Pure bliss if you want to relax before heading off. It’s well located and has real character without being pretentious. Breakfast is good, with small, well-done bites rather than excess. We also appreciated the sign at the hotel entrance: “Strictly implementing no sex tourism. For the tranquillity, security and privacy of our guests, there will be no visitors allowed in the guestrooms.” It’s reassuring to see a hotel taking this sad reality seriously.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I felt truly special – the staff was incredibly warm and helpful, and the room was perfectly clean and cozy. The atmosphere made me feel right at home. Every detail – from the comfortable bed to the delicious breakfast – gave me energy and joy for the whole day. It was a real relaxation and calmness that will stay with me for a long time. I will definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place full of positive energy and comfort!

1) early morning 6-7 am , the is foul small coming for the toilet , very bad until it wake me up 2) there is no amenities at all not even tooth brush , need to ask at the reception 3) toilet door fixture is berry loose until th bracket came out , lucky discover early if not the glass door may hv fallen

The hotel's location is great, not far from the city center, and taxis are easily accessible. The front desk staff and other service personnel are exceptionally warm and helpful; they'll proactively assist you with your luggage, provide directions, and inquire about your needs. The rooftop pool is absolutely beautiful, especially when the sun is out, and the sky bar is also perfect for relaxation and entertainment. The breakfast is quite rich; definitely wake up early to try the croissants, they're delicious, and the rice noodles are good too. Overall, the stay was excellent! Highly recommended~ Great value for money and a wonderful experience!

I stay here twice a year for business trips, and it's so convenient that all the staff speak Chinese! The breakfast selection is great, I just wish it started at 6 AM. If my flight is at 9 AM, I don't have time to eat.

Spent my stay at Joya Hotel Phnom Penh and honestly, it surprised me in the best way. The room was spacious, clean, and felt instantly comfortable — perfect lighting, cozy bed, and a quiet atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a long day. What I enjoyed most was their café and room service. The café has a warm, modern vibe with smooth coffee and drinks that actually taste fresh, not too sweet, not too strong — just right for a slow morning or late-night chill. Room service was another highlight: fast, neatly packed, and the food came warm and flavorful. It felt convenient and comforting, especially on nights when I didn’t want to go out. Overall, Joya Hotel delivered the kind of simple luxury and convenience I needed — good service, good food, and a peaceful space to unwind. Definitely a stay worth remembering.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. Overall, the location is very convenient and practical — I have nothing negative to say about that. It’s in a good area and easy to get around. However, the hotel clearly seems to have been designed by Chinese owners primarily for Chinese guests. Everything was in Chinese — the TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, and even the stove. At the very least, the TV could have offered some international content for non-Chinese guests. In terms of cleanliness, there is definitely room for improvement. There were ants on the sofa, which was quite disappointing, and the bathroom could also have been better maintained. The swimming pool area was also not properly cleaned — there were plastic bottles floating in the water, which was very unpleasant to see. Overall, while the location is a strong point, the hotel would benefit from better cleaning standards and a more international-friendly setup.

The bed was very comfortable, the lighting was perfect, and the bathroom was extremely clean and well-organized. Every small detail in the room showed how much care and effort the hotel puts into guest comfort. The food was another highlight—delicious, well-prepared, and offered with a great variety, especially during breakfast. The overall environment of the hotel was calm, safe, and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. The location was also very convenient with easy access to nearby places. Overall, this hotel gave me a truly memorable and perfect experience. Without any doubt, I will definitely come back again. What I liked about it : The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. : They have a lift. The room is actually big. It has ac, tv, fridge. They also have slippers provided, aside from the towels and toiletries. The breakfast buffet is nice also. : It is close to Virak Buntham. What can be improved : The door of my room gets stuck and requires a lot of effort to close. : The water in the shower takes long to drain.

The room was clean and tidy with amazing natural light, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable that I slept incredibly well. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and it's close to all the attractions. Excellent value for money – I'll definitely choose this place again next time!
