The location is about seven minutes away from the subway exit, easy to find and acceptable. The hotel building is quite new, and the in-room facilities are complete, including toothbrushes, shavers, and hair dryers. There is a small kitchen for simple cooking, and all the utensils are needed are chopsticks and dishcloths. The bathroom shower water pressure is high. Check-in and check-out are all self-service, and the procedures are quite cumbersome (for example, you have already uploaded a copy of your passport when confirming the reservation, but you have to upload it again when you check in, which is very time-consuming). The hotel sent out a lot of email reminders before check-in, but they were all in Japanese (I personally think that if you want to attract foreign guests, please add an English version). In addition, the hotel issued some confusing restrictions (such as not being able to go out of the terrace). There was a strange smell in the room when I checked in, and it didn't go away after staying for three nights.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The location is convenient for going to Shinsaibashi! Namba, Kuromon, and major attractions are all convenient to walk or take the subway. I will continue to stay here next time I come. It is really economical! The only drawback is that the number of quilts given to each adult is a bit harsh. There are not enough quilts for my two children. Moreover, the room was not cleaned once for 9 days in a row, and the towels were of poor quality! Everything given has a snap! Just right, one box of tissue paper lasts 10 days! Although it is very convenient to buy it in the supermarket, it is always a bit uncomfortable! Forget about improving!
