It's one of the people who stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. It was nice to have 4 water and 10 towels when I first entered. Of course, I have to ask, but I want to have a room cleaning and a water refill once in two days. Songdo Stay 2 cleaned and refilled the water even if there was no word in two days ~~ The rest was good.

Personally, the room was clean, modern and entertaining. It is about a five-minute walk to Songdo Moonlight Festival Park (Songdo Dallight Festival Park), the nearest subway station, and it is convenient to go to the city center. When using the subway, I used a transportation card that can be purchased in cash at a convenience store. From the airport, I took bus number 6777 and got off at Songdo Moonbit Festival Park. This bus stop is right next to the above subway station. The fee was 8,000 won. This UH Flat the Songdo also has a fitness gym and is available. It was good that there were two places to know, and there were dumbbells and machines in one place. There is also a convenience store for CU AGAIN on the 1st floor, which was convenient for purchasing food. If you have the opportunity, I would like to use it again.

I go to Songdo every weekend and use it often. Please prepare plenty of supplies such as towels and hand wash. Please prepare disposable sponges, kitchen towels, and plastic bags. I was able to see how much they care about the convenience of their guests. I think it is the best among many companies in the same building.

今回の渡韓は乗り継ぎのための1泊だけだったため、ソウル以外に行ってみたいと思い、松島のこちらのレジデンスに決めました。 到着してみると周りにも高層マンションが多いエリアで、建物自体も大きく入口が初めはわかりませんでしたが、1階に入っている飲食店の人に教えてもらい、大きい道路に面した側の入口とは反対側にレジデンス用の入口があることがわかりました。 非接触型なので、メールで事前にドアの暗証番号を教えてもらえるので、到着が遅くなりましたが、時間を気にせずチェックインできるのはかなり良かったです。 メールで日本語が打てないので電話してほしいとローマ字記載の日本語で連絡をくださいましたが、他国にいて電話ができなかったため、私は韓国語でやり取りしましたが、運営チームの方は日本語もできる方がいらっしゃるようでした。 連絡も丁寧で親切な感じだったので、安心して宿泊できました(^_^) お部屋自体はこじんまりとしたタイプでしたが、キッチンや洗濯機もあり、必要なものは揃っているので、韓国リピーターで、住むように宿泊してみたい人におすすめです！ 周りに同じようなレジデンスがある中で、こちらが一番お安かったんですが、タオルなどもきれいでお部屋も清潔で、こんなにお安く泊まれて良いのかな？と思ってしまうほど、コスパ抜群過ぎるレジデンスでした(^_^) 大体どこのレジデンスも同じですが、自分でごみの分別廃棄をする必要はあります。1階の建物を出て右側の方に分別廃棄のスペースがありました。 建物1階や周辺にけっこう飲食店もありますし、コーヒー好きにはありがたいのが、建物の1階に入っている無人のコーヒー販売スペースも便利で良かったです。 仁川1号線でテクノパーク駅に行くとアウトレットと、かなり広い複合ショッピングモールや、ホームプラスもあり、ここでお買い物は事足りると思います(^_^) 空港とホテルすぐ近くの駅間でリムジンバス(6777)が走っていますが、本数が少ないのでそこだけ注意が必要です(^_^;) NAVERマップで調べて、330番と82番バスで乗換えていきましたが、スーツケースを持って仁川空港から乗り込んだときに、330番のバスの運転手さんに、本当は荷物がある場合は乗せないんだけど…と言われたので、スーツケースがある場合、最悪、リムジンバス以外のバスは乗車拒否されることもあるかもしれません(^_^;)私達が乗ったときは乗客が少なかったので、一応乗せてはくれましたが、空港に乗り入れているバスでも、荷物がある場合は乗ったらダメなようでした(^_^;) 抱えて乗れるぐらいの荷物であれば普通のバスも大丈夫だと思うので、乗り換えて行ければ本数も多いので、特に支障はないと思います。 仁川空港との交通の便を除けば、レジデンス自体は大満足の滞在でした(^_^)

This was a perfect last-night stay for our family as we wrapped up our South Korea trip. The room was spotless, and the hosts were extremely gracious considering our last-minute check-in and early departure to the airport in the morning. They provided a ride to the airport for a small fee, which was incredibly convenient and very much appreciated.

I would always cherish my wonderful stay in Mr. Kim's Guesthouse during my birthday holidays in South Korea. Not far from Unseo train station, I walked from Gate 2 to the place following the directions emailed to me. With a good hearted Korean landlady, the guesthouse was a great transient home. Mrs. Kim let me occupy the vacant triple bedroom which was very clean, complete with amenities and with a wide window ”connecting” me to the outside world. The accommodation was self-catering; and the inclusive breakfast was comprised of cereals, sliced bread, butter, jam, fresh milk, coffee and a selection of Korean teas. The well designed kitchen, dining area and living room were complete with home furnishings. From the guesthouse, Lotte Mart is accessible by walking. Leisurely hiking in the vicinity, you would see convenience stores, local and popular restaurants like Hanoi Garden and Domino's Pizza. I had also visited Sammok Wharf by taking bus number 307 from Gate 1 but due to time factor, I was not able to explore the islands beyond Yeongjong. Staying in Unseo was not a regret for me, as from Incheon International Airport, it's just two train stops away. Although if you wish to enjoy roaming in the city centre, Seoul station is more than a 50-minute train ride. From there, one can navigate around Seoul via its very wide and massive subway network. Indeed, it isn't easy for those who cannot read Korean characters but most signs and directions are translated in English. Like I did, anyone else can survive a holiday in Seoul ... 🤔 😆 🤗 My stay in Mr. Kim's Guesthouse had to an extent, complemented my holidays in South Korea.
