Very good room, clean and got nice amenities. There is a rooftop smoking area on the 7th Floor that is 24/7, if you want easy access then be sure to ask to stay on the 7th floor. There's free lemon water downstairs in the lobby. Breakfast is quite decent, they make you a few different noodles as well as your standard breakfast buffet. There is a deposit of $100 USD required and they prefer cash as paying with card can take 1-30 days to return the money. There is some temporary parking out front so getting transport is quite easy, as well as getting food delivered. This place isn't marked on Grab so you'll need to be quite precise with the location for delivery, as well as providing a picture of outside of the hotel for your Grab delivery address. The room itself has automatic curtains, multi-styled plugs for international travelers, good lighting so you can sleep with the right amount of lights on if you want to. Hotel staff is confirmed to be 24/7 at reception, they'll always be someone there and they speak quite good English. Around the corner is a small local convenience store for buying extra water or local cigarettes. Down the road a bit is a 24/7 ABA Bank ATM that withdraws only in USD in amounts of 100USD bills so getting deposit for this place isn't that hard. However because the ATM does only 100USD bills, breaking this note at local shops is quite difficult.From€28

What an amazing experience, the hotel made our stay very pleasant. From amazing service as you enter the hotel, to clear instructions on our stay and the comfort of the room. The breakfast was top shelf stuff with a blend of local and continental breakfast. The restaurant also presents a range of meals. Amazing amenities, our favourite being the Aurora sky lounge and rooftop swimming pool. The pool has a see through glass that shows cars parked 24 floors lower. Big shout out to all the employees of the hotel at any of the services provided by the hotel, special mentions to Kharang who was assisted with the great smile and passion for his job. We have stayed in 5 places during the course of our travel, Luxcity is a front runner by a mile.From€38

The hotel felt old, but the service was good.
The drinks in the fridge were free.
The laundry washer and dryer were free to use 24 hours a day. (Detergent was also provided.)
Unfortunately, I wanted to try the large public bath, but didn't.
It seemed to be mainly for male guests. Women were only allowed for two hours from 11pm.
I wish they would have thought a little more about allocating the time.
Instead, I got a massage at short notice.
It was just for my feet, but it felt great and was wonderful. Thank you very much.

I tried to make appointment for facial, she told me that she would call me back but never did. The room assigned to us was very huge. 5x of what I have in other countries but even more affordable including breakfast. The breakfast was topnotch. we love the khmer food selections, the fruits, and the others. We love the garden restaurant so many great selections for afforadble price. Firstly the hotel is like 20 mins ride from airport , but opposite side the bustling town. It’s just across from Mekong river. Mobility to reach hotel were hassle free. As a diamond member i was able to do early check in and had my welcome drink and cold towel at reception. We booked bassac suite and as per photo it has bathtub , however when we checked in to my surprise it’s not. I ring to FO to check about and I were instructed to pay $20/ night if want but tub. However they had discussed this with their senior management and come up with free upgrade to high ceiling 16th floor room. Not sure what it called but such a grand fabulous room with Mekong river view too. Staffs are super friendly and welcoming, English speaking, overall the price I paid for my stay was worth it. If I ever coming back Phnom Penh I choose this hotel.From€40

The sky bar and infinity pool are a real asset to this hotel offering spectacular views right across Phnom Penh city. The staff were most helpful and friendly. The Sky Bar was a treat at sunset and being Valentine’s Day I was given a rose from the staff. The room was very clean. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Previous experience in Phnom Penh hotels, the beds can be a little hard compared to western culture. This was pleasing. It is a beautiful hotel.From€42

Friendly reception staff, great view. Nice amenities as per design but needs makeover, pretty worn out furniture, carpets, tiles, toilet seat... But for one or two nights just alright.
Prices for laundry as in a 5 star hotel, so are the room service rates.
Will I return? I guess not.

Good hotel in nice location (grats to trip.com as they only shown correct location while Booking, Google maps, Apple maps etc. display wrong location for unknown reason, so be careful).
To my mind breakfast not strongly for 4*, rather it’s good 3* (because of variety and richfullness). Not wide range and 90% of food is Asian oriented, but all of that is tasty to me.From€25

The hotel is in an excellent location, only a short walk or tuk tuk ride to the main attractions. The reception staff were very friendly during the check in process and offered a refreshing drink. The room was basic, but had all the necessary amenities for a short stay. It also had a nice city view from the balcony. The pool is an added bonus and the breakfast was decent. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with lovely and helpful staff.From€25
