It was such a nice hotel, I was actually very surprised. The common areas where very fresh (complementary coffe). I absolutely loved my room, especially the bathroom. SO CLEAN! Bed was amazing, even the towels where scented. I really had a wonderful stay, and will definitely be back! Ps the elevator was unfortunately down, but that was no problem as they sent staff to help with our luggage :) Can’t stress how clean the room was!

The hotel is ideally located, spacious and clean. It is not a courtesy plate for a hotel of this range. Rooms 102, featuring all yellows that make dirt. Very pleasant and reactive staff. A lamp that exploded in the bathroom, which dipped us into the black, intervened in less than one minute while the receptionist told us 5 to 10 minutes happyly that not . Breakfast too expensive to our taste 22€ / person

The hotel is great, clean and comfortable, the breakfast is very good, a must-have every day. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. There is a towel drying rack in the bathroom, which is convenient for drying small laundry. There are many restaurants within a five-minute walk from the hotel, and it is also very close to the subway. All in all, it is very convenient. If you rent a car, there are common roadside and parking lots at the door, free of charge. Highly recommended. It is 5 kilometers away from San Siro and very close from Milan Central Station. It takes about ten minutes to drive at most.

The basin was clogged on the first day, and it was disgusting. However, I provided feedback to the reception on the second day, and they sent someone to fix it. So the problem was solved. Overall, I was quite happy and grateful for the reception giving me my requested view with a bathtub. Looking out from the room on the 30th floor, facing the breathtaking view and river, it just made my day when I woke up or was going to rest. The bed is huge and firm, a plus point for giving me a good rest after a day of walking. However, I was just a little bit disappointed because initially, I was told that the indoor swimming pool was free for guests. Still, when I revisited on the second day, I found out that I have to pay for it. The breakfast was average. There is still room for improvement for the choices of bread, cheeses, yogurts, and hot food, etc.

Stayed here for 7 nights for our holiday in Paris. Service was great from check in to concierge to helping us open wines we bought outside. The concierge helped me to book the taxi to CDG, smooth and reliable. Our family room was spacious, and offered a great view to the Latin Quarter. Comfortable beds and well designed bathroom is exactly what we needed after long days in museums. The location was very convenient. Only 3 mins walk to Montparnasse station, and there is super market 1 minute away, which opens as early as 7am.

We stayed here 3 nights. Hotel very nice, room spacious and clean. I have to say it’s my second time in Paris and what a better experience check-in staff so friendly. We decided to do the breakfast buffet and met Erwan who was so nice and friendly. His kindness brought us back every morning til we left. Erwan was so accommodating and friendly. Then later that night we bought wine to have in our room and Denis at the bar opened our bottle gave us 2 fancy wine glasses to enjoy our wine. I would definitely stay here again because of the friendliness of the staff. Thank you for a great experience!

Location: Wonderful, it's next to Barcy Village, a shopping area, with many restaurants, cinemas and stores. Along with a park and the metro station, within a 2 min walk from the hotel. There is a Metro supermarket along with a Carrefour there too. On a map it seems a little far from the centre of Paris, but its a lovely walk along the river and a lesieryly walk took us into the heart of Paris within 1 hour walk, or just take a 10 min taxi ride or a 10 min subway ride. Location is great. If you go into the centre of Paris then you probably looking at small 11-18sqM rooms, don't do this, travel out a little bit and get a room that you can relax in. Room Good size, modern, clean. Big TV, fridge, desk etc... Some bad things now, the AC did not seem powerful enough to keep the room cold, it kept the room cool, but not cold. Also, there were no plug sockets near the bed for charging phones, so bring a really long charging cable Bed is comfortable and the big windows provided a nice open feeling (note, the windows do not open though) Fast Wifi too. Bathroom: Big, clean, modern. Good water pressure, a big mirror with good lighting but it did steam up - but not a big deal. Has a bathtub and shower combined. Breakfast / Food Buffet-style breakfast with patties, eggs, bread, yoghurt, cheeses, tea, and coffee - all pretty standard for most European hotels that offer breakfast. It's almost too much but it's lovely to have and if you are spending a long time in the Hotel then there are many things you can do - but we were here only for a few days so did not try out everything. But much better to have than not. Gym Some free weights, a yoga studio area, a punching bag, callisthenics bars - it's all pretty good. Set in the basement of the hotel and accessible only by 1 of the 4 elevators they have is annoying, but again, Pullman offers a lot of facilities Pullman is a wonderful hotel which offers large rooms and is a plus in a city like Paris. Everything is clean and modern with only the AC power being below average. I cannot say Pullman is the cheapest hotel, next door there is an IBIS but we wanted a larger room - I would book Pullman again, especially if they have a good price. For a short stay it is good because of the location and for a long stay its good because of the room size and facilities.

Old style hotel which i liked, room was clean and comfortable bed and good shower but that is where the good ended. Location is not the best, not many restaurants around, quite a walk to the Louvre. Be aware there is a tiny lift but there are more stairs on each floor to negotiate with suitcases. I am loyal to Accor and feel as a gold member I received zero benefits. Room was not ready at 3pm (2pm check in) and had to wait with no chairs to sit on, no welcome drink offered, probably the worst room in the hotel, booking said city view instead we had a lovely view of an internal wall and windows on the 3rd floor, incredibly difficult to get a 1 hour late check out, constantly fobbed off to next shift, when finally granted the cleaners kept coming in so we gave up and left. Staff were unwelcoming and generally unhelpful. Felt as if I might have just walked in off the street instead of spending a lot of money this year in Accor hotels, in fact most of the Ibis hotels we used had better rooms and staff. Definitely better hotels in Paris

Central location, within 1 mins walk to Metro -Notre-Dame-de-Lorette - which offers direct transport to Saint-Lazare Train Station. It takes you 20 mins to Gare du Nord from hotel !! If you love shopping, the famous Shopping mall Lafayette and Printemp, it takes you 15 mins by walk from the Hotel Bloum. Very convenient and central in Paris ‘ I was staying for 6 days, the breakfast is very simple, without eggs and omelette, coffee is very simple too . I had a really good stay here. The other travellers were really friendly. I felt very safe. We hardly bumped into each other in our rooms due to everybody waking and sleeping at different times, but they were respectful in the morning and nights. The rooms were big and the beds were huge! The shared bathrooms were really clean and modern and the showers were really hot (or cold). It was mostly all students staying here or young people, however I did come across a few older people staying, one in my room. Lots of languages are spoken here. Lots of french mainly. I am English. There was also a Spanish speaking guy in my room, and a guy from Thailand. I stayed for three nights. The first time in a 6 bed female dorm and the last two in an 8 bed mixed room. Everybody is super friendly. The staff are friendly, there's lots of them. And there is big spaces with tables to study or eat and chat with each other.

Good location in Montparnasse, the neighborhood is quite calm and quiet which I liked, yet still very Parisian. The closest metro stations (Alésia and Pernety) are 400-650 metres away. Within walking distance there are for example the Catacombs (1.1 km) and Tour Montparnasse (1.3 km). The room had a very comfortable bed, good air-conditioning and a safe. There could be more shelf space and the shower is tiny, so probably not suitable for a larger person. The breakfast was good, baguette, croissants, yogurt, fruits, pastries and such, in addition to sausage and bacon. I could return here.

The room given by the hotel is the top floor, just like the attic, there is a slope, so the top of the room is not flat. Because the room is small, the slope is on the edge of the bed and it is easy to touch. The location is not bad, there are subways and some small restaurants on the side, McDonald's is not far away, there is a bigger supermarket at the intersection. The bathroom is also very small, and people who brush their teeth should be sideways.

In places like Europe where you have to pay for toilets, this hotel is definitely good value for money. Many hotels more expensive than him do not have a kettle and coffee, but this hotel has it, which is a minimum respect for guests. I stayed here for one night because of the train to Germany. I felt that their services and facilities were worth the money. I decisively booked a hotel in Germany after I returned to Paris. Although there are many black people near the train station, they do n’t look very safe, and they are actually very safe. The surrounding supermarkets and restaurants are very convenient, especially when walking to the supermarket at the corner where Lafayette turns left, only 0.68 is a can of beer. A large bottle of water 0.97. This is the cheapest store I bought in Europe. highly recommended.

The hotel must be booked by car, it is too far from the subway station, the night road on the return trip is a little disturbed, after all, the local is hard to say. This is insufficient environmental hardware. But there is a leclerc supermarket across the street, full of temporary needs. Staying enthusiastic, just have to wait for a while. The rooms are not large or small, and the design is consistent with the style of Accor N stores, which are more used to it. The price / performance ratio may not be expensive due to the location, far from the city center, and all attractions and traffic points. But it takes time to travel. The equipment is not too old in other respects, and it is acceptable to stay. The air is also okay, the view is on the side of the main road, which is relatively wide, but the building is irregular, so the rooms have different sizes. See the purpose of the line. On the way, I encountered locals to show the way, so I didn't take too many wrong paths. Breakfast is also consistent, bread is unique to France, but drinks are not fresh and fruits are average. The coffee is average, but the new kusmi has a lot of tea. There is no automatic coffee machine in the room, but I got a bottle of Evian.

This was our second stay in Paris at a Mercure Hotel, and the 1st one at this location. Close access to metro, taxi station and convenience of a great bakery and a supermarket. 5-7 minute walk to the Arc de triomphe and the popular The Avenue des Champs-Elysée. An extremely clean facility with very professional, pleasant, and hospitable staff. To make the long story short, we had to get out of our reservations with another hotel due to false advertisement and needed to get a place to stay, literally at the last minute. Monsieur Laurent, was the kind gentleman at the front desk at Mercure who patiently and kindly helped us with our reservation and got us into the last available suite they had and took a great care of us. From that point on, every staff member from housekeeping to the dining area as well as the other front desk staff at various shifts, followed suite with genuine kindness, hospitality and care. They literally saved our trip from turning into a disaster because of our original travel package hotel reservation! The room was very clean, extremely comfortable bed and pullout sofa, perfect temperature with a very comfortable shower system. The balcony was the cherry on the cake; we had the view of the streets and rooftops of Paris, just like what you see in the movies. Quiet and peaceful, not noisy. The breakfast area was extremely clean and the service was superb. The breakfast line up was very well rounded with fresh breads, croissants, variety cheeses, juices, coffees, and of course eggs, bacon, and sausage as well as variety of cold cuts, fruits and jams; everything was always fresh with the best presentation. Safe area with a ton of places to shop. My family and I will most definitely stay at this location again and highly recommend it to all.

Location was good but the nearest Metro now is under upgrading so the next nearest Metro is about 15 mins walk away. Room was small but clean. Problem is the only way to get drinking water is to go all the way to ground floor with your own bottle. I can understand the need to cut down on plastic bottles for Planet Earth. But at least have a water dispenser on every floor. Water is essential for life. But have just one water point on the ground floor goes to show that simple guests needs are not prioritize.

position: Very good, directly opposite the hotel is Metro Line 6, about 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower, about 5 minutes to the supermarket, post office, drug store, Chinese restaurant, drug store, I seem to see 3 , High degree of convenience. There is a Direct2 line from Charles de Gaulle Airport to the Eiffel Tower, which is only 10 minutes away from the hotel, which is more convenient. However, we do n’t know where to buy the ticket, or the RER, and the RER Express on the return trip, there are very few stops, and there are few people on board. Soon we will go to Charles de Gaulle. Safety: Every day I try to return to the hotel before 9:30 pm, and occasionally I will go back more than 10 o'clock. After 9 o'clock in the evening, there are fewer pedestrians on the road, and there are not many passers-by to the subway. Moreover, the Paris subway is not as bright as domestic subway stations, the gates are bright, and the subway entrance in Paris is similar to the domestic underground walkway. I was still guilty of walking on this road after 9 pm, but I felt relieved as soon as I walked near the hotel. Once there was a coffee shop at the crossroads downstairs of the hotel, it was open for a long time, and there were people sitting outside eating at night; second, there were several roads radiating around the hotel, and it didn't feel very empty; third, it may be because Familiar environment. room: The standard double room was booked. The room is not big, but there is a door from the entrance to the bed. When you close the door at night, it feels like a bedroom at home, which is pretty good. There is a safe, a kettle, and a bottle of mineral water is delivered daily. No slippers, toothbrushes, and socket adapters. Although the hotel is just across the subway, it feels quite quiet after entering the hotel, and the room is soundproofed. It may also be because we happen to live on the side facing away from the subway. breakfast: Breakfast is the same every day, but it's ok, just DIY by yourself, mix and match every day. Compared to China, the French breakfast may be relatively monotonous, but it may be the national situation of others, not too high. Service staff attitude: I didn't deal with the hotel service staff very much. I went outside every day. I only spoke a few words during the check-in and check-out. The attitude was normal, not enthusiastic or cold. Every day the room is cleaned up and it doesn't move your stuff, which is not bad.

I stayed in Paris during a very expensive period - I have no idea what was on, maybe fashion week?! Or maybe just the first Parisian summer after Covid... who knows. So I picked this hotel because it was a bit cheaper and I'd never stayed around the area before. There's not a great deal of touristy stuff but there are some great local restaurants and bars, and a huge Carrefour about 15 mins walk away if you want to bring any food souvenirs back! The guy on reception whose name I unfortunately forgot was super friendly and recommended a great restaurant to me very close by. He also mentioned that you get a great view of the Eiffel Tower from the bridge nearby - I also saw the top of it from the balcony in my room :) The room was clean and comfortable - standard chain hotel style but a bit more stylish with some artworks at least. My only gripe is that the air conditioner wasn't really coping... but I just opened the windows for a while to let the night air blow in, then it seemed to keep the room cool for the rest of the night.

The hotel is neat and clean and rooms are very well-maintained. The breakfast service was also really good. While the location is extremely convenient, there is a bit of noise from the traffic so maybe there is some way to insulate the rooms from this. On one night there was quite some noise from someone talking loudly till about 1 am. So, aside from getting the room slightly better insulated, I think the hotel is very good value for money

We usually pick hotels that have a great location. This hotel is in a fantastic location. In addition, the staff is extremely friendly! I have no complaints about the staff at all. The only reason I gave the hotel four stars is because of the rooms. The deluxe room is a great size, but some of the shampoo bottles weren't filled. There was also questionable stains on the chaise (oh dear). There was also a hole in the ceiling. When we went, the hotel did let us know there would be no hot water for a couple hours and that they were experiencing varying water temperatures (from cold to hot). However, these issues are not the end of the world. There will always be issues no matter where you go. The executive lounge at the top is great for night snacks that runs from 530 to 730. The lounge closes at 11 pm. There is a wide variety of seating and drinks. Definitely worth visiting also for nice views.
