My kids and i celebrated new year here. From the moment i entered and left, all was exceptional. The warm greetings of staff, their pleasant smiles and assistance, as well as the nice scent upon entering the hotel and on our floor left an impact. The scent is mild and calming to the senses. The pool was also squeaky clean. A well scented hotel can give a huge impact on customers like me, who’s sensitive on smell. Overall, stay was enjoyable and unforgetable, clean and well scented. Will definitely come back and recommend. Kudos to this hotel staff for maintaining the place so well! Thank you!

The hotel is very near T3, but far from T1 airport. Most people assume just because it is near Terminal 3, they can walk over from Terminal one to the hotel. Not in Manila, there is a free shuttle from T1 to T3 and visa versa. The hotel itself is actually very clean and i had a great stay.

The biggest highlight is the location. It’s right across from NAIA Terminal 3 via the Runway Manila bridge, which made arrival and departure incredibly stress-free. Location is still close enough to the mall if you like a little walk. As for room service it is not bad Limited on menu but still alright. The food actually tastes good. What bad experience I got is I went down the restaurant and ask if the soup I wanted to order can be delivered up in my room and I was immediately declined amd was informed that it will be considered as take away and I will have to wait or come back and get it. I mentioned if I oay extra to bring it up and they said no. Its just a soup, nothing fancy or grill or dessert that will be melt, just a soup. I think they should reconsider this service. The room is small but its not bad. Everything else is just okay. Breakfast ain't much so don't expect anything.

Stayed at Microtel MOA for an event, and it was a very convenient choice. The best part is definitely the location—walking distance to MOA and SMX, making everything very accessible without having to deal with traffic or parking. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a short stay. While the interiors are a bit simple and slightly dated compared to newer hotels nearby, everything was functional and comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the stay pleasant. Overall, not a luxury hotel, but practical, comfortable, and worth it for the convenience and location. Would stay here again.

Good: close to airport, street food oitside gates, resturant next door, beds are comforrable for westerners Bad: Wifi sparodic dropped out every now and then early checkin high cost 50% of their rate [not the rate i paid on booking app]. i did request via booking app earlier then arrival but no feedback about additional charges [easy to fix] so I had no option but to stay and pay [not a good experirnce to start with], maximum late check out is 12:30 despite hotel clearly not full. Competitors offer untill 3 pm I think management needs to review those policies, given that most people are airport transitting.

The room was spacious, and the security check at the entrance was quite strict. The bed was also large. Downstairs, there's a casino, and outside the hotel, there are supermarkets and a McDonald's nearby. It's less than a 10-minute taxi ride to the airport, which is very convenient. The beaches in the Philippines are truly amazing; I've visited many times and will likely come again.

The room is clean, especially the CR. It's usually the 1st area I check. The check-in staff was good, but her assistant failed to open/show me the aircon in the room. That was when I had my problems. I asked where the aircon is and how to connect to the wifi. As seen in my picture, the aircon is behind the curtains. To let the aircon work properly, I have to open the curtains. It's a bad design. I have to choose between a cold room and my privacy. To make the room cold while sleeping, I kept the curtains open. Since it's roadside, expect noise 24/7. And worse, THERE'S NO WIFI INSIDE THE ROOM. You have to go to the hallway. And during my stay at night, there's totally no internet at all, look at my 2nd picture.

The room we booked was too tiny. Din expect the room can accommodate 2 person, as described. There is literally not enough space on the bed itself. What should be a queen size bed is only a super single plus bed size. We had to curls our legs while sleeping. We requested for drinking water but the receptionist said we only entitled to 2 drinking water once. We stayed for 2 nights there. That was quite a small favour to ask normally every other accommodation would provide that. Another significant downside is the noise! It’s really noisy even 3 in the morning because of the location and room that we were given is facing the main road and pedestrians bridge. Last but maybe the most regret we had to face is the room is blazing hot. At noon the room was directly facing the burning sun light not even the blinder could cover it. I have proof in the photos where our room was filled with sun during mid day. If I can find something good about our stay maybe the elevator and WiFi that actually works. Good job on that. Aside from that, Definitely won’t be coming back here again.

We arrived at hotel that has long queue on reception lobby hopefully in the future there will be a lot of receptionist. However it made my day when the Receptionist welcome us and Kudos to the amazing staff for the exceptional service and warm hospitality. Thank you so much granting my request for the complimentary upgrade to the Panorama Suite with bay view, which made our wedding honeymoon even more special and memorable. I love the most is the staff always greet even at the elevator and especially during breakfast time. Overall I love all the amenities specially our rooms. Our flight delayed for 1.5hrs and we had to wait for our luggage for 1hr, so we arrived at the hotel around 2:30. Despite this delay, the staff welcomed us with warm smile. It relieved our hearts! The room was clean and spacious then so we could unpack our luggage comfortably. It’s close to the airport crossing the Runway, but location was not easy to find. Now that we understand where they are, we will definitely choose this hotel again if we transfer at Manila.

Finding the Palm tree hotel from the airport was relatively easy, you just have to go up to the 4th floor, cross the pedestrian bridge and then turn left. The staff was very nice, however they did mess up my reservation and gave my booked room to someone else. They pretty quickly booked me a hotel across the street, which was fine. The sounds of the the highway are very loud but that’s to be expected. Overall pretty good stay for a one night layover at manila airport.

It needs a curtain.The hygienic shower can't be reguled in a lower pressure. It was not comfortable. The guests above were very noisy at 2 am and the sounds were very loud from everywhere. I had two sleep with earplugs. The breakfast has only one choice if meal. It's not a buffet. It would be better one pancake and a little of porridge than two big pancakes. The rest is fine. And yes, the standard room would be not comfortable for two people. It's rather small.

Finally there’s an excellent hostel in Manila! The location is strategic, near commercial and fast food chains plus a lot of eateries nearby. The dorm room of 4 is clean and spacious and had complete amenities. They provide towel. However from personal experience I was a bit underwhelmed cos there’s no elevator and I had to carry my luggage up to the 3rd floor because IDK but some guests had assistance going up and I wasn’t given towel right away. I had to ask in the front desk! Firm suggestion: I hope you enforce hostel rules stricter. I was disgusted by what I saw in the quiet room. Someone cutting their toenails so gross! And they were so noisy while in the quiet room my gosh. Also, the shower cubicles seemed like they were owned by people already leaving their personal toiletries there, what kind of behavior is that?

Very confusing booking. No address or hotel information. No answer on cell phone number, only by text, and also through a local person trying to call. The booking and handling process were very questionable. Not recommended for first-time visitors; it can be very stressful. In the end, this was at the Belmont Hotel, where I've booked before, and this hotel is excellent and well-located. Amenities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste were missing. More timely transparency would be very helpful.

We stay here because we have day tour prio sa camaya coast bataan. The staff are very accomodating and mababait sila.. sobrang ganda ng facilities nila tuwang tuwa Gen Z kong pamangkin na first time mag staycation sa Manila.. very instagramable lalo sa rooftop. May pool, pwede mag alfresco dining, pwedeng muni muni at picture picture lang, may swing, may hanging upuan, pwede magpapicture sa hanging chair nila sa hotel nkakatuwa nah stay namin overall for sure babalik kami dito. May pa freebies pa pala nung nagstya kmai here, may korean stall din sa loob ng hotel and spa.. P.S din na very important nakaiwan kami ng gamit but sinecure nila ang nakuha naman nmin uli kahit ilang days pa ang nkalipas. Very recommended👏👏👏👏

The Hotel was really cleaned. Been to many affordable Hotel in Metro  but Yuj-Inn was fabulous. Whatever I need for my connivence like electric heater and steamer they provide for me. Some hotel don't have the same service that they have. Accomodating staff as well. Location is perfect anywhere you want to go in metro.

The room we booked was too tiny. Din expect the room can accommodate 2 person, as described. There is literally not enough space on the bed itself. What should be a queen size bed is only a super single plus bed size. We had to curls our legs while sleeping. We requested for drinking water but the receptionist said we only entitled to 2 drinking water once. We stayed for 2 nights there. That was quite a small favour to ask normally every other accommodation would provide that. Another significant downside is the noise! It’s really noisy even 3 in the morning because of the location and room that we were given is facing the main road and pedestrians bridge. Last but maybe the most regret we had to face is the room is blazing hot. At noon the room was directly facing the burning sun light not even the blinder could cover it. I have proof in the photos where our room was filled with sun during mid day. If I can find something good about our stay maybe the elevator and WiFi that actually works. Good job on that. Aside from that, Definitely won’t be coming back here again.

Urban Travellers Hotel is a nice place to stay with decent amenities that make for a comfortable visit. Rooms are nice albeit a bit outdated.
