The location and room were excellent, parking was convenient, and there was a third-party electric vehicle charging station down the road. The service was warm and attentive. The cleanliness and facilities were average. The bathroom walls, exposed to rain, showed signs of mold, which could be improved. The suite's spaciousness was its biggest selling point. I'd definitely choose this hotel again if I were to return to Canberra.

Park Suites Zero One Hotel, this hotel is very good, very good, the room is large and parking is convenient, the hotel restaurant is also delicious, the hotel's location is also very good, very quiet and very good

The room is small but well equipped. The bed is comfy. The public area is nice.  The library provides with free cold and sparkling water. It is so easy to bottle up the water before I head out for the day. 
They also have a microwave and coffee machine. They provide complimentary apples which are crunchy and sweet. The $6 muffin is also good. 
The neighbourhood is mostly government offices. The e Parliament House is in walking distance. However, it takes 10 minutes to walk to the nearest supermarket. The photo was the view outside my room.

Location in a lovely garden setting was perfect and parking out front of the hotel was easy and convenient. Very quiet at night.
Room (Superior King) was large, well set out and had lots of windows. Bed was extremely comfortable. Only negative was that a queen sized doona was on the king bed, which left it a bit on the small side. Bedding and pillows were all excellent of good quality. Staff were friendly,although when we asked for the doona to be replaced with a larger one, we were told upon returning to the hotel later that it had been done. It had not.

The main downside of this well-kept and attractive hotel is that there is no food or bar facilities, although they provide links to nearby cafes and other eateries. About 10 to 15 minutes walk takes you to to the main restaurant area of Manuka.

Excellent value for money. 

Hotel is brand new with great lounging and coworking spaces. The gym is the best equipped I've seen with a variety of cardio, strength machines and free weights. 

Room was compact, but space was well utilised. You'll either love the bed configuration or hate it.

Air conditioning was a little loud however even at the lowest setting.

I was somewhat thrown but the unpreposessing entrance to the hotel but I slowly realized this was a new experience in hotel stays and made sense
The staff were charming and helpful and the the food served in the roof to bar was delicious
The service was initially a little preemptory but improved as the evening progressed
