Every staff member, from the front desk to the concierge and room service, was incredibly polite and patient. The hotel's charming marine theme was everywhere, even the toiletries were adorable. The room had excellent natural light. It's a very child-friendly hotel, thoughtfully equipped with a kids' toilet seat and a stepping stool for children, which was much appreciated. With Christmas approaching, the lobby was decorated with blue-light Christmas trees, blending the festive spirit perfectly with the ocean theme – great for photos! Room service was excellent, and the cleanliness was impeccable; it truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended! The hotel lobby has self-check-in machines, and check-out is a breeze – just drop your room card into the express check-out box, no waiting in line, which saves a lot of time. The hotel service is great, and the staff are warm and attentive. I will definitely be back again!

The hotel is incredibly close to Ocean Kingdom; it's just a few minutes' walk through their exclusive express lane. This meant we could easily pop back to the room for a rest whenever we got tired, instead of having to push through a long day in the park. The hotel's exterior looks quite luxurious. We booked a king-size bed room, but the lady at the front desk upgraded us to a family room. The room facilities were a bit old and not very spacious, but the environment was clean, which didn't affect our stay. We chose a package that included dinner and breakfast buffets. There were many options, and the food tasted good. It takes about a 5-minute walk to reach the main entrance of Chimelong. We had a great time, and what was really a pleasant surprise was that every staff member we passed by would smile and greet us!

My friend and I planned a trip to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom in Zhuhai, and choosing the Yinghai Hotel Apartment was definitely the right decision! The butler was super welcoming when we checked in, and proactively shared the shuttle bus schedule with us. A bus comes every 30 minutes and gets you to Ocean Kingdom in just 10, so there's no need to rush. Our room was especially spacious and clean, and the bedding was so soft – it was incredibly comfortable to lie down on after a long day of fun. Plus, the balcony offered a nice view. The breakfast had both Chinese and Western options, and tasted great. After eating, we could just hop on the bus to the park, which was super convenient. The Central Hui food street is nearby, so we had plenty of dining choices when we came back in the evening. Check-out was also a breeze, no need to queue; you just put your room card into the machine. We could even store our luggage for free. My friend and I had a completely worry-free and happy stay. The value for money is absolutely amazing, and we'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Before I even arrived, the hotel contacted me to confirm many details. When I got there, a staff member helped me carry my luggage from the car inside. Anything I needed was delivered quickly, often before the promised 15 minutes, which shows great efficiency. Plus, since my birthday is coming up, I got 20% off on souvenirs at the hotel. Chime-Long Hotel is definitely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.

Choosing Chimelong Xiangjiang Hotel for this stay was absolutely the right decision, the entire experience was beyond satisfactory! The hotel's facilities are incredibly convenient and easy to use; cleanliness is top-notch, with both the room and public areas spotless, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay. The surrounding amenities are super convenient, with a plethora of local specialty foods within walking distance, so finding a good meal is never an issue. Even better, it's incredibly close to the North Gate of the zoo, saving time and effort for travel and making the sightseeing route incredibly smooth. The service is impeccable; the staff are enthusiastic and attentive, responding promptly to all needs. The mascot interaction sessions, especially popular with kids, were full of fun and kept my little one entertained and happy throughout. The breakfast offers a rich variety, with a balanced nutritional spread that caters to both children's playful meals and adults' classic favorites. Dinner focuses on classic Cantonese cuisine, with authentic dishes and mild, pleasant flavors suitable for all ages. From hardware to service, the hotel shows great attention to detail and performs excellently overall. I'm glad I made this choice, it's definitely worth checking out!

Environment: It's very close to the park entrance. You can enjoy hot springs on the first floor, and guests get early access to the park via a fast-track lane 30 minutes before opening. The park environment is beautiful.

Service: From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently delivered with a smile. Even the cleaning staff were very polite, providing excellent service.

Dining: The hotel offers a buffet. Coincidentally, one of our group members had a birthday, so we got a 50% discount for them, and the rest of the group received a 15% discount. Breakfast vouchers can be purchased online. The buffet has a wide variety of dishes, catering to guests from all corners. There are also many local farm restaurants nearby, and it's easy to call a Didi (ride-sharing service) right from the hotel entrance.

Animal Interaction: There are many opportunities to interact with animals in the park, and paying for feeding is well worth it.

A small suggestion from me: It would be great if the hotel could set up a shop selling local specialties from Qingyuan, making it convenient for guests to buy souvenirs to take home.
