我們是奔着茶店子牛肉去的，太晚就選擇好久，最終確定了這家看起來各項都比較符合我們的酒店入住，辦理入住後沒有直接進房，而是出去吃飯，娛樂到很晚才回到酒店，這個房間是一個套房，外間是1.8米的大床，裡間是1.5米的床，我們4個人入住，所以選擇的套房，準備睡覺時，發現裡間床邊有一衹拖鞋半截在床底裏麪，半衹懸在外面，旁邊還有一大坨紙巾，衞生極其的差，外間座椅上面還有一個用過的枕頭套。對於出門的人來説，吃的差點可以將就，住的條件差點也能將就，但是衞生尤其重要，這是酒店的疏忽。當晚打電話，前台服務員態度還是很好，幫忙換了被子，臟東西也順手帶走了，晚上就沒有工作人員值班嗎？全程等待前台小姑娘一個人處理，等待時間又長，睡的時候都2點多了，這樣的管理我們需要一個解釋。退房時問了前台一句，昨天晚上的事情怎麼解釋？前台態度極其惡劣，無所謂的説“你們愛怎麼樣就怎麼樣”。我們還是沒見過這麼囂張的服務態度，由此可見酒店的管理有多麼差勁，服務以及衞生能跟的上？能達標嗎？可笑的是，後來酒店打來電話，故意問我們是不是同行，故意惡意想評價減免房費，後面還説讓我們不要寫差評，可以給我們全款退取房費，既然玩得起也就消費的起，我們衹是想要一個安慰而已，最終也沒有工作人員聯繫我們處理這件事情，不了了之了，我們之所以這麼詳細的講述過程是為了為以後的友友們提供更好的入住體驗！

房間很大，標間的床墊可以拼在一起，秒變2.7m大床房。都是智能家電，馬桶也是，很是方便。每一層的公共區域有洗衣機，烘乾機和健身器材，但是我沒有使用。不足之處：1.衞生間沒有晾衣服的繩子和掛鈎。2.打掃房間的阿姨做事非常不仔細，屬於客人的私人物品會丟棄，打濕了化粧包也不清理和告知客人。我發現後打電話給前台，態度比較積極主動，及時處理和賠償。希望加強服務人員的培訓管理。

環境可以 ，朋友説是巴東新開的目前環境最好的酒店.吐槽一下智能馬桶，非常不好用，莫名其妙噴水.因為樓層不高，晚上有點吵.其他沒毛病.

離巴東長江大橋下來不遠就是，到江邊的廣場散步也很方便。酒店自帶停車場，對自駕遊客很方便。出門就是商業街，各種餐飲等很方便。房間很新，洗手枱還是獨立的，床品也挺舒適的。

酒店價格不貴，環境比同價格的都要好，都是智能家居，特別經理小姐姐又漂亮人又好，有任何要求都能解決，很滿意，下次來還會定。

房間有污漬，衞生間移門是壞的，停車場小，位子還可以，雖然有窗，但是是一大面牆擋着，不是很推薦，價格在當地算貴的
