It's not far from the train station, but the chaotic traffic makes walking quite difficult. I initially stayed in an inner room but later switched to one facing outwards. It was great to have a window and a spacious room, but it was incredibly noisy. You could hear horns blaring non-stop, 24 hours a day, so earplugs are absolutely essential. On rainy days, water would seep in under the door, and flying insects got through the gaps. Flying insects kept landing on the bed, and eventually, I just gave up. Nevertheless, the staff were very friendly, so I might consider staying here again if I return to Delhi.

The hotel boasts a sleek, modern exterior. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly, and guests can enjoy complimentary amenities and refreshments. The breakfast spread is extensive, featuring a wide variety of fresh fruits and authentic Indian specialties. This has become my preferred choice of accommodation whenever I visit Delhi.

Excellent hotel, stayed for 2 nights. There is hot water, clean. We had room 318, the windows went out not the central street and was quiet enough. I definitely recommend

Lovely stay in a great location in New Delhi. Staff were wonderful and very chilled vibe. 

Breakfast simple but plentiful and wide range of choice. Coffee tea and water and snacks available at no cost.

I arrived very late at night and the *** at the front desk was welcoming and friendly. The bed was comfy and room was clean. However, the room was near a train station and it was quite loud.

Clean structure and friendly staff. Some furniture is a bit old but is okay. The digitalisation of the check in process is a bit pointless. I get it looks cool but no need to overcomplicate things

The hotel was clean and good. Location was easy to reach as well.

The check in was a little bit chaotic- but this was mainly down to other customers not respecting others and was being quiet rude and forceful with their de***ds to the staff. However, they were kinda and calm to everyone which was nice. Additionally, the staff in the restaurants were very helpful and friendly and the food was nice. The bedroom is basic but very clean and has everything you need in it.

It's a hotel chain like Apa Hotel in Japan.
The beach is about 10 minutes away.
I stayed here because I wanted to go to Calangute Beach, but the beach was too crowded, so I spent my time relaxing at the pool.
It was disappointing that they took a while to bring me pool towels even though I asked for them. Other than that, the staff's service was excellent. I think they are well-trained.

Staff are very polite, friendly and helpful.
Hotel is very clean and have good breakfast
