Food needs to be improved in choice in line with other hotels on this visit. French hotels food quality and amount has sadly reduced while prices have increased vastly.
Wine prices are just robbery. That is a general complaint of French restaurants..

Fantastic hotel, beautifully presented. We stayed just one night but would have been very comfortable staying longer. Superb and well kept pool in a fab setting nearby. Breakfast not included and at 14 Eur per person was quite basic for that price. Very well worth a visit, you won't regret it.

Friendly welcome and staff. Neat rooms. Large private parking. The rooms were not soundproof. Quiet location. A tasty and extensive breakfast. The drinks at the bar are quite pricey (€6.00 for a beer).

Lovely rural location, and surounding. Peaceful and relaxing. Rooms are on the smaller side and a real lack of flexibility from the staff. Breakfast was okay, pretty simple but did the job and nothing to shout about. Pool looked lovely but sadly didn't use. Would we stay again? Probably not considering the number of better places we’ve stayed in France.

Lovely food and very comfortable bedrooms. Great breakfast but everything shut down between 8pm and 9pm so we were made to feel like alkies for wanting the bar to remain open. Rural France tho but be aware if you want a later night.

Small hotel which only serves food to guests. Simple french cuisine cooked well by friendly staff/ owners. Attractive restaurant and hotel setting and lovely courtyard area for outdoor dining. Swimming pool and garden for relaxing . Interesting old pigeon loft.

Na verblijf 12 jaar geleden terug hier gelogeerd op weg naar de Perigord. Vriendelijke ontvangst, eenvoudige maar kamer met alle comfort . Goede keuken met lekker ontbijt en diner . Rustige omgeving , zwembad was nog niet bruikbaar owv de grijze weersomstandigheden. Plekje om enkele dagen te verblijven voor bvb wandel vakantie. 3 Teslalaadpalen op de parking . En dat alles aan correcte prijs.

L'accueil est parfait. Les lieux dont enchanteurs et chargés d'histoire. Le calme qui y règne est précieux. Le repas du soir est très bon et copieux. Les chambres sont très bien équipées . La Vienne regorge de lieux à visiter. Nous y reviendrons sûrement.
