You cannot walk in in your shoes (which is good) and there are fines for everything that gets broken, so maybe the approach changed over last year. It was not big, but as I mentioned - clean, with laundromat and close to the city center. Good for few nights stay.

The apartment was at 85 Queens Wharf. Apt 1701. The instructions were sent to us the day before we left, and were really easy to understand. Gaining entry into the building was easy as we did exactly as instructed. The apartment is modern and had washing machine and dryer. Hair dryers. Toothpaste and toothbrushes, cleaning products and tea and coffee supplies. Ironing facilities, kettle toaster and more... In fact lots more than we needed! We found the security to be really polite and helpful upon our arrival and during our stay. We had amazing views of the CN Tower and Lake Ontario. Upon arrival we noted the bath plug was not working. We contacted by WhatsApp and it was dealt with the next day. The building is close to Tim Hortons, bars, cafes and grills. The entertainment area and lake. I really cannot fault Simply Comfort Suites at all. We had a fab stay and we will definitely use again in the future.

We have chosen this ground floor two bedroom apartment for our family of 4. Rooms are very spacious with a living room, kitchen and dining room with high ceilings. A washing and drying machine is located in the bathroom and very helpful for us staying 4 nights. All things are perfect condition, clean and provided. Location is perfect for us, easy walk to nearby Kensington Market, and to an Asian supermarket T&T as recommended by the apartment manager. An excellent stay for group of 3-4 persons visiting Toronto. I’m glad to have found and chosen this place for our trip.

Was what I expected, a dorm style room with hard beds. Not complaining for the price we paid. A little cool in our basement room until we figured to block the gap in the door with a towel.
