臨時來蚌埠出差，因為這家酒店的地理位置不錯就選擇了這家，入住以後感覺還不錯，房間設施，環境和前台小姐姐都很好，服務周到，有什麼問題都及時幫我解決了，下次過來還會選擇住在這裏，對面就是萬達，吃喝玩樂樣樣齊全，很滿意👍

從南京開來路過，前台服務態度好，停車方便免費，就是停車場到一樓的指引不是很清楚，床墊很軟很舒服，可以14點退房好評，就是床單被套有點不是很乾凈

房間還是很不錯的，二層空間也很大，獨立馬桶間，也蠻乾淨的。就是每個房間衹能給2瓶水，我們帶了兩個小朋友多要了2瓶水，被要求給好評，其實房間方面確實可以給好評，但是退房的時候又提醒我這個事，假期沒有結束又接到酒店電話提醒説多給了我2瓶水讓我給好評。這個事真的比較掃興。

實在是太垃圾了，服務態度垃圾，環境垃圾，房間垃圾，一股味道，130塊錢都不值的房間，哪來的勇氣賣兩百多，兩百多的房間一個拖鞋都沒有，還一副理所當然的模樣，用攜程這麼多年，真第一次這麼無語， 設施：垃圾 衞生：垃圾 環境：垃圾 服務：垃圾
