We had an incredible stay at this hotel in BGC. It had everything we needed, a great buffet, a nice pool, and a well-equipped gym & everything more to offer. Perfect for a relaxing family trip.
Of course the staff were really kind and helpful, which made the hotels hospitality more enjoyable and the rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. We felt super comfortable the whole time.

Our stay overall was good! The location is convenient and easy to reach, though the lobby can get a bit crowded at times. The service was excellent — the staff were very accommodating and did their best to make our stay special. I had requested a birthday surprise, and while they tried their best, the birthday banners unfortunately didn’t stay up and ended up scattered on the floor. Also, the swimming pool was under renovation during our stay, so we missed out on that experience. Still, we appreciated the effort and had a pleasant stay overall.FromPKR 43,761

- The gym is the best I’ve seen in the Philippines (see pictures)
- Jacuzzi and warm bath in the gym is awesome (see pictures)
Cons
- minibar is woeful (see pictures)… one snickers bar, one bag of M&M’s when I paid for a room for three people.
- TV’s are too small in both bedroom and living room.
- There are two small lights under the bedside cabinet each side of the bed that are literally impossible to switch off at night..
- The Davidoff shop has a smoking lounge which is more of a cheap cafe than a lounge (see photo). The alternative smoking area in the hotel has no seats and not really very pleasant either.
- The road noise from outside late at night and early in the morning is completely unacceptable.
We booked the best room available and the notice late at night ruined our stay so much we checked out a day early instead of accepting a DOWNGRADE as all of the Premier Suites overlook main roads and crossroads! Not exactly ‘luxury’.

The waiters were very nice and nice. Helped to call a car, wash and iron, and allowed me to continue to take a nap at noon on the day I left the shop. I didn't check out until 2pm.
The duplex structure and decoration are quite unique, but the geographical location is not the best. Overall, it is completely inconsistent with the price of 731 yuan per night.

The only thing I liked was the helpful staff. When I asked for soap, a towel and a battery for the TV remote, they quickly brought them to my room. The staff was polite. It was also nice to stand on the roof and admire the road..
What I didn't like was the location and isolation of the room. It was difficult to sleep because of the traffic noise and barking dogs. Also, the TV remote didn't work, so I couldn't watch it. The room is very spacious and nice. The only complaint I have is that the lobby reception is not dealing with this property, it seems like they have their own admin contactable through WhatsApp. So when a person showed up to take deposit from me, I was a little worried that I will never get it back. They are also quite slow to reply messages, you need to call them.

The stay was not very comfortable. The room was very noisy due to the street and the very bad isolation of the balcony door. The first night we did not sleep. Then the isolation got fixed but it was still not really quiet. One morning a dead cockroach was lying next to my wife’s bed. The room service once set the table under water and when I came back my computer was in the water. There was only one room card for two people. Then the water cooker did not work and I had to ask for another one. The worst was the smell of mold coming from the air conditioning. The best was that there was a fine of 10,000 Pesos for smoking in the room. So at least there was no cold smoke from previous smokers. I don’t think that we will ever come again even though the location was convenient. It was also not a low price for this kind of quality.FromPKR 17,641

There is no washing machine, and the mattress is almost broken, which makes my back hurt.
The wifi is broken, but the landlord quickly replaced it with a new one.
The fire alarm in the next room went off four times in a week, all in the early morning, which was frustrating.

However, the service is so terrible, I need to call like multiple times and no response at all, and needs to wait not just minutes but hours. The description of the apartment is incorrect and misleading information provided. We were being advised ”If you wish the 3 br I suggest cancelling the reservation and rebooking and book the Standard Family Suitee” which we did and it turned out that the third bedroom that we have is a utility room,, with a washing machine and just a ventilation fan in the roomwith no windows and very small, and it mentioned 2 futon beds which was wrong. Instead there was a bunk bed. The room was stuffy, smelly, no air condition. We ended up renting another room for the third person as the utility room is not liveable. It will be good if it is fully indicated that the third room is in such bad condition in the description instead of putting misleading information. Very dissappointed with it as it doesn't match what mentioned though the service of the staff are good, very helpful, but still not able to do anything. Just right behind Venice Piazza Mall and very close to Enderun School. At the ground floor of the building are restaurants, cafes, convenience stores and a korean grocery. The area is close to the airport, close to BGC and Makati. Very close to entertainment places such as Resorts World Manila. Not far are other entertainment areas such as Okada Manila, Solaire and City of Dreams. Good thing is the hotel is located in uptown shopping area a walking distance to shops & restaurants.
The problem was the ACU in the bedroom 2 is leaking, there were roaches roaming in the unit. The shower is not draining properly and only 1 tissue was provided, you need to buy in the nearest shops.
Pay parking per day is P300 which is cheap.
You can request a checked out time at 12nn, instead of 11pm while waiting for your transport.FromPKR 15,793

I contacted them late at night, but they responded kindly.
The location was convenient because it was next to SM Aura.
At first, I checked the street view through Google Map.
I wasn't sure if it was the right accommodation. It seems like the Google Map location needs to be corrected.

There is no clear room address, and the front desk does not know how to receive and contact. This seriously wastes customer time and affects mood. MySpace Hotel in BGC: A surprisingly great value!
For the price, especially considering the BGC location, MySpace Hotel is a fantastic find. The room I booked was on the smaller side, but you get a surprisingly good buffet breakfast included (though the selection is limited, it's still a buffet!). I was so happy with the complimentary orange juice in the lobby – I honestly lost track of how many refills I had! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond for my birthday, decorating our room with a sweet towel arrangement and giving us hotel mugs as a gift (we sadly couldn't take them home due to luggage restrictions). The shower was easy to use, and the internet? Blazing fast! My husband and I worked remotely the whole time with zero lag. Highly recommend!FromPKR 6,430
