All Good and nice , clean and comfortable

The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the view from my window was stunning. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything fresh and tidy. The hotel’s location was also perfect—close to major attractions yet peaceful and relaxing. the breakfast was average and can better

I’ve stayed in the girls dorm for 3 nights. The assigned me an upper bed because the lower beds were occupied. As I arrived late, they stored a key for me at the reception. When I wanted to get it there was no key for my specific room and locker. I also couldn’t reach someone via WhatsApp. I then went for shopping and when I came back I met a guy who works there. He was so nice and helped me to get a key with a spare locker. Thanks to him I could unpack my stuff and lock my valuables. In the room were three other girls. Two of them seem to live there for weeks. Not sure why they live there instead of an apartment … The room was nice, but could be cleaner. Especially the bathroom inside the room could be more cleaner. I also prefer bigger bathrooms where more people can get ready. The location of the hostel is close to the new metro and needs about 15 minutes by foot. A big supermarket (LuLu Hypermarket) is on the same way.

Finding a satisfactory place to stay on a busy trip is undoubtedly a rare bliss. This trip, the hotel I stayed at not only met my expectations, but more than I imagined, became the most enjoyable part of the whole trip. The smiles of the reception staff were as warm as the sun, and their professionalism and enthusiasm made me feel at home. When I checked in, they patiently introduced me to the hotel's facilities and surrounding attractions, and also recommended several local specialty restaurants for me. After getting my room card, I couldn't wait to get to my room.

I was hesitant to book my 2 days stat because the app has’t provider their recent pics but i was surprised with the room I booked. Worth the price so I just payed my extension at the counter but its not the same with the app, it went up. There is a guy helper who helps if you need to buy outside. Everything was great! The room smelled great and was very clean and pleasing to the eye. There was a clean King size bed and a big Smart TV. Although, I wish they had left me with more than one towel and extra toilet paper. There was a mini fridge, microwave and Tea kettle which was great to have but they did not provide tea cups, tea bags, coffee, sugar etc.. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would come back again.

I congratulate all the staff on their excellent service and warm welcome. Thank you for your efforts, and I recommend them to everyone.

The location is good, but there are not many surrounding facilities. It doesn't matter if you have a car.

Mashallah, the service was excellent, may God reward them abundantly. The apartment was clean and close to amenities, restaurants, and markets.
