4. Convenient transportation. There are many shared bicycles in 3-5 minutes from the residence. The subway station is about8-10 minutes away. It is basically there after riding CUHK.
5. Convenient shopping. Next to it is gogo Xintiandi (mall). Or there is a supermarket downstairs.
