La habitación estaba bien cuidada y el "hotel" en general también, pero tiene sus peros. No hay aire acondicionado y en verano hace falta, y mas cuando dentro de la casa, hace mas calor que fuera. Si abres las ventanas, a parte del ruido de los coches, entran mosquitos, así que tampoco es la solución. Y por ultimo, como se trata de una casa, con habitaciones individuales, te dan solo una llave de la habitación (así que si sois dos, o el otro te deja encerrado o tienes que bajar a abrirle) y la llave de abajo y te dicen, que cierres con llave la puerta de abajo y tienes que confiar, en que el resto de huéspedes, también lo hagan (no siempre fue así). Así que aunque el hotel esta bien cuidado, yo no volveria.

No he ido al hotel, pero por el trato recibido por teléfono con la persona encargada de gestionar las reservas he de decir que No iré nunca ... Esa política que tenéis de cobrar la habitación aunque no puedas ir por enfermedad (demostrado con parte médico) y avisando con 5 días de antelación que no podremos ir y tampoco aceptando un cambio de fechas (ni siquiera me dieron la opción ya que lo intente hacer desde Booking en diferentes oportunidades y fechas y me las habéis negado todas .. entiendo que cobréis por la habitación si las personas no se presentan y no avisan pero cobrar la habitación aunque avises es estafa. Si la persona que me atendió es un empleado deberían de formar en empatía en la atención al cliente y servicio a las personas que son vuestros clientes. Si el que me atendió es el dueño ... Pues igualmente le recomiendo formación en el trato al cliente. Un saludo

Hotel pequeñito muy bien cuidado y bien situado, está muy cerca de la Playa de las Catedrales y de todos los puntos de interés de alrededor. El trato y el cariño de la chica (no le preguntamos el nombre 🤦♀️) hace que te sientas como en casa y te ayuda en todo. El desayuno es muy abundante, variado y rico, como buena tierra que es Galicia. Ojalá podamos volver pronto
