"The place is near the airport but the room was not that clean and the smell in the toilet was bad. There's a balcony but you cannot open the door. The door was locked or broken (don't know). The stove is not functioning and there's no electric kettle to use if you need to drink hot coffee. The refrigerator isn't clean and there is some smell. The service is not that good. Can be able to contact the personnel assigned if you have some questions to ask. The good thing was that the wifi was good. That's all, I hope that they will improve their service and clean the room well because it's near the airport and it's convenient for the people who want a short Stay before their flight."

Tawinan S.I had a very pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and nicely designed, making it a great place to relax after a long day. Ps. I got upgraded to bigger room at the residence side as my previous room having an issue from the noise of the maintenance.
The breakfast also offered a wide variety of options, with something to suit different preferences.
What impressed me most, however, was the staff. Their attitude and hospitality were exceptional across every area. Everyone was warm, attentive, genuinely helpful, and always welcoming. The level of service really made the stay feel special.
Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely be happy to stay here again in my next visit during October.

AnMacsOur stay at Sheraton Newport Hotel was comfortable and relaxing. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were courteous and accommodating. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Service from the hotel staff was professional and polite throughout the stay. The breakfast selection was also quite good with a nice variety of choices.
The overall environment felt premium and suitable for both business and leisure travelers. My boss and client had a pleasant stay experience. Would consider booking again for future trips to Manila.

Gen16I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day.

Anyway so far so good..for us it is good kasi malapit sa mall and easy to go to moa too..for 5days in staycation in condo were good coz were safe naman po.. and the room is clean too then the security and sfaff were also good naman po..thank you and i will stay again when we were planning our next vacation in manila.. If MOA/ SMX Arena is where your destination is, this place is a mere 15 min walk there. Lots of restaurants at the bottom of the residence and Alfa marts everywhere. Very convenient location. However this unit though has a washing machine, but doesn’t provide drying rack. Residence rule does not allow for putting clothes on the railings. Found a couple of small cockroaches too in the unit. Apparently this is quite normal for this residence as warnings on cockroaches infestation is published in the lifts.

First room was on the 3rd floor, I couldn’t rest well because the sound of the traffic nearby was really noisy so I requested for another room then they gave me a room on the 12th floor. AC was not working well and needs to be replaced. However on my last night I requested to moved because of the noise beside the room doing renovations. I wish they would planned their renovations better. Overall I enjoyed my stay, I love the room and my view. Staff is very kind as well.

It's my 10th time I go there and each time I like this hotel more and more. The rooms are very comfortable and good, the service is absolutely excellent and the staff is very kind and helpful. Moreover the location is good because near both to mall of Asia and the Airport. And I really adore the restaurant! You absolutely must try the experience of Selah garden hotel

L_i_sWe’re not satisfied with our 3 nights stay, location and amenities is great, we book feb 2 -5, cleaning just once, actually it’s not cleaning just changing the lines and towels, I ask for the toilet cleaner materials and cockroach spay,but the cleaner says nothing, on Feb 4 1:50 electricity cut off due to the disconnection notice. The owner didn’t pay since sept 2024. I won’t recommend this to anyone, though the Shore2 tower 1 is a nice residence, may try other condo owner just not to this House of Wu staycation agin. But I like the ambiance of Shore2 Tower1 guards ang receptionist are accommodating,.We have a nice view from the balcony.
