3-Star Hotels in Pasay

Had a great stay! After booking, they were very accommodating with their responses and all my questions. They were also able to provide everything I requested. Upon arrival at the condo, the transaction at the front desk was very smooth since all the requirements were already prepared. When we got to the room, it was super clean and smelled really nice. I loved the ambiance….it even had board games for entertainment, which was great for the kids. If you prefer to cook, they also have a rice cooker, microwave, and even an electric kettle, plus utensils you can use. We encountered a small issue where we couldn’t go swimming since it was Sunday and the office was closed, but the owner emailed the hotel on our behalf so we could still swim. They even gave us a discount on our extension fee, hehe. None of this would have been possible if the owner wasn’t so responsive. We’ll definitely come back. Thank you so much, AC Haven! The light fixture in the bathroom of room 610 had fallen off. After the room was cleaned, the used, wet towels weren't replaced; instead, they were folded and put back on the rack for the next guest to use. That's terrible! Also, the bathroom only had an overhead showerhead, no handheld shower, which made showering quite inconvenient. The only good thing about this place is its location.

Very near world trade center. The place is well kept. The rooftop is also relaxing.

We stay here because we have day tour prio sa camaya coast bataan. The staff are very accomodating and mababait sila.. sobrang ganda ng facilities nila tuwang tuwa Gen Z kong pamangkin na first time mag staycation sa Manila.. very instagramable lalo sa rooftop. May pool, pwede mag alfresco dining, pwedeng muni muni at picture picture lang, may swing, may hanging upuan, pwede magpapicture sa hanging chair nila sa hotel nkakatuwa nah stay namin overall for sure babalik kami dito. May pa freebies pa pala nung nagstya kmai here, may korean stall din sa loob ng hotel and spa.. P.S din na very important nakaiwan kami ng gamit but sinecure nila ang nakuha naman nmin uli kahit ilang days pa ang nkalipas. Very recommended👏👏👏👏

We stayed for one night and did not use the washing machine. The unit is suitable for long stays since you can cook your own meals. It has basic kitchen utensils, including a pan, glasses, spoons, and forks. This is a city-view unit that can accommodate up to 5 guests. During our stay, the place was clean and cozy. There is an Alfamart, Watsons Pharmacy, ZUS Coffee, KyuKyu Ramen, and a Thai massage shop in Tower A, if I remember correctly. The host was responsive throughout our stay. The pool is open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Pool access requires an additional fee. You need to coordinate with and pay the host first, then proceed to the reception. At the reception, we were given a receipt showing a pool fee of ₱150 per person, but the host charged us ₱250 each. The room instructions also stated that the pool fee is ₱200 per person, which was a bit confusing due to the inconsistent information. We did notice a few small cockroaches, although this seems to be common in some condos and staycation units. Cons: There were no trash bags provided, so we had to reuse the plastic bags from the water and food we bought. Overall, we had a great stay.

the location is very accessible to the mall, we have enjoyed our stay as we need to rest overnight it feels like home 😊 the staff is friendly and have assisted us very well 😊

1st time to booked this place and I can say na ba balik balikan namin sya, this will be one of our go to places na. The staffs are all friendly and approachable. Aside from the comment I left personally the other thing that I noticed was the dining area is too hot, it's not well ventilated. I hope you can do something about it so the guest can enjoy their breakfast. Thank u

I stayed alone, but it would be perfectly fine for a couple too. The hotel has a swimming pool, and security is excellent. The appliances like the TV, fridge, and air conditioning all worked well. The bed was a bit saggy, and once you get towels, they aren't replaced during your stay. Given the great value for money, I'd consider staying here again if I have the chance.

Asiatel has a good location near terminal 3 and has 24 hour front desk service which was desperately needed as we arrived at 2:30 am. There is a lot of construction so don’t even consider walking. A cab is only a $3-$4 It is clean but older and with few amenities: a tiny bar of soap at the bathroom sink, no shampoo, no refrigerator, no hair dryer (though you can borrow one from the front desk). They did have new toothbrushes on the sink. This was our second time to use as a one night late arrival airport. Ask for the back of the building, this time we were on the road side and it was noisy. We like the Chinese restaurant attached to the hotel for food in the morning, or lunch since we got up late.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, the excellent service and relaxing atmosphere made our stay enjoyable. We would gladly return again.
