|1.76km from city centerWe stayed for 4 days in Berlin and highly recommend these apartments. We couldn't have asked for more. We stayed in the studio apartment which was perfect, very spacious and clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything you need - cups, plates, cutlery, washing up liquid, sponges etc. The bed was really comfortable with huge pillows and the shower was very powerful. They are in the perfect location, close to a selection of different restaurants all within walking distance and close to the subway. Check in staff were friendly. We had an ironing board in our apartment with no iron, so we walked down to the checkin in spot and asked for an iron which we were able to rent out for 20 euros and upon the return we got that 20 euros back. We asked for a late check out which was accepted at a fee. All in all, a perfect stay.

The room, though small, was well equipped and comfortable. Beds were comfy. Breakfasts were fresh and tasty though little variation from day to day. The only negative is that the hotel was also hosting multiple student groups who crowded the public areas, elevators and breakfast area and were often noisy and oblivious to their impact on other travellers. This was a daily annoyance during our 4 night stay.

|2.88km from city centerI was fortunate enough to stay in another of the company's apartment/properties late last year and it was excellent, which prompted me to try this property this time around. There is a limited reception, therefore we received information prior to arriving which detailed how to enter the property and get our keys - it all worked perfectly for us, but another party just behind us did have some issues but they seemed to get it sorted after a few minutes. Our apartment was clean and had all the expected amenities including cooking hob, microwave, kettle, fridge and toaster. Tiny capsules of milk were supplied which meant we could make a cup of tea before heading to the nearby Aldi which was around 10 minutes walk away. The property is just over 5 minutes walk from the u-Bahn (line 6) and there is an s-Bahn station a little further away. Easy to get into the centre of Berlin and everywhere else given the excellent public transport. There was no air-conditioning, but as we had an apartment with a balcony, we could tilt the doors open (whilst still locked) to cool things down. The bathroom was clean with good pressure in the shower and it being a decent size. TV was a good sized flat panel although not many English channels although I wouldn't expect many in Germany! WiFi was easy to connect without any captive portals, and strong enough to stream Netflix. All in all, a very pleasant stay. We checked out before reception opened and were told to just leave the key in the room. Staff, where we saw them, were very friendly and helpful and spoke perfect English. Only knocked off one dot because one of the duvet covers had a small rip in it - not an issue at all, but to get a 5 with me, everything needs to be perfect - it very nearly was. Highly recommended - I will be back next time I am in Berlin!

|2.91km from city centerWe booked a two-bed room and called the day before arrival to tell you we would arrive after 18:00. Fortunately, because our reservation was accidentally not registered. At the arrival, we picked up the key from the key box and went to foot (with baggage) to the 3rd floor to see that we had a single room. After a friendly lady's call, we could take the key to a double room from the treasure, fortunately on the ground floor. The ”hotel” is a normal residence where the hotel rooms are spread across several floors. At 23:30 we heard about us children's scream and trample. In total, the rooms equipped with cheap furniture have just descended. The shower was still in the predecessor's shampoo bag, and the next morning a strange hairbrush was found in my bed, which I probably had taken with my feet from the floor (tape floor) (or was it already in bed?). We found foreign hair on the sofa too. Breakfast: Of course, breakfast cannot be compared to a five-star hotel. There were, among other things, coffee from the machine (OK), musli, some plates of sauce and cheese, packed marble stores and as hot foods simple box sauces, a rush mass and broken (in the other way not stable) mirror eggs. They were lawful to cold. After the few fresh breads were away, there were those from the previous day - hardly eating. And the bread plates were still there for at least one day and were hard. From the extent of breakfast may be still appropriate, but qualitatively underground. I wonder how to evaluate it positively. Robust feelings with a hanging for adventure holiday can enjoy staying there for a night. For € 49,- I'm sure that experience is too expensive.

|8.14km from city centerI have booked this hotel - despite the very high price - only because it is in the proximity of a friend. Since I was only arrived in the evening and the reception is not long occupied, a code should be sent to me in advance. On the day of arrival, I also received two emails on this. And then another call, whether the download of the app needed worked. However, what was not told me either in one of the emails (or in the booking confirmation), or on the phone, was that this address is there twice in Berlin. I was at the wrong address late night, of course. So back to the taxi and again through Berlin. Opening worked well. However, when the apartment entered, I almost hit. It smelled after food as if I were standing directly at the fritchet room. Insupportable. Opening the windows overnight was impossible because the house is directly on the motorway. And directly directly. If I had wished to have cleaned or new towels, I should have registered by email on the previous day. It was not necessary for me during the three days. The apartment was very spacious, but little living. Insightable from all sides and through all windows from the street - like on a presentation plate. It is also tasteful if you think it's good that the bathroom is inside the living room... On the day of departure I had to leave the apartment at 11:00 a.m. At 10:45 - I had put the “Please don't disturb” sign out and was just on the toilet - just the cleaner comes in!! Totally not worth the money and a total disappointment. Never again.

Reception is, in bar area and there are no staff all computerised, doorbell to get into reception, then self service checkin. Good free WIFI. Bedroom was clean and comfortable size with TV. 1 comfortable 2 single bed together clean. Bathroom is ensuite and very clean with toiletries. No coffee making facilities in room. Charges for room service and need to request fresh towel. Breakfast is continental with cereal, buns, cheese and meats, juice and coffee.2 days of stay lift out of action and on 5th floor. Can leave bags for free at sister hotel 3mins walk. Would recommend and would stay again, especially if visiting as only 1 minute walk up the road to train and plenty restaurants.

De kamers zijn voorzien van een bed, TV, bureau en stopcontacten en dus alles wat je tijdens een city trip nodig hebt. De wc en douches zaten bij ons op de gang en prima bereikbaar. De douches zijn schoon en geven goed en warm water. Vriendelijk personeel en alles prima uitgelegd. Binnen bereik van openbaar vervoer, welke je naar alle punten binnen Berlijn brengt. Een aanrader voor stellen en city trip bezoekers.

Breakfast is very generous, so pay for that. room was small, but had a desk and full bathroom and double bed, what else could you ask for. View was a parking lot but it also meant that it was quiet. Hot water pressure and internet speed were both good. Bathroom showed its age a little, but was fine.

La chambre était grande et plutôt confortable. Malheureusement, nous avons trouvé que cette dernière ne correspondait pas totalement à ce que nous avions vu sur les photos, elle avait l’air moins moderne et moins cosy. Le rideau sur la fenêtre était aussi légèrement trop petit par conséquent il y avait un peu trop de lumière la nuit. Nous n’avions également pas la possibilité de mettre un panneau à l’extérieur pour que personne ne vienne faire la chambre. Un peu cher pour ce que c’est.

|7km from city centerHotel stands in the stairs. For and behind! The name Arche is not seen from the street In the evening the neighbors are outside and you can understand everything literally. Like the ramble in the kitchen. The room and the corridor smell muff because of the floor cover. There are many spots, the room is spacious, the bathroom is spacious enough, soap and shampoo are available, the furniture is very date-in-date brown, the TV is a computer monitor, there is no ventilator or air-conditioning. The towels are exchanged but once you get 2 small, the other 2 big. 1 towel pp is little at temperatures of 30 degrees inside and outside. The room girl had not turned our room closed. The door was closed but everyone could have walked in because the door was open all day because of the workers outside. When we reported it, the receptionist said: oh, okay. No excuse. It was apparently normal. The breakfast costs 7.50 and is wide enough. Broad, toast, cake, yoghurt and various places. You can take as much coffee, tea or juice as you want. Parking can be for 16 euros pd. in the street it is 14 euros for a day card. Tish a pressing street. There are a lot of dinners, mostly easts, nearby. 24-7 shops. Metro close. Different steps. In short, it is enough but it could be much better.

Hotel room was warm clean and tidy . However as you can see from the photos the place is very tired and dated .1970s decor at its worst . Personally we felt it was more like a hostel than a hotel . Indeed looking at some of the hostels in the area they seem to have a lot more to offer . Did not detract from our stay as the city is a wonderful place to be before Christmas

|5.44km from city centerI stayed there with my parents between 29th of February and 5th of March. My parents arrived the hotel before me and they had some difficulties with entering the apartment building. Hopefully my cousin was with them so they solved the problem and finally entered the apartment. However, the main elevator was broken and in the period of fixing. So they had to use the secondary elevator. I arrived there 22:43 but the door was locked and there was not anything to enter the password (not the main entrance). I called my mom to open the door and she opened the door for my dad and I. Once we came to use the elevator, we found out that it was not working. It was only useful in from Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 20:00 and in the weekend, it was being used only to descend. Room was very nice and the location was perfect because it was close to many transportation station. Yet, the elevator ruined all the image. My parents had difficulties with climbing stairs for three storey. In that sense, I would never stay here again.

|6.82km from city centerWe stayed in the ”More space” apartment on the sixth floor. The apartment is really spacious and comfortable. Inside there is a table with four chairs, a bathroom with toilet and washing, another bathroom with shower, Washing and washing floors for towels and others, a kitchen with induction floor and washing machine, a comfortable bed with two single pillows, a large chair and a pump. The cleaning is good, but take care that the cleaning during the stay is payable. The towels are changed every 2-3 day. The kitchen is provided with salt, pepper, sugar and washing pills. 👍🏻 U-Bahn station is reachable through the street. Very comfortable to move. Furthermore, there are many restaurants and shops nearby, although I don't recommend baking-padding on the other side of the street. The supermarket (closed Sunday) is almost attacked. We have been very good. Only small bads the excessive heat and poor washing.

|1.09km from city centerDas Hotel ist sehr schön und sauber, einziges Manko ist das Schließsystem per Handy, das find eich persönlich ist nicht so gut durchdacht. Wenn der Akku leer ist oder das Handy kaputt geht kommt man nicht mehr rein, genauso nervig ist es immer den Internetlink zu öffnen um schließen zu können. Fällt Wlan mal aus oder der Kunde hat kein mobiles Datennetz mehr, kommt man auch nicht rein. Also mir würde es besser gefallen das man mit dem Code den man unten benutzt auch oben rein kommt aber wie gesagt am Hotel ist ansonsten nichts auszusetzen.

There is a bus stop right outside which was often convenient. There isn’t a front desk so check in was kind of annoying since you should contact them before you get there to get the code in time but I didn’t know that booking from Trip. After I got the code, everything else was smooth, except their laundry room was not yet open.

If you're looking for a mid#town party area (sleepless nights) you're off mark here, but the price of the accom may be interesting still. if you're on business and need to get up early, you won't find sleep easily because the hotel attracts customers keen on running, shouting and being noisy in general. If you look for CoVid security, the hotel has nice rules but nobidy gives a damn and nothing is enforced. If you have a room at 6th floor, to avoid the stuffed lifts is an inconvenient choice. In general. The place is clean and well maintained, tyhe crew is helpfulp. The immidiate neighbourhood is quiet but boring. If the guest next door snores you've rotten luck, if he doen;t, it's a good night. Given the price, one could do worse.

Good enough location, 5 mins to the U-/S-Bahn and airport train - Alexanderplatz, Mitte and Hakescher Markt are all on your doorstep. Most of the time I spent in my room I kept deliberating how I’d sort out the space. It is a bit strange, especially the shower which is up some stairs in a darkened corner, overlooking the bed and exposed to onlookers from the street? Very strange. The colour scheme reminded me of the basement in my office building - very bland and industrial, but not in a quirky way. And the toilet was in some cupboard that you had to manoeuvre into thanks to a sink overhanging the bowl. Biggest gripe was the air conditioning - the hour limit is really irritating. Thankfully the weather was a let down in Berlin this time, but it’s often over 30c there in the summer and you need the AC on! I still woke up sweating! I’m all for sustainability, but there are other ways to achieve this. Also this is NOT a hotel, rather serviced apartments. You have to request housekeeping, and there is no restaurant/cafe and minimal service. The place is not occupied by staff at night.

|7.44km from city centerWe stayed for 3 nights in this hotel, a bit on the outside of Berling. U-bahn station is a 100 meters walk, direct line to either olympic stadium or Alexanderplatz. Room is clean, staff is friendly. breakfast (at 8.50 Euro) a bit on the high price, but food is good and a wide choice. Parking in the side streets of Kaiserdamm is free (Kaiserdamm has paid parking), but garage parking in hotel is also possible (8 euro / night). Hotel price is great, but will go up when there is a trade show in the Messe.
