.

The hotel’s location is great, but being close to the road, the noise from music and traffic is very loud. Even though I stayed on the 20th floor, I could still hear it clearly. If you’re looking for a good night’s sleep, this might not be the best choice. Additionally, the bedding did not meet my expectations and wasn’t presented in an acceptable manner. Our family of six rented an Airbnb for 6 days but me and my youngest daughter wanted to stay for an extra couple of days; so we rented the room at the Rosen. It looked great in the pictures and I'm happy to report that it was even more beautiful in person. There are so many amenities and the food was excellent! I highly recommend the pulled pork nachos poolside from The Cattails Bar (by the way large enough for 3 people to share. Our room overlooked the lakes and golf course. What a beautiful view! I actually saw an eagle air diving into the lake for his meal! There were so many shady beautiful places to sit if you wanted to spend your time outdoors (which I did) and lovely seating inside if you needed to come in to cool off. The market is open 24 hours if you need a tasty snack or something to drink. Warning; the market is pricey but very convenient. If you want grocery store pricing, the Publix is a shuttle ride away and just a short walk across the street. I should have read the fine print the parking will be $28 a day if you self park. And though they say there are no resort fees; there is a fee for incidentals that I thought was quite hefty so be prepared to put this on your credit card temporarily. If I had had more time I definitely would have enjoyed the spa offerings. The staff was professional and very friendly. We would definitely stay here again and plan on doing so!From$116

This hotel is very good, the rooms are large and clean, the scenery is picturesque, the Italian food in the hotel is very authentic, and the boat ride to Universal Studios is full of scenery. The only downside is that the bottled water provided in the room is charged, but there is no notice, and it is directly deducted from the hotel deposit. After negotiating with the hotel, the hotel refunded this part of the water fee. This is the only hotel in Orlando that does not provide free bottled water.From$636

The game room includes a full size pool table, as well as 6 full size arcade games. This amazing house also has 4 fire places as well as 2 master bedrooms . We stayed in the off season and the service and food was just a great as it would be in the summertime. Cocktails were very good. All the pools were heated and they even had entertainment and activities in November! I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to enjoy a little pampering and relaxation ☺️

Therefore, I think the resort fees were too much to charge per day. They did not even clean our room every day. Check-in was very slow, and no consideration for upgrades for returning customers. The shuttles were too crowded, and it took too long to return back to the hotel. However, the location of the hotel was excellent for the airport and all the theme parks.

Our condo was clean, we didn’t get hounded by sales people, it was nice knowing you had to have a key card to get into the gates etc. pretty much a false sense of security I guess.
Some time between 8:30 our last night there and 9:00 the next morning someone decided to “key” my vehicle. Now, when I say “key” it let me specify by saying there are three specific lines from the headlight to the rear fender of my the drivers side of my SUV. It has three very specific “dips” and lines that were not a quick walk by. This was specific.
It’s very unfortunate that even though I was parked in front of the building there are no cameras covering the front of the bldg.
I’m waiting now to hear from the Security Office what, if anything, they plan on doing. Very disappointed that this would happen at a Hilton property.

What really made the stay special were the amenities: a tennis court, a clean and well-maintained swimming pool, and plenty of open space for kids to enjoy. The building is very secure, with keycard access and 24/7 security, which gave us great peace of mind.

I changed it, and a month later said that I had to leave the hotel for 7 days to stay again after 28 days. And there was no notice on the day, cancellation of the reservation. The attitude was outrageous and unreasonable. ** Manager's brains will not be flexible. A good hotel is soured by this group of management. Will not come here again. Next to cypress point The manager of Venezuela at the front desk is flexible, special things are handled, highly recommended!
