The Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, although renowned for its standard, unfortunately leaves something to be desired in several aspects. When we arrived, the welcome was far from warm, which is disappointing for an establishment of this size. Fortunately, the room staff was able to compensate with their professionalism and impeccable service.
However, other aspects of the service were failing. At the pool, we were surprised to find that there were no staff to greet us and prepare towels, which is not up to the standards expected of a hotel bearing the Four Seasons name. It was good hotel but only things they should focus on the customer service like receipts, if you try to reached them at night it's difficult to get them, they ignore customers calls without getting back to the customer while calling. Also while checking out I've requested them to check.the minibars if there's anything missing there were very slow to check it and I was waiting for more then 5 minutes. Room is spacious, bed is soft and very comfortable. We kindly requested later check-out since we checked in after midnight, and they accommodated our request.
Room has a work table with stationery.
Good toiletries and comfy bathrobes are provided. Concierge service is outstanding.
The location is slightly far from all the main tourist attractions, so bear this in mind.

I stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the hotel very much. It is conveniently located next to the major subway station so I could travel within town without being stuck in infamous traffic. I had a suite and it was tastefully decorated and had all the modern levels of comfort, including the smart light system and a stand alone tub. Since it was my birthday, I also was given a very delicious complementary cake to celebrate this occasion, along with a basket of fruits and Arabic coffee.
I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
P.S. One note - I wish they had a concierge because none of the reception employees knew anything about the celebration of the Founding Day, not even the fact that the roads to the hotel were blocked by the police and it took extra 30 mins for the taxi driver to go around.FromMYR 594

The surrounding area is really bad; it's hard to find places to shop or eat, and you always need a taxi. The hotel's service attitude was also poor. I checked out a day early, and they refused to refund the price difference, even with Ctrip's intervention. What's more, I left a power bank worth over 300 RMB in the room, and they didn't bother to inform me, it was just overlooked! I ended up losing over 1000 RMB, including the room fee and power bank. I had an amazing check in service, we were spoken to extremely politely, the staff member Abdullah who checked us in was so helpful, we were asked if we wished to dine at the restaurant which was great as we were hungry after a very busy flight. The room was a perfect size. The bed was comfortable and hence a good sleep ensued. In the room there was a dish of complimentary fruits, some snacks, chocolates and water. The room had a rain shower and toiletries were available should you need them. 10/10 on cleanliness. Hope they'll train the guard to assist guess to speak english, at least ask if we are guess so they can allow us to park inside because we were asked to park outside because of miscommunication. I visited Al Faisalia Hotel for the first time for business trips. The clean facilities were so good, and I felt a little far from the place where women exercised. The staff are so friendly. The room was clean and tidy, and the executive room offered a really pleasant view. The location is also outstanding, right opposite the Olaya Kingdom Center, making it very convenient to get around.
