Adults Only Hotel Reiters Supreme

... from arrival to departure our break was wonderful. The new suites (classic chic) are more than successful. Spacious furnishings, a homely ambience, sustainable materials and attention to detail. You could spend the whole day here. Extra plus points are definitely the coffee machine and the rain shower. The food was just great from breakfast (just WOW) to dinner. Likewise the dishes in the bistro. Great praise! The staff throughout the hotel are helpful and very accommodating. We really enjoyed the days at the Supreme! A highlight was a Bio Release partner trea**ent in the beauty depar**ent. The ladies are not only super friendly but also more than talented. The trea**ent was very pleasant and we were able to relax right from the start! Keep it up - we are already looking forward to our next break with you!

We stayed 2 nights at the Reiters Supreme and everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The wellness area is beautiful, there is a great selection at breakfast (especially a lot from their own gourmet workshop) and there is something for everyone at dinner. You are always greeted with a smile and feel completely at ease. The service is very courteous and polite. A very clear recommendation if you want to relax for a weekend.

My husband and I have now been guests at Reiters for the third time! Me as part of the ego4you, my husband as a (paying!!) companion! Unfortunately, this time there was an unpleasant welcome as soon as we arrived, when our reservation or my husband's suddenly couldn't be found and we had to pay a whopping € 470! (For comparison: in Dec. 2021 it was “only” €350/2 nights) Then we went to the “Park View” room, which shocked us not only because of the extremely outdated furnishings, but also because of the lack of a “view”. It went straight into a house wall-so ZERO view! Of course that was a downer with the knowledge of the € 470! Only after repeated urging and checking at the Merkur reception was it finally said that they would “one-time accommodate us as an exception” and offer the reservation fee from the booking month with a reduced room price (“old” price for the booking period)! No apologies for the "sloppily" of our reservation confirmation, which strangely enough could already be found by the lady at the Merkur reception?!? Well... Apart from that, Reiters is an experience: great food, mostly very friendly staff, great area and lots to discover in terms of flora and fauna! Also the spa area and the sauna master are a hit! Nevertheless, in my opinion, neither the price nor the 5⭐️ is justified for the very outdated and sometimes worn-out character from the 90s (?)! The spa is also partly in need of renovation... The worst thing I found were the rooms and the "primeval" sanitary facilities (as other users have already described), which are NOT appropriate for € 470 per night!!

Staying at the Reiters Reserve Supreme is always balm for the soul. The hotel is beautiful, the entire team is extremely friendly, the food is excellent (both the served menu and the show kitchen and buffet) and the wellness area is large and easy to relax in. When it comes to thermal baths, I'm generally very picky, because the water really has to be warm enough, and in the Reiters Reserve Supreme the pools really have the specified 36 degrees. I also booked a massage which was great as well. I would spend every weekend there if I could. I have nothing to complain about and am already looking forward to the next time!

We have been coming to this hotel with the whole family for years. Very friendly staff, very nice rooms, the sauna area is wonderful. Switch off guaranteed. We look forward to coming back.

Nach einem langen Wochenende sind wir wieder sicher. Das Reiters Supreme ist eines der besten Hotels, das wir kennen. Wir kommen seit 20 Jahren, als das Haus noch von Steigenberger (schlecht) geführt wurde. Seither wurde investiert, das Spa sucht seinesgleichen, Zimmer wunderbar, Essen ein Traum. Nachdem wir jetzt eine junge Hündin haben sind wir von der hundefreundlichkeit begeistert. Hunde dürfen nicht ins Spa und zum Pool, aber sonst überall mit. Am Zimmer wartet ein „Fellness Kisterl“ mit allem, was der Hund braucht. Das Team ist von Check-In bis Check-Out perfekt, ein richtiger Ort zum wohlfühlen.
