El hotel no está mal, pero tiene varios detalles que evidencian la necesidad de una renovación...con cierta urgencia. La habitación tiene buen tamaño, algo mayor de lo que se suele ver en hoteles similares. La limpieza es correcta, pero el desgaste de los muebles es evidente. Además las televisiones son antiguas (20 años no se los quita nadie) y por ejemplo no puedes ver canales HD y otros muchos se pixelan. Las camas no nos resultaron cómodas a todos, por las almohadas, siendo en su gran mayoría muy finas y blandas. En la mayoría de habitaciones no hay plato de ducha, en su lugar hay bañera (2 de 3 de las nuestras con bañera), siendo un dato a tener en cuenta por mucha gente. El ascensor del hotel es de cristal, panorámico, importante para el que tenga vértigo y tenga que subir al quinto piso. El personal amable y efectivo, lo mejor de un hotel de 4 estrellas, que ya no lo es.

Stay here for 2 nights The hostel is located in the heart of the historic centre Oviedo, just one street away from the bustling Plaza de la Constitución and City Hall of Oviedo. The hostel is about 15 minutes walk from the main bus and train station in the city and pretty easy to find once I find my way to the city hall. Check-in was really straightforward as the hostel asked me to check in online and all reception needed was my passport to confirm my identity. I was shown all around the hostel, including the kitchen, common area and of course the dorm. The dorm was a four bed dorm with 2 bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub. The shower and toilets worked well. The bunks were the wooden frame variety, although it was pretty sturdy. Even though my bunkmate was a bit of a night owl, I still got 2 nights of good sleep. The mattress was some kind of thick foam and really comfortable. The covers were thick and I had asked for an extra blanket. Even though it was cold, it still felt warm and cosy under the blankets. Breakfast was provided and mainly consisted of cereals, toasts and spreads, tea and coffee. Nothing fancy, but good for the price of the stay. The kitchen and plenty of utensils as well as cooking equipment, and could be used by guests for cooking too. The hostel is also situated on two floors, with the upper floor also containing rooms, a kitchen and a terrace. It was too cold to use at this time of the year, but I did wander up and it has a lovely view of the city hall. The hostel, room and bathroom were kept clean throughout my stay. The staff are awesome, friendly and helpful. They have lots of information for things to do and see in Oviedo and the surrounding area. I would have no hesitation staying at Green Hostel again.

We made a double room and another with a 180-fold kingsize bed for adult and two children, and once there they told us they didn't have and we didn't have booked that. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. They still have the courage to send a discount bill for cancelling the reservation on the same day, without having stayed there and being thrown at the door, marriage and three children, on a bridge where it is difficult to find accommodation. When the real luxury is the simplicity, local spirit and good service, nothing else matters. This four star hotel is a classic hotel in Oviedo. We are clients since many years ago and everytime we take a tour to that city we always choose it. The hotel is placed a few meters away from the gorgeous gothic Cathedral and the pedestrian city center, so the place cannot be better located. Quality price relation is excellent, staff is friendly and beds are comfortable and full of plugs to charge phones and computers. Choice for Breakfast is good and with a domestic flavour. We will keep on returning to this hotel.

Para ser un hotel 4 estrellas, no está a la altura. Habitaciones pequeñas, mobiliario muy estropeado. Primera vez que paso frío en un hotel, en febrero y la cama sólo con sábanas y una manta fina en el armario por si tienes frío. La calefacción no funcionaba. Camas incómodas, se notan los muelles y sólo disponen de una almohada baja, sin posibilidad de tener dos tipo de almohada según el gusto. Y juntan dos camas para hacer una de matrimonio pero sin frenos por lo que se separaban una de la otra. Desayuno cutre, no quedaba casi de nada y tampoco reponían con frecuencia, zumos de bote, café aguado. Si tuviera menos estrellas no estaría mal pero el nivel que dicen tener, no lo tienen por ningún lado.

Excelente estancia, por accesos, ubicación y atención del personal. Pudimos aparcar dos noches en la calle, junto al hotel y el sábado aparcamos en el parking Bulevar. El apartamento esta muy bien y la cocina está separada del salón así que genial . No hicimos uso de desayuno ni comidas/cena en el restaurante. Para repetir cuando volvamos a Oviedo.
