Our stay was an amazing experience. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful.
This is my third time booking this hotel, and I will definitely continue to come back. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Dragon Mall where most government offices such as NBI and Passport Renewal are located. It is also close to Baclaran Church, as well as 24-hour shopping and food spots.
It only cost me 100 pesos by Grab from MOA to the hotel.
We extend till 1pm cos my son love to swim at the pool.

Location wise ok, many things building around. Its in progress.
The bathroom, you shower 3minutes, the whole bathroom is flodded, fell down 2 times, due to slippery and flodded drainage. If tiles are humid, not wet they are especially slippery. Get some antislip things on ground and fix the drainage!
Same goes for the sink, it doesnt drain the water, but still its not like the shower where you use 3 minutes+

We booked breakfast also. Big variety, but everything garbage. For example adobo super salty, sushi full of mayo, all things are drenched in oil. Again. I loved the big variety, but as a european and as a filipino citizen, we didnt like most on the buffet. For example in other hotels less expensive and less stars you get more variety of good food. Here you have 2/3 containers of cornflakes, same brand/type. Coffee machine is only option or sweetened drinks. Had a hard time finding tea choices, had to ask the staff.

My overall experience was just fine. It was my first time booking an IHG hotel, and I sent a special request that unfortunately wasn’t granted — or maybe just forgotten. On the bright side, I did get to enjoy the late check-out perk, which I appreciated.
Breakfast was okay, but not something I’d particularly look forward to having again.
In our room, the left bedside lamp wasn’t working, and while the other lamp functioned, its protective cover was already shattered, which was a bit disappointing to see.
Check-out was smooth and quick. The staff simply confirmed that payment was settled and let me drop off the room keys — they didn’t even check the room anymore! 😅

Our stay was nice overall, but the streets outside were a bit rough. The lift wasn’t working, though the staff were very helpful and carried our luggage upstairs. They were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were okay although we did spot a lizard when we first arrived. The stairs felt a bit unsafe, and I almost slipped near the top. I wouldn’t recommend this place for children under 5, as the stairs could be dangerous, and there are gaps at the top where little ones could potentially fall. Not my first stay at the Marriot but it was, for a stay with lounge access. It didn’t disappoint.
As usual, staff at reception/check-in were very helpful. There was a slight mix-up coz I paid for 3 pax breakfast while only 2 was reflected in their system. It was corrected right away by showing my confirmed booking details.

If you're looking for a room that has a little bit of everything, then this is it! The condo is situated close to Mall of Asia, a 5-10 minute walk. The condo itself has a hot water shower, washing machine, microwave and electric stove, fridge and freezer and a smart TV. There is a double bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room, I would say this unit is good for a maximum of 3 people. The property also has 5 swimming pools that can be used at a rate of 150 pesos per person per day, just contact the host for the day pass. The unit was clean and tidy and clean towels were provided along with shampoo and soap. The building also has various stores and restaurants located on the ground floor.
The host was very accommodating, allowing us to check in one hour earlier than the scheduled check in time. She was very responsive to messages via WhatsApp, and even messaged a few times to see how we were enjoying our stay. The hot water kettle did not work upon arrival, and this was replaced within 10 minutes of me messaging the host. Last but not least, I found the cost to be fair considering the location. Pros for this place:
Pricewise, it's more affordable than getting a hotel if you want a location very near MOA.
The place also has several 24hr convenience stores, atm, bakery and asian restaurants nearby.
Got beddings, towels, wifi, and some basic household appliances to use. (Fridge, washing machine, cooking wares, dining wares).
The place feels safe, with very visible and competent security staff.
Downside during our stay was:
They should update the phone number to contact the person in charge. Also which SM Sea Residences Tower the room is located (Tower C).
We arrived at the place at 1:06pm, informed them by sms and called the number indicated, and we were expecting to go in the room by 2pm. But the place was available at 2:40pm.

Rooms are standard quality, we liked the privacy despite being placed close to the buffet room. We actually enjoyed that we were assigned to the same floor as the buffet room so we can go there as early as it opens lol. This is our second time staying here and we really enjoyed the places around it. We needed to be near the SMX and it was below P100 for the grab fare. Plus, other restaurants were walking distance, like this mall with S&R in it, then to the other block we found an Orange Bucket restaurant with very good seafoods.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. The first thing I request was a fork and knife to have my lunch the hotel brought me a spoon and fork. The second main concern was that there was no hot water. I contacted the hotel and trip.com they tried to fix the water but unfortunately this was not possible. The AC was ridiculously high that I left my -10 degrees weather back home to get to philliphines to enjoy the summer but was disappointed that I couldn't. When I enquired i heard it was because of the christmas decoration that would melt cause it was done from icing sugar. The hotel manager Aiza tried her best to accommodate us and upgraded our room type. At that time she got the engineer to check the water and it got to Luke warm but the next day the water was cold again. The hotel acts as though they are up to international standards but that's not the case. They don't allow room billing unless you ask and it comes to a shock to everyone what you are asking. The standard of food is terrible 😑 I would highly recommend that you reconsider your options for the price you pay cause it was not worth the price we paid. The hotel did have a good fireworks display for the new year and that's what we enjoyed the most. The staff are all kind, friendly and helpful.FromSGD 81

We are impressed on how serene and peaceful the place is amidst bustling Manila. Check in seems to be scheduled only at 2 pm and not possible for an early one. After check in they can actually deliver your luggage to your room, except it took too long as we even asked for it after 2 hrs passed by. We stayed for 2 nights, I wish they could have delivered a new water bottle instead of us asking. Rooms are sound proof although there was an event one night. Very confusing booking. No address or hotel information.
No answer on cell phone number, only by text, and also through a local person trying to call.
The booking and handling process were very questionable. Not recommended for first-time visitors; it can be very stressful.
In the end, this was at the Belmont Hotel, where I've booked before, and this hotel is excellent and well-located.
Amenities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste were missing.

The bathroom, you shower 3minutes, the whole bathroom is flodded, fell down 2 times, due to slippery and flodded drainage. If tiles are humid, not wet they are especially slippery. Get some antislip things on ground and fix the drainage!
Same goes for the sink, it doesnt drain the water, but still its not like the shower where you use 3 minutes+

Comfy matress had no problem sleeping. A bit loud planes but not disturbing.
We booked breakfast also. Big variety, but everything garbage. For example adobo super salty, sushi full of mayo, all things are drenched in oil. Again. I loved the big variety, but as a european and as a filipino citizen, we didnt like most on the buffet. For example in other hotels less expensive and less stars you get more variety of good food. Here you have 2/3 containers of cornflakes, same brand/type. Coffee machine is only option or sweetened drinks. Had a hard time finding tea choices, had to ask the staff.
The complete staff was nice, helpful/hospitable, but for this kind of price range you can get a lot better in bgc or makati or anywhere else.
