We did not use the hotel resort facilities much, as we were in the theme parks most of the time during our stay. Therefore, I think the resort fees were too much to charge per day. They did not even clean our room every day. Check-in was very slow, and no consideration for upgrades for returning customers. The shuttles were too crowded, and it took too long to return back to the hotel. However, the location of the hotel was excellent for the airport and all the theme parks.FromAU$165

We checked in around 7 pm with a gentleman that has a unique name should have told him to write it down I apologize but I hope you get recognition he checked us in and we were on our way to enjoy the resort unfortunately 3 hours later we noticed our ac not working and I told him about he said I'll said a tech when we came back in wasn't fixed so I called front desk and James answered apologizing about the situation and that unfortunately he couldn't do anything till the mornin, in the morning Zoe and Jillian helped my family with our extension and were able to move us to a more comfortable room with a working ac thank you all so much for going above and beyond we had a blast!! The hotel location is very recomended for you who want to go universal studio or go to the premium outlet. Dont forget you have to booked a bus to go the universal studio the day before, inside a hotel there is outlet for you to booked the bus. If you want to rent a car there also a rent car outlet inside the hotel. I go to premium outlet , walk to 10 min only. If using uber it cost you about CAD 9. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and the resorts is beautiful. If there’s only 1 minor thing we could point out, it is that the rooms have no real curtains. They have the window shades which u can open and close but they are not blacked out.

Our overall stay was fantastic! The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, and they even let us check in early, around 9 AM, without any extra charge, which was incredibly accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel. They offer daily turndown service and daily room cleaning, which is a big plus! Definitely recommend this place! There's a swimming pool, and the ambiance is great! Rooms need updating, door locks to and from the room and bathroom are hard to open. Odd to have fridge and microwave in the bathroom area. The double bed or queen bed....wow small when im use to a king, especially for 2 people. Check-in LONG wait!!! Requested extra pillows bc only 3 on each bed, housekeeping was on point and very attentive and had them within 10 mins. Parking was $10 a night. The 24 hour mini mart is not 24 hours. The coffee shop, coffee was good but doesn't open til 630am. The hotel breakfast was like $15 a person not including tax, 5 and under free with paying adult. Not a bad but not the best. The hard boiled eggs....they need to be boiled then put in cold water for easy peeling....these were far from easy to peal and made a mess. Odd you are limited to one juice per person at breakfast....why can't I have a small orange juice and a small apple....not a large orange juice. Would I stay again.... yeah. Overall we had an amazing stay at the Crowne Plaza. The front desk staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The wifi was good in the room and common areas of the hotel. The coffee bar was great to have on the ground floor. The gym was mostly clean. The base of the tread mills could be a lot cleaner. The swimming pool was very nice but I recommend going in the early mornings when there are fewer children at the pool. When requesting to have our room cleaned in the middle of the stay, there must have been a communication error with housekeeping. The front desk followed up and the following day our room was cleaned perfectly. The location is ideal for visitors of Universal Studios. The location is good for Disney World. Do note that it may smell a musty if you are very sensitive to smell. Because you are so close to the highway, it gets loud especially on pool side, but also for the location, you're not too far from downtown and the highway to move around orlando. My husband and I were attending a business meeting. We booked for one night only at $300 plus dollars and our room was on the sixth floor but facing the Lobby. We were not able to get any sleep because of the noise from the Bar which is located next to the check in. There was yelling and shouting well past 1:30 am. Not sure why they would put an open bar in the lobby. I would have asked to be moved but we were already in bed and didn't want to dress and pack up to move. The overall environment of the hotel has a Balinese style, with a pleasant aroma as soon as you enter. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
The guest laundry facilities were very convenient — they are located on the 4th and 7th floors of Towers 1 and 2, which made it easy to do laundry during our stay.
Another great point was that we were able to store our luggage even after check-out, so we could go to the parks and enjoy the day without worrying about our bags.
Most importantly, all of the staff were fantastic. Everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable.

The bed sheets in the room always have a stinky smell from not drying. There are no toiletries in the room, so remember to bring your own. There are no slippers. There is a capsule coffee machine and two bottles of mineral water. It would be better to book a high floor if possible. There are no restaurants or supermarkets within walking distance, so you need to take a taxi. There are two restaurants in the lobby, which are almost never open. There is one on the G floor, which has a good breakfast and is always open. There is also a coffee shop in the lobby. For reference only.FromAU$399

I booked this hotel over two months in advance. When I arrived at noon, my room wasn't ready, so I had to wait. I returned in the evening only to be told that the family room I booked wasn't available. They offered me a different room type at the hotel across the street instead. After a lengthy discussion with the manager, I was given a slightly larger twin room. Initially, they said I could move into my reserved room type the next day after someone checked out, but then they pushed it back to the third day. To top it off, I was overcharged by $55 upon check-out, which wasn't the tax amount listed on Ctrip. I'm still disputing it and regret not getting an itemized receipt when I left.FromAU$128

Good price and value. Good location in terms of being near the big attractions and walking distance to restaurants, including no less than 4 Indian restaurants. Very near LYNX bus stops, but be forewarned that the Orlando public bus is very undependable. Most of the staff are bilingual, and housekeeping is prompt and thorough.
On the negative side, the swimming pool is very busy, filled with children, and not very peaceful. On arrival, I got accosted by tour sellers and I was just too hot and tired for that. Security is somewhat heavy-handed, but at the same time, that did make me feel safe. The door lock on my room was finicky, and it often took multiple attempts to get in, and I didn't drink on this trip. The restaurant is okay but isn't open very late. When I dropped in to make sure they were still open at 8:15 the young lady at the front said yes, then when I was walking back to my room to change shirts to come back and dine, she sent a customer to run after me to say they were closed. I didn't eat in the restaurant after that rude experience.
Note that there are half a dozen Rosen hotels in Orlando, with very similar names. This makes it hard to use Google Maps for directions and confuses Uber and Lyft drivers.FromAU$101

The hotel is a resort, you can just stay in the hotel, purely for vacation, the hotel has many recreational facilities, there is a golf course with a large lawn, a water park, a hotel lobby, the rooms are grand, the rooms are large, the bed in the upper room is big enough for two adults to sleep, breakfast can be self-service or a la carte, standard American. This hotel is very good, the rooms are large and clean, the scenery is picturesque, the Italian food in the hotel is very authentic, and the boat ride to Universal Studios is full of scenery. The only downside is that the bottled water provided in the room is charged, but there is no notice, and it is directly deducted from the hotel deposit. The family room comes with a 80" led tv as wells as a large leather sectional sofa with electronic recliners. The living room has a 65" tv with 3 sofas and tables. The game room includes a full size pool table, as well as 6 full size arcade games. This amazing house also has 4 fire places as well as 2 master bedrooms . The first master bedroom includes a walk-in closet, fullsize bathroom with separate tub and shower with 60" tv. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with dresser, nightstand and 42" tv.
