酒店設施陳舊，壁紙和洗手枱都是破的，時間長了設施陳舊沒辦法，前台服務不應該和設施相對應吧，中午一點多續訂半天説不用刷房卡，兩點以前都能打開，上樓打不開。退房要開專票説網上訂房堅決不給開，一直網上訂房沒遇到過這種情況，攜程是不是該出面協調一下。

裝修:裝修確實老舊了，行政單間，層高很高很寬敞
辦公:就是辦公桌處亮度很暗，枱燈黃燈很暗，辦公
使用不方便，配備電腦不是蘋果，圖片標誌是
假的，其他品牌一體機，速度慢，需要辦公的
還是自帶辦公電腦吧，屋內有保險櫃。
飲食:早晨4樓有早餐，基本的早點都有吧。
房間內6瓶百歲山免費飲用（提醒下還有不
到2個月過期）
房間內免費提供的奶茶包咖啡包茶葉沒有
生產日期還是有點不放心，希望改進
衞生:衞生一般吧，不臟，但是死角還是有，比如浴缸
表面擦拭不乾淨，而且沒有一次性浴缸套，想
泡澡的自帶吧。床上面檢查了還是比較乾淨的沒

收費:按金500，其他收費馬桶坐墊2元，其他未發現
服務:服務態度可以，沒有發生不耐煩現象
舒適度:總體感受一般
建議:衞生標準再高一點，房內插座離地很近使用很不方便，充手機電，手機衹能放在牀頭櫃，想躺床上充電很難。還有屋內床頭燈插頭接線處是壞了重新接的，希望換新或者定期檢查，萬一發生火災危險。

酒店的外觀相當氣派，從火車站走過來遠遠就看到了。地理位置相當不錯，樓下就是公交站，餐廳，火車站/核酸檢測處都不遠，在走路距離。
酒店的裝修的確有些老舊，但意外的是，有凈水器，有晾衣架。早餐不錯，熱菜/粥/牛奶什麼的都有。
要吐槽的是，辦理入住時，前台的態度不太温馨，有些生硬教條。

房間裏沒有洗澡用的涼拖，是要光腳去洗澡嗎？吹風機摺疊的地方鬆動，用的時候要小心別砸到頭，而且特別臟，上面有一層不知道是不是混了油和灰的東西，黏糊糊的，要不是頭髮一天就會油，用都不想用，床單不知道是洗不乾淨還是怎麼的，有很明顯的像發黴了印子，對了馬桶也很臟，圈上有未清洗的污漬，反正糟糕透了

房間設施可能因為年頭長了，略顯陳舊，但是還算整潔，服務還是不錯，打電話要一個枕頭，五分鐘就給送來了，美中不足是廁所跟房間就是一片透明玻璃，洗澡現場直播

要不是考慮樓下開會。它真的不配住，廁所反臭不説，一個沒有標價格的馬桶隔臟袋居然要2元，2元給你們，處理一下地漏吧，再也不見！

酒店外表不錯 但內部非常陳舊 還不如三磚酒店 六樓的服務員服務極差 我住的是618房間 房間沒有衞生紙 電話☎️也壞的 打了兩次電話 一個四十歲左右的服務員才姍姍來遲 但語氣非常差 顯得很不耐煩！前台的小姐姐和小哥哥的服務態度倒是很不錯👍
