The hotel is clean. The rooms are large light and airy. Beds are very comfortable. The food is good but very much aimed at French people. The Hotel in general has everything in place for French people. The entertainment team speak completely in French. All Inclusive is awful, drinks and food limited and extras are charged. Only one pool bar is staffed and this pool area is rowdy. It could be so much better. Basically if you are English AVOID.

Lovely hotel overlooking the sea, everything is within walking distance, the rooms are clean and organised perfectly, the food is delicious with so many options to choose from. We had a great service from the staff especially from Argi(responsible for guest's depar**ent, she was a highlight of our stay as she spares no effort to make you feel like being home. Get in touch with Argi for any issue you want. She always finds a solution.

Second time for a couple of days here. The hotel is fabulous with two swiming pools, the personal is kind and helpful, the room quite large and new, the food delicious. We are satisfied and we highly recommend it for couples, friends and families.

Easter at Atali Grand Resort Second time at Atali Grand Resort and everything was beyond our expectations. Food was on top!!! Staff were always nice and friendly to everyone 😊 Many thanks to the girls at Spa Kateria, Julie and Christina for their best service

Absolutely 5/5 ♥️It was an amazing experience and we were really amazed at the quality of the services. We enjoyed a wonderful variety of dishes in the buffet and felt absolutely welcome by the helpful and most polite staff. The Spa services were of top standard and with Mrs Argyro in charge of the Spa facilities you are at the best hands. Looking forward to visiting again. ♥️

This is an amazing place to stay. From the minute you arrive you are treated like royalty. We stayed for 1 week in a standard room in the main building with a view over the sea and a spacious balcony. The room was extremely comfortable with a large, high-quality bed. The dinner buffet was to die for. Last day the hotel gave us the chance to stay till the departure time which was at 18:00. Thank you so much for your kindness!!!

The hotel complex is quite large and beautiful, very well run from the management with a wide selection of buildings and rooms. The food is excellent, everybody wil find an option for himself. What really made our stay amazing was the staff, so welcoming, so friendly, so efficient. Especially the animation team. Demsys is super, super....Demsy you are the best animator in the world. We will definitely be back

Great hotel and even better staff. Really enjoyable stay, service and food was so tasty. The hotelis located in the middle of the island so you will be able to explore the cities Rethymno and Heraklion. Attention on the tickets, they should be booked in advance. The room was spacious, very clean, the bathroom was also big, clean. The dinnerwas fantastic and very romantic. The staff is excellent and theylare ready to assist you with a smile. When we arrived there was a slight problem with the shower which was dealt with immediately Congratulations to all of you for the hard work and your effort to make our stay one to remember.

This is the best service, location and food I have every experience. So lucky I made the choice to stay here for a week. All the facilities are clean, and the staff are really friendly. he hostess system helped us a lot in planning different experiences everyday
