After reading the reviews, I decided to go.
(Just in case, it is recommended to bring a fly club, towel, toilet paper, slippers, coffee pot, paper cup, etc.)
Some hotel rooms are good and some are bad.
(Hopefully a good room will be assigned)
There are several staff members working in shifts, and some are friendly.
It seems that they are trying to remodel little by little (I can understand that it is a cheap accommodation in a very expensive area).
Victoria Station/Coach Station is within walking distance (about 10 minutes), and Pimlico Station is 2-5 minutes on foot, and transportation is convenient.
When using the bus, number 24 on the road in front of the hotel goes to key tourist areas (Trfalgar Square, Palace, Soho, etc.)
If only a good room is assigned, you get used to it and it's good.

|4.27km from city centerWe payed £100 for one night here on 11th October, hands down the worst place we've ever experienced in this city! The pictures and price tag suggested this would be a good place, we were greeted with a half an hour check in because our room key didn't work, the owner Hassem not replying to the receptionist regarding the issue and does not care in general. Fortunately she sorted it, we opened the door (wished we hadn't!) To find what looked like a 'superior studio' BEFORE it had been renovated into something worth renting out! Filthy, very very shabby and dated, it felt like stepping into an attic that had itn't been touched for years! MOULD in the bathroom, marks all over the walls, sticky roughed -up dirty floors, there was a plate in the cupboard with BLOOD spatters on it, I've never seen anything like it. We stayed in ROOM 5, didn't think it could get much worse but the walls were paper thin, so noisy was woken at 4.30am, plenty of noise from above. NO HOT WATER for showers in the morning. Asked for a part refund as we were MIS- SOLD the room only to be told it was already half price!? (Can you believe it!) Avoid this like the plague, theres so much better for alot less!

About 10 mins walk from a couple of different tube stations. +The bed was very comfy +Air con was a blessing in the hot weather Cons: -The breakfast was disappointing, compared to the promotional photos which showed a full spread along the bar, multiple juices to choose from, and big juicy looking apples. What we got was fine, but just a let down from the photos. -The dust. The rooms had dust everywhere. The hallway was dusty, and there was painting going out while we were there. -Compliment toiletries consisted of one shower gel. -Toilets are heavily stained. -This is not a “5 minute walk to Marble Arch”. It is at least 10, and even google says 12.

After staying for 9 days, I could only clean once. If I want to change the sheets or clean again, I need to pay. The room is on the first floor, there is no way to open the window, and there is basically no ventilation.

The guy who checked us in very nice and polite giving information where to go to in the town. It has a large car park with secured gates which is a big bonus for London. The room Was quite small but OK for one night anymore night a bigger room would be better. The complimentary Water coffee extra was all good, a nice big bed and lovey shower room And toilet. I will defiantly return here it’s a great find in London near Heathrow Airport. I rate as fantastic 👏👏

Pleasent and friendly staff as shown to apartment, In the room we had there was two double beds, which very comfortable and a good nights sleep was had by both of us. The duvet was perfect and not cold at all in the room. In our room was a fridge, microwave, kettle (with free tea and coffee), hob,wardrobe, iron with ironing board, fans and heaters too. There was also a flat screen TV. The bathroom was small, but just what needed. Good shower with good water pressure and heat. There is a boiler and central heating in the apartment, worked absolutely fine. The location is great, with great transport links from Whitechapel station on underground lines District, Hammersmith and City, Also Elizabeth line and London Overground. Less than five minute walk from the apartment. There is also bus stop just a few metres from the apartment, A lot has been mentioned about the noise. This is a busy area of London in Zone 2, So noise is to be expected. It was not intrusive and did not cause any problems at all during our stay. For the price and location, would not hesitate to stay here again.

Is a true professional very positive attitude nothing is to much trouble for her very smilley and super friendly. The bar is well stocked and reasonably priced the music is also great. Room was clean and warm comfortable. BREAKFAST was good lots of choice and great coffee six pounds great value. Definitely return as the place has a great atmosphere..I wish the lady and her family great success in the future..

|5.51km from city centerSo, this is a new very high rise apartment block in the North Acton development. There are great views from the rooms (we were on the 44th floor) and the apartment is nicely furnished with Smeg appliances in kitchens and wood flooring and large windows to take in the views in the living area. The windows open, so it's possible to get fresh air into the room, which is a bonus in such large new blocks that often feel stuffy. There is a large balcony but at 44 floors up, I found a bit unnerving 1. The building is still under construction (not clear from the *********** listing), so the reception area is bare breeze blocks and all the lifts are padded with protective covers as there are a lot of builders still working there. At one point I couldn't get into the hallway as the builders were fitting new electrical trunking to the hallway 2. Check In. Initially CitySpace sent me a digital check in for their Tower Bridge property. Took a few messages to explain that I had booked Acton instead. Then I asked if I could check in a bit earlier than 3PM, no commitment was given and I was told to ask 24 hours before (why?). So I emailed and they said I could check in an hour earlier, the whole process was very unwelcoming language and felt like they were doing me a favour when in reality the apartment was ready. 3. Getting the keys. You arrive at the building site of multiple blocks being erected. There is no detail in the check in instructions of how to find the correct block (there are 2 that look the same). Eventually find it and ask the concierge who says ”Oh you have to call them” “Do you have their number?”
“No”!!!! So much for professional concierge on the listing Eventually found the number (why didnt they tell me this when I asked to check in early?) Called and had to wait in the dusty foyer for 10 minutes. In fairness, Dora, the woman who met me was lovely and very helpful and got us an additional keycard and duvet. At midnight on our first day, I got another message from City space saying that we MUST RETURN the 2nd keycard on check out or they would charge us £20 for each missing card (pieces of plastic). 4. The apartment. There are no curtains on the windows, only slatted cheap blinds, the type you find in offices. So your room is bright all night from the light pollution all around 5. Bedrooms are fine, but quite small. They maximise square footage on these developments! 6. The building work all around. Right opposite the apartments, new blocks are being built and the builders are working 24/7. So all the building sites are lit up at night and there is constant noise from the sites with trucks and pile driving that started at 5AM 7. The noise! OMG the noise. Being so high up, you really hear the wind whistling all around the building. On our last morning, the wind was string and it was really shaking one of the windows. But MUCH worse than that was the roar of the wind from the lifts and the dry riser void in the hallway, which meant it sounde

I do not complain about my stays, there are always positive things to say about every review I write.... accept this one. Before a negative post I tried to contact the property, no answer, am actually taking my business to the complaints team. No contact information provided worked for them, x2 telephone numbers and and email address, all wouldn’t allow. We had nowhere to turn since they’d turnt off the emergency contact number. We checked in and had to continue about our work, returned and upon inspection was the WORST state we have EVER experienced. Luckily messages can’t carry smells! We have very very low standards but since having to provide extra details to prove our key worker status we are NOT happy. It was literally so awful I slept in my vehicle! There are bugs behind the fridge, hairs in the double bed... that bed hadn’t been changed, the tv is dusty (gone to pull it out from the wall and covered in dust), there is a bag of rubbish in the wardrobes as I’ve gone looking for a hair dryer and a TERRIBLE stench we found upon first arrival. After inspection on our second and final visit, it was the kettle! Went for a cup of tea, the kettle wouldn’t boil so inspected it to find thick green mould and a terrible stench coming from inside it. Looked as though someone had cooked in it (some weeks ago) and it hasn’t been cleaned. I’m sorry but I wouldnt stay in a place like this for free! Very upset as this was our ‘life saver’ ended up staying in my car! This place is NOT covid nor human safe! Again, I like businesses to have their chance to redeem themselves and support them any which way I can, but this was SHOCKING, especially during a pandemic. People were smoking in the room, ash and fag butts all over the window sills, on check in one of us mentioned the smell of smoke, the guy shrugged and apologised that the previous people had been smoking. My review was dismissed on several occasions on the booking.com website, giving me the impression that they pick and choose what reviews they upload.

Le logement est propre, bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire comme précisé dans l'annonce (vaisselle, linge de lit, serviettes, torchon, produit vaisselle, produit de toilette, lave-linge, cafetière, bouilloire, grille-pain, etc.).
Le logement est petit mais très bien agencé donc parfait pour deux et le temps que vous voulez (court ou long séjour).
A proximité immédiate également de nombreux commerces et restaurants.
Quartier calme et chic. J'ai logé dans l'appartement 3 au RDC (26m2) - vraiment ravie !
Je reviendrai sans hésitation si je revoyage sur Londres.

You tell me somewhere else where there's free parking the 1/5 moaning patrol in London. Love to hear. A lot of £20-£35 prices. * Sound quality in room - Didn't hear a PEEP from any other room. Rare in hotels. Clearly good. * Breakfast was VERY GOOD - options - good portion sizes. * Ensuite included. * Staff VERY VERY VERY friendly! Happy when I phoned direct to not even accept payment over the phone, and take upon arrival. Infact, for £65 - two people, free parking, breakfast included, very friendly and kind staff he AUDACITY of some people to write 1/5 is absolutely DISGUSTING. That's not to say it's perfect by any stretch of imagination. The bathroom was very small ( they'll know this ) the mattress had certainly had better days, the shower could be better. However, when writing a review - can people THINK a little more before giving 1/5. I've stayed in some horrific places, awful staff, 1/5 etc etc and this place really is not this. If in this location again, will stay, again!

Located on a quiet road, 2 minutes walk from Lancaster Gate tube station, 10 minute walk from Paddington station and Hyde Park is literally around the corner. We stayed there as we were going to Winter Wonderland and couldn’t have picked a better location for an absolute bargain price. Staff were very friendly on arrival and although we arrived to early to check in to our room, we were able to leave our luggage with them while we went for something to eat. The room was clean and the complimentary coffee & tea provided as well as toiletries in bathroom was a nice touch (given the price of the room, I certainly didn’t expect it) BAD: Our room (Room 21) was on the top floor (4th floor) which is exactly 83 steps and no lift (probably not a problem to most, but a killer if you’re unfit and have spent the day shopping with a child 😂) The bathroom is quite small with a sloped ceiling so the shower head has been fitted really low; again, not a massive issue as there is a ledge you can use to sit on, but was a problem for my partner who is over 6’ The air conditioning unit tube at the back has come apart, we stayed in middle of winter so didn’t need to use it - this may be an issue in summertime. OVERALL OPINION: Would definitely stay there again, the location and price far outweigh any of the negative points.

|1.55km from city centerA brilliant location with a incredible view of St Paul's cathedral. Reasonable facilities, some of quirks to the apartment that is growing tired in some areas. They require a security deposit which isn't indicated in our initial booking and I am still awaiting its return.
The shower was blocked but after an email they came and unblocked it.
Overall, I would definitely stay again and rate the apartment a positive 9/10.

I can’t even call it a Hotel. You literally have to wait for somebody to let you in, Within an hour if you’re lucky. The room!!! My god. I’ve had better camping trips. On opening the room door (after a 50 minute wait outside and a 5 hour drive ) we were met with a dirty quilt left rolled up on a disgustingly dirty bed ( hair and filth all over it ). There were wet used towels and dirty bedding left on the side table. No one was available to do anything about it. They do not cook breakfast ( not that I would eat there ) so that’s a complete lie and you’re paying for it. The blinds on the windows have been fitted by Stevie Wonder and don’t open or close. The place is run down and generally filthy. The water is constantly freezing cold and your unable to shower. Even the electric was off. So at times we had cold water with no electricity. The owner is the most disgusting and rude person I’ve ever met and will not converse or do anything about your situation. PLEASE DON’T BOOK HERE. You’d be better off sleeping in your car. !!! It’s vile and unsafe. I paid £800 for an executive room for 7 days to be close to my partner who had an operation in a local hospital. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN. You will be ignored by anyone that occasionally works there. A DISGRACEFUL EXPERIENCE!!! The 1 stars I have given it are actually minus 10 and more. 1 star is way too good for the place. BE WARNED !!! Or get vaccinated before you dare go. Sarah - Wrexham.
