The room was clean, but the temperature was too cold, and I caught a cold. The complimentary coffee in the evening wasn't very good.

Having a refrigerator and kitchenette in the room was convenient, but the room was generally small.

There was a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient for getting around.

The apartment was in a great location. Metro was 3 metres, yes 3metres away. I want to give a shoutout to Joshua, he was working at reception and was very helpful. Thank you Joshua.

I've been going there for more than a year when I passed on Lyon, but this time we stayed for a week. I didn't like it. The room was very clean and the room was very clean and the room was very clean. At the level of household women, I know the profession, my mother is household woman. The location is good, very close to Part Dieu train station.
The staff were nice, and the lobby is clean and satisfying to be in.
However, the hallways of the third floor weren't particularly clean. The ceiling panelling was falling down and there were some leaks by the lift.
The rooms was pleasant and clean except for the toilet where the wall had areas where the paint was peeling off.

The hotel is a very comfortable and comfortable hotel, located next to a high-quality metro station.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room is however not up to very expectations since we were walked in to this hotel from the other hotel booked experiencing a power outage the date we had our stay in. But overall it was great and would recommend it infrequent travelers who would like to stopover here.

The hotel facilities are average, with a small kitchen, a supermarket within 10 minutes' walk, and a 15-minute walk to the old town. Boiled water will have a lot of white sediment, and locals say that the water in the southern part of the judge has this problem.

Accueil agréable.  Propre et facile. Trés bien pour une ou deux nuits.

The rooms are well equipped, but there was a dirty smell of humidity.

This hotel is located in the city center, with a restaurant street downstairs. The hotel facilities are very complete and you can cook. The main attractions of Nantes are all within walking distance. The hotel service is also very good, and the breakfast is the best I have had in France for more than a week.

I went for an oversea training in Nante and spent 2 weeks in this hotel, I chose this hotel is mainly because of their flexibility on Trip.com and the price is within company requirement. 
The location is good, around 15 mins walk to city center, and door step to Tram station. The service and cleanliness are just normal, the facilities are quite old school, especially the TV. It's a stand TV, really ”long time no see” this kind of TV in a hotel. Have wardrobe, no safe box or lockers, shower cubicle is small. However, as what we always say, you get what you paid for. 
There was one day the cleaner helped me clean the room then left my window opened (wide open mode), I'm staying on level 2 (1st floor as per the lift), if someone want to climb up, will be very possible. The 2nd time room cleaning didn't have this issue, so I guess it's the first cleaner forgot to close my window. In addition, the first cleaner never re-fill the toilet roll for me, at first I thought here need to purchase toilet roll (as a budget hotel), so I bought some tissues on my own. Then 2nd time room cleaning, the cleaner left me 2 more toilet rolls... then I realized, the hotel is providing toilet rolls, just the 1st cleaner forgot it. In conclusion, the 2nd cleaner is good, the 1st cleaner is a forgetful person.
On my checkout day, there was a crazy women smashed the reception desk. this is not hotel's fault, they were calmly solving this problem. They are quite professional, just a bit unlucky.
In general, my suggestion is, for business travel here is not a good choice, better choose a more secured place to stay. 
If for personal short stay, you can consider it as a budget choice.
