Inside Barcelona Apartments Esparteria

Lovely airy space, nicely decorated with no clutter, large windows with small balconies to have a glass of wine. Large bed, very comfortable. All the necessary equipment in the kitchen. Everything worked. The space was very clean. The staff were very helpful when we needed advice. Towels, sheets, everything was great quality.

Inside Barcelona were wonderful to deal with. The communication prior to arriving in Barcelona was efficient and the check in experience was excellent. The apar**ent building that we stayed in, Expeteria, was perfectly located in the Gothic Quarter, just above Inside’s office. The apar**ents are very well fitted out, bright, and very comfortable. When we did have one problem, the staff were very quick to resolve it, even after hours. The office staff are very welcoming and extremely helpful. Thanks especially to Florencia, Danny, and Mariana. I would highly recommend using Inside Barcelona for accomodation, they made our stay in Barcelona a wonderful experience.

We booked this at short notice for an off the cuff mini break. Really good location and an extremely clean and comfortable apar**ent. Good value and very helpful staff. Definitely would stay with them again. 👍

We arrived at the office shortly before 3pm to be told that as we had given an arrival time of 3 - 4pm our apar**ent was not ready. At 3 pm we were given 2 keycards (for a party of 4). We were shown to the apar**ent. We went out later and returning about 10pm discovered that neither key card worked, either for the outer door or the apar**ent door, presumably because they had not been programmed correctly. The office was closed and we were left standing in the street wondering what to do as the paperwork was in the apar**ent. Other occupants helped by giving us the emergency phone number, but this was not answered for the first few calls. Eventually a staff member came and let us in and programmed the cards but by then we had been waiting outside for some time. The apar**ent was quite basic, the second bedroom was tiny, two single beds with a very narrow gap between them. Supplies of toiletries and toilet paper were minimal, and no cleaning was done during our 4 day stay. The price we paid was expensive for what it was and additional local tax was added to the price quoted on booking. I suspect we were overcharged for this having looked up the rate for 3* accommodation online. Having said that the location was very good, surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants. It was quite noisy at night but that is an inevitable consequence of the location. It is a shame that staff incompetence marred our impressions after a long tiring day following an early flight.

The staff is always very welcoming and helpfull. Some noise must be anticipatet, since it is within the city center (really not a lot). Never the less, it is an amazing location. Close to shopping, close to the beach and amazing bars/restaurants in the area. and the communication is great, from arriving to depature.

The whole stay was perfect. Location is ideal and the apar**ent was easily the most comfortable I've ever stayed in. Decent sized rooms with everything you'd need. Communication was brilliant from the first email to check in. Wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in future!
