The manager, front desk, cleaning staff are all nice and kind. The lobby is nice, smells flowery and piano music playing. The room is comfy, clean. The pool is nice and HEATED! Overall I extended my stay as I was comfortable here. I gave gifts to the staff when I left because I felt like they created a warm experience The location is not the greatest (I would not walk outside alone at night in the area) but it is within walking distance to a several malls and 15 min walk to the mall of Asia. Shout out to sir Ed who made me want to have another stay at millennium hotels due to his help

We had a great stay at Lime Resort Hotel Manila. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in was smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The facilities were nice, especially the pool, which was very relaxing. The food was also good and satisfying. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again.

I get it, I booked a budget hotel and shouldn't really expect much. And I didn't. But was pleasantly surprised with how nice and courteous their staff were. From the security guards to the front desk clerks - they were all so pleasant and accommodating. Now for the ”bad” part: the check-in process was tedious! Granted it was New Year's eve and they probably were overbooked - but they really need to figure out a better system of booking. Tempers flared and voices raised! The Titas were not pleased! haha! Also, they could use some refurbishing: floor tiles literally taped (as in scotch taped!) on the floor! The desk in the room is wobbly and broken. My biggest beef though is this: I had my room cleaned thinking they would replenish the toiletries or at least keep the ones I partly used. Instead I returned to a room without toilet paper and they took out my used towel which was hanging on the rack (isn't it a universal rule that if you hang your towels, you intend to use it again?) so now, I'm left with just 1 (the extra) towel. I mean, why remove the toilet paper?! If they were not going to replace it with a fresh, new roll, at least leave whatever was left from the previous day! It really took them more time, energy and effort to remove what was there - which I barely touched, by the way. Just seemed odd! Also, the breakfast buffet, while quite affordable at P450 per person, is really not that exciting. You're better off going to the Jollibee next door or get one of those microwaveable meals from 7-11 (also at the ground floor). Checking out was quicker, except for the super long wait for elevators!

Overall, it's pretty good, though the value for money is just average. I was a bit hesitant to book after reading some reviews, but it wasn't as bad as I expected once I checked in. The breakfast was decent too. **Facilities:** There are 6 elevators, making it convenient to go up and down. The hotel is highly automated with modern technology. **Cleanliness:** Typical Philippines style – a moldy smell, poorly maintained, and the sheets looked dirty. (This is a common issue in many places here, so I'm not surprised). **Environment:** Although it's close to the airport, there wasn't much noise in my room. **Service:** The check-in process was inefficient. There were only two customers in front of me and two staff members, but I waited for almost 20 minutes (this aligns with what other reviews said). However, I wasn't asked for a deposit upon check-in, and check-out was quick – just handed in the card.

We were staying on Room 212, the receptionist & the bell boy (Joric) are friendly & helpful. The room was smelt mouldy as there was no window can be opened. So we must blasted the air cond on powerful mode to reduce the mold smelt. Air cond worked good & cold but there was no blanket on the room where we stayed. The noise came from Room 213 & the chicken farm next door. As they Rooster kept crowing from 01.00 am until we checked out at 11.35am.

It was okay, you get what you pay for I guess. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Beds are thin and you basically get an airport blanket for the night. Netflix didn’t work and the majority of channels on the TV were unavailable. The room only has a chiller, not a fridge, and I would argue that it didn’t chill much if anything. 3-1 shampoo, conditioner, & body wash and house keeping will wake you up every day at 8:30.

The hotel was modern, clean and the location was excellent! The hotel was located near attractions and they provide a shuttle service from the mall to the hotel. If you have a car, they also have free parking for guests. The rooms had ample space, though the toiletries were basic and the towels looked old. I loved the rooftop pool/bar the view was fantastic and there was a nice breeze. The service was superb as everyone was professional and kind. Would book again 👍

If u have a flight at Terminal 3 NAIA, this Hotel at Newport city is okay. Just simple observation; Service at check-in and check-out is bit disappointing, so slow process, it's bit busy but only 2-3 front desk attendants, to think it is weekend. I notice at express lane but no attendant standing there. Service at security and bellmans are okay but standing most service for me are the pool attendant, Mr Bert & Nil, so much knowledge on the hotel service and very attentive to all pool guests, kudos guys! Room attendants in our floor are friendly and giving smile to guests even we saw them tired are well appreciated. To all other guest coming from other country to book this hotel, prepare Pesos for deposit coz they never accept other currencies in case u will use cash as deposit. Nwei, we'll be back again.

Staying at Hotel Okura was such a refreshing experience. The Japanese-inspired theme throughout the property created a calming and serene atmosphere, making it stand out from other city hotels. The location is very convenient close to everything you might need yet once inside, it feels like a peaceful retreat. The facilities are excellent, from the well equipped gym to the relaxing sauna, which made our stay both comfortable and rejuvenating. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality perfectly complemented the hotel’s elegant Japanese design. Hotel Okura is the ideal choice for travelers looking for both convenience and a unique, refreshing stay. I would happily return on my next trip.

During my first stay at the hotel, the room was quite good it was located on the upper floor. There was a small space for my belongings to put in and a coffee table with chairs, but during my next stay and just recently my room was located on lower floor, the room seems to be getting small with no side tables and chairs where I can put my belongings or to have coffee or eat the food that I bought from outside the hotel. Hopefully on my next visit I could have a better room just like the first time I stayed at the hotel. And someone will assist me to locate the room so I'm not lost. For me, I recommend this hotel, it's accessible to all.

My Unforgettable Experience at Lanson Place Manila From the moment I stepped into Lanson Place Manila, I was enveloped in a blend of sophistication and warmth that set the tone for an extraordinary stay. Nestled in the heart of Makati, Manila’s vibrant business and lifestyle hub, this gem offers unparalleled convenience. Just steps away from Ayala Triangle Gardens and a short stroll to high-end malls like Greenbelt and Glorietta, it’s a haven for both business travelers and explorers craving the city’s pulse. Rooms: A Seamless Fusion of Luxury and Comfort The spacious, elegantly designed residences and suites felt like a home away from home. My Deluxe Suite boasted floor-to-ceiling windows framing the glittering Makati skyline—a mesmerizing backdrop day and night. The modern interiors, with sleek furnishings and a soothing neutral palette, exuded tranquility. The plush king-sized bed was a dream, complemented by a well-equipped kitchenette (perfect for extended stays) and a marble-clad bathroom with rain showers that melted away the hustle of city life. Tech-savvy touches like smart lighting and high-speed Wi-Fi catered to every need. Service: Where Hospitality Shines What truly elevated my experience was the staff’s genuine warmth and attentiveness. From the concierge who secured last-minute dinner reservations to the housekeeping team’s meticulous care, every interaction felt personalized. They even remembered my morning coffee preference—a small detail that made a world of difference. Dining: Culinary Delights with a View Breakfast at The Great Room was a feast for the senses, offering everything from silog (a Filipino favorite) to artisanal pastries. The highlight? Unwind Sky Lounge on the 12th floor. Sipping a signature cocktail as the sun dipped below the skyline was pure magic. The mixologists’ creativity and the tapas-style bites (try the adobo croquettes!) were unforgettable. Amenities: Wellness and Productivity The 24/7 fitness center, outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment, kept my routine intact. The rooftop infinity pool, though compact, provided a serene escape with panoramic views. Business travelers will appreciate the sleek meeting rooms and coworking spaces, balancing productivity with comfort. Unique Touches: Thoughtful and Sustainable Lanson Place’s commitment to sustainability impressed me—think eco-friendly toiletries and energy-efficient systems. The residential vibe, with grocery delivery services and a cozy library lounge, added a distinctive charm. Final Thoughts Lanson Place Manila isn’t just a hotel—it’s an urban sanctuary where luxury meets heartfelt service. Whether you’re here for business, leisure, or a blend of both, this property exceeds expectations. I’m already planning my return to this slice of paradise in the city. Rating: 5/5 stars – A flawless blend of location, luxury, and Filipino hospitality. 🌟 Pro tip: Don’t miss sunset at the Sky Lounge. Trust me, it’s worth the Instagram hype!

It's an airbnb, not a hotel New building. Location is close to the airport. There are some restaurants nearby. weakness is 1. Luggage cannot be stored after check-out 2. The check-in procedure takes a long time. When you arrive at the lobby, you need to call the owner first, and then the owner will ask someone to come over to assist you in checking in. It is a bit delayed and you cannot check in immediately. 3. There is no service staff to help carry the luggage. You have to carry it yourself. 4. The refrigerator has leftover food and drinks from the previous guest and has not been cleaned.

I'm not a big fan of the area surrounding the hotel, but that's not their fault. Plus, the hotel is located relatively close to the airport. The room was very clean and enough for my needs. They provided basic toiletries, coffee, and a bottle of water, too. They have a cafe downstairs, and you can opt for room service. The food was alright. They were also extremely courteous, accommodating, and efficient. I will definitely stay there again if I'm ever in Metro Manila.

the hostel is 3kms far away from the international airpot so if you're having a flight very early in the morning very late at night its location is very good; even more, the hostel has a private shuttle that can bring you there for a fair price. If you want privacy and confort I suggest to book a room with private WC and shower, those rooms are on the 2nd floor and are quite nice and good space, hot water very time. You can book your food from a restaurant that its near by, and they will bring it to your room, the food is nice and cheap. The manager oft he hotel its a lady, very nice and speak a very good English, if you have any request talk to her, she will do everything to solve it and make your stay confortable and safe. _thank you so much for your help!

The BEST !!! You would not expect very nice interiors for such a low price (less than 800 pesos). The common area is also very comfortable. Ito yung lugar na kahit common toilet, hindi ako nagdadalawang-isip pumasok.First time ko rin magupload ng pics sa review. The rules on being silent make it a good place to work, esp with many electrical sockets. Wifi is fast, and you can do video calls. Bunk beds have their own light. Perhaps the only negative I saw was that not all showers are working and some of the hooks are broken. Also, there may be some travelers who may be disrespectful so if there is a way to control them (this is a challenge!), then it would be great. But when I stayed, it was very quiet, except for one person cursing. Staff is very helpful..even when you dont ask them to help with bags, they do.

DDingdong RosalesI get it, I booked a budget hotel and shouldn't really expect much. I purchased this hotel room for my sister-in-law who had a next day flight and it was amazing. You call them to get picked up at the airport and they offer drop-off service too. The van used to bring you is a fancy Benz. Overall, a great experience!!! P.S. My 6-year old nephew said it looks like the hotel is made of gold🤭

the hostel is 3kms far away from the international airpot so if you're having a flight very early in the morning very late at night its location is very good; even more, the hostel has a private shuttle that can bring you there for a fair price.

Got this room last 11.11 sale, this is beyond expectations. Staffs are friendly even if there are so many people checking-in. Cons is that, I called the front desk twice for a hair blower but unfortunately, it didnt come. I hope simple things like that is readily accessible if needed. But overall experience is 10/10! Will come back soon. Thank you for having us!

Nice location. There's a security deposit of 3,000 once checked in which is refundable upon checkout. Check out time is 11:00 which is early. We asked if we can extend until 12nn since we checked in late but advised that we need to add 200php. Overall rating is good. They offer free water. We still highly recommend this place. They have units with balcony with a nice pool view.

Rooms are good enough to serve its purpose but space is just enough. Aircon is split type so they are quiet. Location is near airport and they offer good food menu.
