Verona Resorts

The rooms look newly renovated and housekeeping was doing a good job daily. It was spacious and the bathroom was nice. However the pillows were a bit on the flat side and beds were 2 singles put together. Breakfast was a nice spread of fruits, eggs, cheese, pastries etc. They even provided free bicycles that was very useful. The location was a bit off on a quiet lane. For those who walk back in the evenings, it maybe a tad too quiet. The only thing we couldn’t understand is there were strands of hair dangling from the rain shower head, even out from the tiny water nozzles. That was puzzling and worrying at the same time. Otherwise the handheld shower was great even though the water temperature needed to be adjusted.

This hotel was about 20 minutes walk from the train station and also about 20 minutes walk into the main town areas. I had to check in late and the lady who let me in was very friendly and helpful even though we struggled to understand each other. The room was very nice. I loved the fact that the windows were completely black out if you wanted them to be.

Good location. Near by Verona porta nuova station but a little bit far from downtown. We rent electric scooter to move around which helps our activities a lot. All facilities were new and clean. All staff were kind and cheerful. I like this atmosphere.

The location is not good because it is far from the tourist spot in the residential area, but all the staff were very nice people, and the building, the room, everything was clean and cozy. Also, the view from the window of the breakfast room is very beautiful and you can have a delicious breakfast and a good morning. It was helpful to have a pamphlet about this hotel and sightseeing spots in the room.

You get what you pay for. The room was big, we had a separate private bathroom and toilet (outside the room). Some towels and soap were already in the bathroom. Everything was clean. There was also a kitchen where we could use the fridge and the microwave. Instead coffee and some tea were free to use. However, we had difficulty to find the place. No indications. And also for the parking, it’s written that they have one but no. You had to find a street parking which isn’t easy to do (plus need to pay in the morning if you got lucky and find one = blue zone)

Hotel Palace Verona is a fantastic hotel with spacious rooms, friendly staff, and a peaceful atmosphere. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Great location with easy access to the city. Highly recommended – would happily stay again!

Had a very warm welcome. The hotel is a little dated, but was clean. Super friendly and helpful staff and a very large continental breakfast. There were cute tiny olive oil bottles, which was very appreciated. The coffee is a self-serve machine and there was canteen serve for all manner of hot foods, lots of bakery variety. I really enjoyed my one night stay after missing a flight at Verona airport. The staff helped me plan a really fun day until my flight the next day, they stored my luggage, while I went to see the sights. The most beautiful square in the world, dantes statue, Romeo and Juliets balcony, the castle, the river, the amphitheatre and I was lucky to find a wonderful festive market. A wonderful night and day in Verona. I went to the gusti gardens which absolutely wonderful highlight of my day.

Room is big with fancy decorations but some places still have many dust. Got small fridge , only 1 lift is working when we reached. 1.5km away from train station which is not really convenient by walking because the roas not really smooth, hurts your luggage

I always choose this hotel when I go to Milan. It's only 2 minutes from the highway, very convenient, and there's no traffic jam. The hotel quilt is very comfortable and clean. Parking in the city center is troublesome, expensive, and the environment is poor. The public security is also worrying. It's more convenient to go around in the city center or in the suburbs. There is a large Japanese restaurant and shopping center next to the hotel, which is very convenient for eating and drinking.
