The rooms are nice, clean, like pictures. I was so surprised to sign a new thing here for the first time. According to the instructions of the Cozrum system department, all content can be automatically closed and opened with a password without the need for a receptionist. The parking lot is inconvenient because it is difficult and narrow. Everything is fine during the rest, so I will give 4 stars for now.

The hotel is ok but not great. We wanted a quiet room. We were given room 105 on the first floor. The window from the room led to the corridor, so it was completely covered with thick curtains. And alas, the room was not quiet. But, for 29 dollars - a normal option. They asked to extend the stay in the room until 14.30, since we needed to get to the airport later than 12 o'clock, they extended the stay by 2.5 hours for 100k dong.

Super cosy and cute apartment, they have all the things you need literally everything. Is near to town and away from hustling town but yet close and quite quiet! Love the bed and the little cafes around !! Highly recommended. Only thing is they lock the main gate about 11pm there’s another entrance through the sides so just ask the local not a big problem !

1 / 2 Well, where shall I start? Ok, the positives, as it won’t take very long. The air con in our room (202) was excellent. Never let us down and was as expected. Also, the security to the building was good. Passcode doors to enter the property, before your room key to access your room. The bed was comfy and we slept well, although the image of the deluxe mattress in the web photos is somewhat deceiving. Ours was a about a third of the depth of those shown in the web pics. Now for the negatives. Let’s start with the red ant infestation. They came in everyday near the kitchenet sink area. I think the cleaner may have cleaned them up once, but we ended up having to buy a big can of RAID to wipe them out every morning. I left the mess to see if the cleaner would notice the growing pile of ant bodies needing to be cleaned away, but she either didn’t, or didn’t care. I let them pile up. The extent of the ant problem wasn’t really fully realised until we started to pack up to leave (we stayed 19 nights). Upon moving our clothes, we found ants running around inside, and my wife was almost physically sick when she had found that ants had invaded her make-up bag, and decided to make home in her makeup sponge, which was in a plastic case. The food stuff we had bought to bring home also suffered. Some sealed packets had also become infested and rendered the food useless. We also found some in our bed. This was all reported to Cozrum before we vacated. The condition of the room was pretty terrible. We booked on the basis of the photos and reviews on reputable booking sites such as Booking.com, Expedia and Agodo. What you see in those pictures advertising the property is NOT what you will get now. If you had booked 10 years ago, then maybe, but not now. The walls and ceiling were dirty. The walls had paint missing where chairs had been repeatedly scaped against it. Things that had been stuck and removed from walls had left horrible scuff marks. The “white” walls were dirty. Grime (mold?), years of build up of dust/fat and dirt and probably a faulty aircon unit just made the whole place look dirty. The tap handle in the bathroom had been replaced with a big old screw, and the grime around the sink was horrible. Bed linen was old and tired, as were the towels. We asked for an extra pillow for a family member that needed one for a breathing condition. They said “No”. They apparently only had enough pillows for each room. So, what happens if your pillow is unusable? No replacement? We ended up having to buy one. There were also spiders webs in the corners, and the balcony area looked like it had never been cleaned. Our door lock battery failed whilst we were there, as it did for my mother who was staying upstairs. No fun sitting on the stairs in 40 degree heat waiting for the management company to let you back in. We also encountered other guests trying to access the property. N*** location near the center, adjacent to amenities such as market, pharmacy,... Professional support website system. Fully furnished, with kitchen cooking utensils, rice cooker but no dining table. The sheets and pillowcases were quite old, dark in color, and the bathroom sink was so old that it had a big hole torn in it. Spraying insecticide but not cleaning up afterward left cockroaches in many places in the room. Remember to thoroughly wash eating utensils before using. I booked one night for working stay. The apartment is nearby the city center and can go through by Dien Bien Phu st / Xo Viet Nghe Tinh st. Not many restaurants nearby, or early closed, but there were also a cf shop and ministop which are easy to walk there. Room was modern, large and convenient. The electricity was really strong. The bathroom was clean and cosy with big shampoo/soap bottles. They have good TV signals and many internet connections but quite unstabled. I came in at night so the balcony was not-in-use with me and when I woke up, the bright from outside is so good to enjoy. Not many staffs, just an elder housekeeper who is very kind, sympathetic and helpful. The security was good so pleasure staying there. Tips: they have a kitchen with full equipped, I don't think you should cook but may be, you can enjoy a cup of hot instant noodles and a cosy sofa when you want to have a break after long time using computer.

I love it here! First of all, the staff was great and kind. Easy check in. Although the manager is not always resident, it will contact you in advance through the communication software (I use what's app) and reply any questions quickly. The location is great too, very nice place, close to the city center! Walking distance to the main attractions of Ho Chi Minh City's First County where you want to go. The top floor is equipped with washing machine and dryer, free self-service laundry, and a comfortable balcony. The room has a kitchenette, pots and bowls of kitchenware and an induction cooker microwave. Great shower, fast wireless network. A large water dispenser is provided in the lobby, providing clean, hot or room temperature drinking water! I will stay in Ho Chi Minh City next time and highly recommended.

With the price I paid, I don’t think I could find it anywhere in the world. And I also think they have everything that we could possibly need for a daily life. Bed was great, air-con, room is spacious, communal spaces, but due to the materials, when you move, the bed makes a noise. Breakfast was good, a few choices but more than enough. Bathroom was good, but no refills of shower gel and shampoo but that’s ok. No problem for me. Will come back here for sure in the future.

Great service and friendly staff. Checked out in the morning and they let us leave our bags at reception the entire day as our flight was only in the evening. Clean and comfortable rooms. Really affordable and not far from the airport either. Great place!

Super cosy and cute apartment, they have all the things you need literally everything. Is near to town and away from hustling town but yet close and quite quiet! Love the bed and the little cafes around !! Highly recommended. Only thing is they lock the main gate about 11pm there’s another entrance through the sides so just ask the local not a big problem !

This is one of the hotels that I quite enjoy in the experience of using self-serving accommodation services. This is a fairly new model in Vietnam, although in other Asian countries it has to be developed. Location: located in the central district but it is difficult to find this homestay location. It took me nearly 40 minutes just to follow the google location, without any instructions from the homestay. The equipment in the room is quite comfortable, but the stone floor in front of the elevator is dirty but not newly polished. Some equipment on the door is dirty but not cleaned. The bed is soft, everything is very good. The whole stay I rate 3.5/5 Checkin is quite difficult, there is no signboard, you have to call instead of having a guide The hotline or check-in procedure is relatively time consuming to open the door and get the key - There are still some shortcomings such as checkout that needs to be notified in advance to extendtay, the amenities locker is locked when I need it, I don't know where to get it or open it. In this regard, it is necessary to have a better communication channel with customers or use QR codes for unlocking and unlocking activities ... room renewal ..

I recommend this property, cheap and clean, very milenial. Location perfect, only walking distance to Bui Vien Street (but very quiet at night) and some tourist attaractions. The receptionist was very nice, helpful, and smiley, he helped us a lot (except for the shorter guy who always have night shifts, he's a little like the 'i dont care' guy hahaha). When we were checking-in, the hotel owner came to help us with the check-in process andbdeliver our luggage to the room, he was super kind and he even takes us to the best money changer to exchange our money, and we ate dinner at his restaurant in front of the hotel, he accompanied us till the dinner finished. we couldnt be more thankful. And look forward to stay at this hotel again.

The location is the best, right after crossing the bridge, District 1 There is no replacement of bed sheets even though the cleaning fee is paid separately Simple cleaning and change of towels Even though additional towels were requested, there was no additional payment other than the basic payment amount. This is Rivergate Residence. I wandered around looking for Saigon Sirius. I only found out after a phone call. Sorry for the lack of prior notice

The apartment was large and had a balcony. We used the washing machine to wash. That was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and fulfilled our wishes. The cleaning lady wasn't friendly. All you can eat restaurants are nearby. The street food opposite is very good. We felt good. Thank you.

What a brilliant place! Fantastic location down an alley so minimal noise from the very loud ‘walking street’. Clean. Nice beds. Great pillows! Private bathroom. TV in room with English channels. Air con and fan plus mini fridge with drinks cheaper than Circle K! Mrs Ha and another lady called Nang both speak good English and have lots of excellent recommendations for tours and places in the city. Very helpful and kind. I have stayed here twice and will come back again! Cannot rate highly enough!
