Pirin Place Bansko

Clean and tidy, great location, great host. Right next to Euphoria night club was the downside, loud music until around 2:30 am each night and typical drunk yelling and screaming. Uncomfortable pillows

The shower flooded the bathroom as no shower screen, fridge broke and leaked on lounge floor. Cleaners melted kids lunch box on hob. Our child collapsed on kitchen chair while sitting on it. Bed in lounge rock hard. Asked for extra pillows, never got them. Nightclub outside apar**ent, was extremely loud until 4am most nights. Kitchen poorly stocked I.e minimal glasses tiny mugs not enough bowls or spoons, no microwave. Staff never seen after day one. Messaged them about the chair, lack of toiket roll and pillows and never geard back. Broken chair never replaced for new one just removed from room.

1 star is too much for this place, quite frankly the most abysmal place I have ever had the misfortune of staying in. We arrived to find a dirty apar**ent with many broken fixtures and fittings. The door handle to the balcony was broken, so we couldn’t secure the apar**ent. I liaised with the property before hand to make sure it was suitable for 4 adults and 2 children. I was assured it was. The sofa bed in the living room was completely broken and you couldn’t even sit on it let alone sleep on it without being folded in half. So 2 adults had to sleep on the floor all week. Multiple attempts to contact the host were made, and she completely disregarded everything I said. I managed to speak to her on the phone once and she assured me someone was on the way to the property to help with our issues, and they never arrived. The most horrendous holiday ever. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT BOOK. We would have been better off staying in a broken tent on the side of the piste. It would have been far more comfortable.

It is excellent for ski holiday, because it is very close to gondola and ski rental shops. Apar**ent is very big, hot and comfortable. We came by car and parking place is also possible. I would like to thank Bilyana and Alexia.
