LocationRenovated at the end of 1980s, Montorgueil Street's neighborhood is an extension of Les Halles. Its streets, newly made of cobblestones, are now roads closed to traffic. Montorgueil is a market place where bakers, cheese mongers, and market gardeners are lined up: all the colors and aromas make the travelers feel like they are in little villages in the countryside of France. There are lots of restaurants and bars in the streets nearby.Building and orientationThe apartment is located on the 4th floor of an old building typical of Paris' central areas, with no elevator. The apartment overlooks a quiet paved street where the traffic is very limited.Layout of the apartmentConceived to guarantee a comfortable stay, this lovely apartment has 2 perfectly designed rooms. The entrance opens onto the living room consisting of an open-plan kitchen equipped with a fridge, a microwave and a dishwasher. To complete the room that is decorated in a contemporary way, there are a dining table, a 140 cm sofa bed and a flat screen TV. An entrance leads to the bathroom where there are a shower tub and the toilets. The partition separating the bedroom is semi-glazed, which adds more light and a workshop-like style to the flat. The bedroom is equipped with two 80 cm beds that can be twinned to form a 160 cm double bed and a closet. Both rooms overlook a quiet and charming paved street.

Magnificent place and location! We stayed here for 3 nights and we could not have been happier with our choice. The location of the apartment is fantastic, walking distance to mostly everywhere. Very chill and cozy. With all the necessary amenities. The bathroom is pristine, good shower pressure and temperature. 10/10 recommend everything about this cozy little Parisienne apartment ❤️

Staying in a quadruple room, good service. When I checked in on the first day, it was the boss’s son, a handsome French guy who received him and was very considerate. The breakfast was also very good; the boss’s wife was also very kind. 1.5 kilometers from the Eiffel Tower, we walked past. Is the price is not cheap, close to 7000 yuan for three nights.

The WORST experience in Paris. When i arrived at the hotel, there was nobody there. I called the hotel and they say i need to take car and visit their office which is 20-30 minutes far away from the hotel by car. (Which is 40-60 minutes round trip by car! ) i said we have 4 luggages and they just say there is NO way but to visit their office. They keep reject the cancel and refund. I waited 60 minutes on the road but no solution so i got to other hotel nearby. I finally i payed all the hotel fee without even entering the room!!!! Ignorant and arrogant workers! Very dissapointed and upset!!

We booked a suite with connecting single room for a mother/daughter/grandmother get-away to celebrate my daughter's 18th. The location is fantastic in the heart of the Marais. However, the little apartment we booked was very small and felt a bit shabby. It was done in a 'cool' style, but paint was chipped, a door handle was broken and we were lacking some basics - like a dishwasher tablet for the dishwasher or more than one wine glass (there were 3 of us). If the suite and room had been more affordable, then this wouldn't have mattered so much, but when paying over 1400 euros for a 3-night stay, you'd expect more. I had to request more toilet paper, the soap dispensers weren't full and when we first arrived the carpet in the bedroom had leaves on it as it hadn't been hoovered properly which wasn't the best first impression. The receptionist was lovely - she did help order my Mum a taxi to the airport. However, as reception is only open for a few hours in the day some in-room info would have been extremely useful - we could have done with instructions about how to use the safe, how to use the coffee maker and local restaurant/bar recommendations, just like you would get in an Airbnb. There is also no soundproofing between floors, when the couple above us arrived home we could hear them walking/talking etc, so not a great choice for light sleepers.

I used Dupleix Hotel in Paris for very good price n location. Booked through hotels.com. For price you get bed n bath. Nothing else. No fridge, microwave, tv nor hairdryer. Plus shower is open n water goes everywhere. Can live with that but the problem is my brother booked 5 nights for family but I couldn’t stay but 4. Tried to reach them prior to visit n no answer to cancel extra night. When I got here again explain the situation and after three nights of back-and-forth with the hotel and hotels.com I still will not get my money back. Seems like there is untrustworthy proprietor here in my estimation because hotel.com said it was up to the hotel to give me back the money for the night not used. Hotel manager said Expedia said to submit the request to them but we never used Expedia. So I’m out $113. Bottom line ensure you get your dates right.

Apartment is very clean and secure, great location with great restaurants near by. The code to let us in the apartment did not work when we got home at 01:00 which was scary and frustrating. Tripp was helpful in giving us details to get back in. Tip: get the hosts number to avoid issues like this, otherwise this place is good value for money. The cleaner Paul was very kind and helpful.

In the middle of a holiday of more than 20 days, I booked several service apartments for washing machines. The occasional situation I encountered may not represent the consistent quality of the hotel. The hotel's kitchen is very well equipped. The tableware is adequate and the seasoning is a pity. I hardly use the refrigerator. There are three cans of beverage countertops and several kinds of chocolates for guests to eat. I almost did n’t eat to lose weight. One thing I need to mention is that I saw other guests mentioning that the curtains in the hotel are not well shaded. Luggage Elevator. Guest Elevator. Loved our stay in My Maison, Montmartre. Of many previous Paris accommodations we’d never had 1 we wanted to return to. Too small mainly. The newness of this apartment made me decide to try it tho we were aware of Montmartre’s seedier side. My Maison was all clean, new and attractive. The location was fantastic. Blanche Metro is left, diagonal across the road and the wonderful Petit Train Stop is too. Moulin Rouge really is in the building next door across the lane. The apartment was delightful. Homely. It is also very safe. An excellent Info Folder supplied for appliances etc., Very helpful Staff. Loved Washing Machine/Dryer combo. Fantastic Kitchenette and Frig. Bathroom small but safe and comfortable. Lounge/Dining Room our comfort zone. The large French doors overlooked busy Lane outside. Good Air-conditioning. The bedroom was small but bed was comfortable. The Apartment was perfect size for the 2 of us. Spacious, but I’d think would be very cramped with any more people, suitcases etc., We bought groceries nearby so always ate in. We were too tired and lazy to venture out at night but the area is stuffed with Patisseries, Boulangeries, Restaurants and Pubs. A FLUNCH Restaurant is up the road. We easily got into and home from the city daily by the Metro train. Have never been closer to a Metro Station as we were to Blanche. Rode the Petit Train to beautiful Sacre Coeur and enjoyed the amazing views as it wound up and down the hilly streets of Montmartre. Montmartre Cemetery had the most stunning Crypts and elaborate architecture we’d seen. Lots of famous residents. My Maison made our Montmartre stay wonderful. After long busy days out and about it was bliss to get home to such a comfortable apartment.

Mr. Yiwen, the landlord, is a very gentlemanly Frenchman and is very interested in Chinese culture. We waited for us for a long time before arriving at the apartment (the exit is slow), waited for us under the apartment and helped us take the boxes, and enthusiastically introduced the layout of the apartment, electrical use, etc. after arriving at the apartment, it was very nice, and bought us a few oranges.
