Long story short. The building is classy, but the room was very meh. Sheets didn't fit the bed, shower had dark mold on the grout, the patio screen door was a mess and the ceiling fan had issues.

Lovely stay. Apartment was exactly as photographed and had everything we needed. The studio at the Catherine location was absolutely perfect for seeing everything in Austin. Checking in and out was a breeze. We'd definitely stay at another Sonder location!

Do not stay here. They will tow your car no matter what. Even if you follow the rules, as I did, and park in a non-reserved spot and put the parking card on your dash, the tow company will still come and tow your car while you are sleeping. It costs more to retrieve your car than the cost of the stay. When you report it to Sonders they will not assist or do anything. The same is true of the building management. They simply do not care.

Excellent space, very clean and beautiful. It was easy to get in and out of. The location is also super convenient to downtown and other areas. The customer service was punctual and kind. They were pretty awesome.

Had the best time at this accomodation in Austin just across the bridge from downtown. The studio was huge with full kitchen, sitting area, balcony and large bathroom. The whole building is stunning and so well looked after. I would love to live there. Compared to hotels in downtown it is amazing value for money, i am surprised it was so cheap. Location was the best of both worlds as in between downtown and south congress. Highly recommend

Fabulous location! We walked everywhere. All the different codes were a little confusing at first but we got the hang of it eventually. Especially the main door code - it says to push pound after the code but there was no pound option. Someone is always at the front desk to buzz you in so it worked out ok.
Overall a very pleasant stay and we’d definitely book here again!

Great location and great price. I attended a conference and stayed at the Catherine. It was a 15 minute walk to the event with beautiful Town Lake views. The amenities were wonderful and I enjoyed my stay so much.

Beautiful property in a chic building. Stayed here with a co-worker to attend a conference at the Hyatt Regency next door. The condo was beautiful - just as shown in the pictures. And the views of the city and river were fantastic! Sonder was quick to reply to any inquiries I had and the check-in was simple. The large tubs in the bath are very high (great for soaking) but without any grab bars, they might be a challenge for less nimble people to get in and out of. However there is a great stand-alone walk-in shower in the master bathroom.

Wonderful location, very nice and comfortable place to stay. Loved it. We were able to walk to most of our destinations, and also to some very fine restaurants. People were friendly, the city was beautiful.
