Days Inn by Wyndham Alexander City Reviews

This is the hotel I stay at every time I go on a business trip. The pool is clean, and there is a convenience store right behind it, which is great. Better than Quality Inn.

Provision of decent breakfast on the house and the level of cleanliness was not bad. But as they allows smoking in the room, I had to purchase a deodorant at a pharmacy nearby to eliminate the reek of cigarette in my room.

Our room was ready early which was great! The room was clean! The only issue we had was there were only 2 towels and bath cloths. I went down to the front office and they gave me more!

Very friendly staff very pleasant stay. Rooms were nice and clean. My wife was happy. That’s the best part of it. We will be using this hotel again soon.

Very clean and spacious! Our room was very large it was clean and comfortable. Check in was quick and smooth, the office was clean and neat.

Room has been upgraded since last time we stayed here several years ago.

Lady at check in was extremely friendly, answered questions about the area and where to get food. Very pleasant stay.

My room smelled like dried water and they didn’t want to give me another room it took them a hour to give me another room …then that room still stink I had a 3 month old with this was just the worst experience I was tired I just wanted another room that didn’t stink and it took a hour just to get that ….then it’s big roaches all in the dinning area ..

We had no hot water from Sunday around noon till we left on Monday morning.

Room was outdated and dirty w 2 dead bugs in bathroom. Did NOT have an elevator for my elderly mother so we settled for a main level room. As soon as I walked in there was strong stench of nicotine in a non-smoking room. Immediately went back to front desk for a refund. Clerk was not friendly nor accommodating. I want my refund!
