The best and most lowkey location if you wanna visit 90% of Seattle! Friendly and efficient check-in. Real cool lobby. I wish I had used it a little more. Didn't eat or drink there since I was meeting up friends for dinner around town. Several cafés in the area are worth treating yourself to. Checkout was the easiest process I've ever had. Rooms look a bit cyberpunk/capsule hotel adjacent, but you sleep well and have pretty much everything you need [unless you need a desk for work or something]. Some things to note: Lights are a bit tricky to dim since they cycle brightness. It would have been great to leave one light on and dim the rest with the power saving feature [also just to keep up the night curtain and lower the day curtain, so I'm not walking in a pitch black room after dinner]. Why not 5 stars all around? The shower door didn't/couldn't shut all the way, so I used the towels to mop up the wet bathroom floor. Asked at kiosk for extra towels... they never came. At least the floor dried up before I left. Maybe if I made my request using the iPad, it would have happened. This obstacle made my stay not as good as it could have been, but I made do [there are add'l restrooms on the basement level, fortunately].From$101

Sheraton Grand Seattle has a great downtown location, spacious room, and various amenities. The hotel is located right next to the convention center and few blocks to the downtown shopping / dining. The room is spacious for four of us with enough space to open our luggage and we did not feel cramped. On a higher floor, we had a nice city view. The hotel is updated and has a large lobby, Starbucks, a wine bar, restaurants, and fitness center/pool. We arrived in the early morning and was lucky to get an early check-in. The staff we encountered was nice and helpful and we had a good experience overall. The hotel charges a destination fee that offers $20 dining credit to use in bar/Starbucks/selected restaurants and $10 Uber credit. Maybe because most people spend their $20 credits on Starbucks, the line was very long in the morning (~20 minutes). I would suggest going earlier or later to avoid the long line.From$179

The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation. You can walk to anywhere! The environment is nice, clean and tidy. Although it is an old hotel, the rooms and bathrooms are not small, and the view from the room is also nice (2336), especially at night. The service attitude of the staff is quite good, and the app used to call a car is also good (Uber), and it arrives very quickly after calling! The staff at the waiting service desk are also very enthusiastic, helping to explain, and also sending the luggage to the car, very responsible! I will come to this hotel again in the future, thank you 🙏🌹From$161

Went as a solo traveler. The room was very clean & hipster chic. The food at the attached Ben Paris restaurant was great! Everyone who worked there was incredibly nice & very helpful. Walking distance to so many great Seattle attractions: ferries, the Seattle Art Museum, Pikes Market, Under the Streets tour as well The Can Can Can Culinary Cabaret. The only drawback is the parking - like most older big city hotels there is no attached parking structure. The paid parking structure ($10-$32/day) is about 1 city block down from the hotel and is a bit sketchy if you are coming/ going at really late/early hours.
All in all I would really recommend this hotel! I really enjoyed my stay there! From$161

The hotel's front desk service is very good, the room is clean, and free bath salts are delivered to the room. When checking in, the front desk will give 2 bottles of water and a welcome drink. Guests will be provided with a free glass of red wine from 5 to 7 o'clock, and free delivery to nearby attractions. The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are bus stops and supermarkets within 100 meters.

The location is great. It's within ten minutes' walk to the pier and Pike Place. Because it's on 1st Street, there's no need to climb uphill to get to Pike Place, which saves a lot of effort. In addition, it is also close to the light rail station and bus station.
There is a paid breakfast downstairs, the cost is linked to the room rate, you can order your own food, the waiting time is a bit long, but the taste is good.

This is a good solid hotel with a good reputation. Rooms were spacious and classically decorated. Bed was comfortable. Daily room servicing was performed professionally to a high standard.

This was one of the best Hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had. It began with an amazing Valet named Earnest. He was the most congenial and friendly valet I have ever met.
He was unable to park our 1 ton truck in the underground parking. I had a bunch of tools in the back for a IT installation job I was in town to complete. Earnest felt genuinely concerned for the wellbeing of our vehicle and my tools. He went out of his way to help me empty the vehicle, and checked all of the items (which was a lot) in the baggage area of the hotel.
He then helped to find street parking which was in a safe area, and actually saved us $60 in parking fees.
After all of this Earnest then made an amazing dinner suggestion and even provided us with coupons which saved us a great deal on our dinner.
As I returned to the hotel each day during my stay Earnest greeted me by name, without reminder. That is a feat in my book as I often can't remember coworkers names whom I interact with daily, for years.
My wife and child accompanied me on this business trip. They eventually became visibly stir crazy. The Desk clerk noticed and provided all sorts of coloring books, crafts, games etc for my 4 year old. This without us asking. I did not get her name unfortunately.
After our trip we thought we had left some items behind. We called the hotel frantic because the items were irreplicable. The staff (each and every one we spoke to, one of whom named Cindy) were genuinely concerned and eager to help us locate the items. Calling us back to update us with their search regularly, and even offering to ship the items to us immediately once found.
Beyond the absolutely impeccable staff the hotel itself is beautiful. If you love pre-war architecture and design it is an absolute gem. It is like a time capsule. Every room has a milk door, and the electrical is all retrofitted because the building clearly predates electricity.
AS bonus they have a café, salon, skin care facility, and speakeasy on site. The speakeasy was closed during our stay, but the café was wonderful. We did not try the other services.
I will likely stay here on each and every visit to Seattle. It's an absolutely perfect hotel!From$91

I'm not sure why this hotel has such low ratings; I actually think it's a really great place. If I ever come back to Seattle, I'd definitely stay here again 👍 The room was spacious, bright, and well-equipped, and it was incredibly quiet. Overall, it felt very comfortable and cozy. The transportation is extremely convenient; aside from taking an Uber to Bruce Lee's grave, I could walk to every other attraction in Seattle. Pike Place Market is right around the corner, just a right turn from the hotel 🌹 Oh, and there's also a fantastic Vietnamese pho place nearby that I highly recommend 😋 I'd suggest this hotel to all visitors coming to Seattle – it's truly excellent 😎 I arrived at the hotel at 2:30 PM that day, and the front desk let me check in right away, which was so nice 😊 Plus, every guest gets a complimentary glass of wine 🍷 or cocktail 🍹 from the restaurant, which you can enjoy anytime. Overall, I'd highly recommend this place. It offers excellent value for money in every aspect. This was our first stop on our US trip, and we stayed for 3 nights. The room was quite spacious.
1. The location is great; it's just a 15-minute walk to Pike Place Market. An Uber to the airport costs between $60-70 and typically takes about 30 minutes without traffic. However, on the morning we left, we ran into road construction near Seattle Airport, which caused a 30-minute delay after exiting the freeway. So, definitely plan your travel time accordingly.
2. Housekeeping services are provided every other day. Free bottled water is available for self-pickup downstairs.From$127

Got a great last minute deal at this beautiful hotel. The staff was very nice and we enjoyed sipping wine overlooking the water on a comfy couch by the lobby. Our room was small with a city view but clean and cozy. Only criticism is that we put out our order for breakfast the night before and it never came so we had to call room service twice and ended up giving them a phone order because no one ever came to the door to get the order slip. Overall wonderful place to stay and you can walk to everything. From$183

Hilton is a brand hotel we often stay in. The management, service, facilities and hygiene of Hilton hotels around the world are very good, and they can basically maintain a stable standard. This hotel has large rooms, complete facilities, and a beautiful city view outside the window. The key is that the service attitude is quite good. They also extended our check-out time to 1pm. Recommended! I will stay at Hilton next time.From$221

This place was ok, service wasn’t the best and a lot of things were just kind of expected of us and not communicated at all. Also we were asked to check out earlier than we planned while we were still asleep despite having paid for a late checkout. We ended up having to show them the charge on our card in order for them to believe us. Also as far as the rooms go, they are tiny. And bathroom is cramped with no privacy. TV did not work with our devices so we were not able to stream almost anything during our stay which I haven’t had to deal with at any hotel in years. Also our view faced the inside of the building which was another building about 15 feet away, so no view which we did not know until we showed up. However, the location is amazing is perfect for any events at Lumen field or T-Mobile Park being only a 10-15 minute walk. For over $600 for two nights, we were less than impressed about our experience.From$127

The biggest problem is that the wooden base of the bed is very sharp, and there is a passage less than one meter away next to it, so it is easy to get hit on the legs. Our family of three was hit more than once. If someone is using the office chair next to it, you will probably get hit if you don't walk sideways. (As shown in the picture). The front desk was reluctant to serve us, and their expression was very reluctant. The water for the shower was not hot enough.From$103

The room is quite good and new, and the location is good to walk to eat lobster rolls. The only bad point is that parking is very troublesome. The hotel does not have a parking lot. It can be valet parking, but because it is a traffic light on the street, it is easy to miss, or there are too many cars and there is no place to park, it will be very troublesome.From$131
