We definitely picked the right hotel near Jiefangbei! The location is super convenient, right in the heart of the commercial district, so dining and shopping were a breeze. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the hygiene was meticulously maintained. Edward provided thoughtful and enthusiastic service. Our family had a very pleasant stay, and we'll definitely choose this place again next time!

This was the first hotel I stayed at in Chongqing, and I was very satisfied. It had large windows with a view of the Chongqing People's Assembly Hall. Waking up to such a beautiful view every day put me in a great mood. The soundproofing was also excellent, so I slept very well. The service was fantastic! We stayed for two nights, and on the second day, our butler, Penny, even called to ask if we needed housekeeping while we were out. To find such a great hotel in Chongqing for under 500 yuan is amazing. Thumbs up!

I chose the Four Points by Sheraton Chongqing, Jiulongpo at the last minute for my trip to Chongqing, and it was a very comfortable stay overall. My high-floor king room was spacious, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the latex pillows were incredibly comfortable. I also liked that I could cast content to the TV to watch shows. The hotel offers a self-service laundry room and a gym, and there's a billiards table in the lobby bar on the first floor for some casual fun. The breakfast buffet on the fifth floor had a wide variety of options, including many local Chongqing dishes. Its proximity to the light rail and the abundance of restaurants in the surrounding residential area made it very convenient for getting around and shopping. It's a great choice for a short trip.

On this business trip to Chongqing Liangjiang New Area, I chose to stay at the Four Points by Sheraton on Jinkai Avenue, and my overall experience was extremely satisfying. The hotel's location is excellent; right across from the Aegean Sea Commercial Plaza, making dining and shopping very convenient. Taking a taxi to North Railway Station or the airport doesn't take long, which is great for business commutes. The front desk staff were friendly during check-in, and the process was quick and efficient. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and the bedding was very comfortable. The soundproofing was also good, allowing for a proper rest after a busy day. Amenities like the self-service laundry room and gym are fully equipped, which is highly practical for frequent business travelers. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including authentic Chongqing noodles. The overall quality is top-notch, and I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for future business trips here. Highly recommended.

Booked a twin room for our trip to Nanchuan and got upgraded to a family room. The hotel's facilities and environment are quite good, and for just over 300 yuan, it's pretty good value for money.

However, there are a few things that could be improved:
1. The hotel's underground parking lot is very narrow. It was a bit difficult to open the car doors when parking our EV. The parking spaces could definitely be optimized.
2. When we got to the room, the bathroom still had some small bits of trash that hadn't been cleaned up. It might have been a busy weekend with full occupancy, leading to less thorough room checks, but I don't think that's an excuse.
3. To be honest, the king-sized bed in the family room clearly had some small particles and even hairs on it. My child said it felt gritty when they touched it.
4. On the positive side, the breakfast was very rich and well worth it for this price point.

Four Points by Sheraton is my top choice when traveling to Yongchuan! The location is excellent, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the amenities are of outstanding quality, making for a truly pleasant stay. The front desk service was gentle and efficient; Megan deserves a special shout-out! The entire experience was delightful. The breakfast was rich and delicious, with thoughtful details evident throughout. Both the facilities and services are impeccable, and the value for money is superb. It's definitely worth repeat visits.

Facilities: Excellent! Choosing the right hotel truly enhances the travel experience.
Environment: The accommodation was fantastic. Compared to our cabin on the Three Gorges cruise, it was much bigger and more comfortable. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious, and the Chongqing noodles were a highlight!
Service: A big shoutout to the front desk staff, both the guys and girls! Also, the hotel's drop-off service was an absolute lifesaver for us, traveling with family. The driver was so warm and thoughtful, providing a perfect end to our Chongqing trip! If we get a chance to visit again, we'll definitely stay here again.

The service at Four Points by Sheraton Chongqing Jiangjin is truly commendable! The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, proactively explaining the Marriott Bonvoy benefits and breakfast arrangements in detail. The restaurant staff were all smiles and patiently asked about our needs, and the cleaning crew were also very friendly. The overall atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, making us feel right at home. It's an ideal choice for both business travelers and families.

We were extremely happy with the room; it's probably one of the best hotels in the area. Being a big brand, the hardware and service were guaranteed. The airport shuttle driver was very patient, constantly calling to guide us on the quickest way out of the airport. Upon check-in, the front desk lady even gave us some Disney merchandise and thoughtfully helped us book the round-trip shuttle to Disney for the next day, so we didn't have to worry about transportation at all. In the evening, we ordered a power bank, and the robot delivered it, which was very convenient. There's a laundry room and gym on the 13th floor, which is great for families as you can get all your dirty laundry done on the same day instead of bringing it home. After a day of flying, the most comfortable thing was the bed; my child fell asleep very quickly. I need to remember the mattress brand to buy the same one. The breakfast was also very rich, with everything you could ask for, I just forgot to take photos. We originally planned to see how this hotel was for our stay in Pudong and switch if we weren't satisfied, but we're absolutely delighted! The kids are happy, and the family loves it, so we're not planning to change hotels and have decided to extend our stay for another two days.

Overall, my stay was excellent, and Sheraton's quality control is consistently good. The location is convenient for getting around, and the lobby is grand and spotless. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and the front desk staff were polite, professional, and quick to respond to requests. The guest room was spacious and very clean, with extremely comfortable bedding and mattress, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had stable water pressure and a full set of amenities. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The gym and pool facilities were complete and fully operational. This hotel offers great value for money and is perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

I needed a hotel while visiting for medical reasons. When I searched for ”Sheraton,” this 4-star Sheraton was the first option that popped up. Upon entering the lobby, I noticed the decor was quite old, but I've stayed in older hotels before, so I was okay with that. However, there was a stuffy, damp smell due to poor ventilation. I hoped it would be better in the room, but the room had the same musty smell. I tried to accept it, but the next morning, I found a leak on the windowsill. Down in the lobby, I sat on a sofa and noticed many stains, and then I even saw an insect crawling by. At that point, I couldn't accept it anymore. Once I had completed most of my admission procedures for the hospital, I decisively changed hotels. I have no idea how this place got its 4-star rating.

The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and they even provide bed rails for families traveling with children. The twin beds can be pushed together and are very comfortable, which is great for families with kids. Upon arrival, we received welcome fruits, and not just the usual apples and oranges, but cherries, yellow tomatoes, and grapes. It shows the hotel puts a lot of thought into their service.
The only downside was that during our two-night stay, the water pressure in the bathroom was very low (it was great on the 5th floor where I stayed previously, but this time I was on the 7th floor). I informed the front desk before heading out during the day, but the water pressure didn't improve. When I showered again in the evening, it was still an issue, and it wasn't convenient to go back to the front desk for maintenance at that point. I hope the hotel thoroughly checks the water pressure on the higher floors.
Overall, I'm still very satisfied, especially since we were going to Disneyland. The subway station is just a block away, and the hotel's underground parking lot was spacious with fast-charging stations, which was incredibly convenient!

I brought my two kids for a one-night stay during the holidays. Upon arriving at the lobby entrance, the hotel staff were very enthusiastic about helping us with our luggage. Then a little mishap occurred – I made a silly mistake and stalled my car. The doorman told me I could park it there temporarily to check in, but to move it to the side. However, I couldn't find my keys, and the car wouldn't start. A kind young man helped me look for them and reassured me not to be nervous. After searching for a long time, I finally realized the keys were in the luggage we had just brought in. It was a bit embarrassing but didn't spoil my mood for checking in.

When checking in, I was told that the themed room wouldn't be ready so quickly as it needed cleaning. I then requested to switch to a standard room so we could check in earlier. I was told they upgraded me to a room with a small balcony, thank you!

My first impression was that the room was very bright and clean. The kids practically stayed in the room all day, not even wanting to go to the pool. They weren't interested in the hotel's game room either.

The pool opens at 9 AM, which is later than most hotels.

Dinner was at the Chinese restaurant on the second floor. I ordered roast pigeon based on reviews, and my daughter wanted mango pomelo sago. I tried to use a group purchase voucher, but was told only one voucher could be used per order. I asked if we could sit at separate tables and use an external phone to buy it, but the waitress seemed a bit reluctant, so I said never mind and didn't order it. I felt this was not very flexible. Also, it took about 15 minutes after we sat down for them to pour water, and I had to ask for it. After asking, I still had to wait. I asked the waiter if pouring water was self-service – it was ridiculous that two waitresses were serving the very loud foreign guests next to us....

Around 7:30 AM the next day, I went to the gym for a run. There was no one there at first, but then two people came a little later. Going early when it's quiet was quite pleasant. Afterwards, I planned to go for a steam bath while waiting for the pool to open at 9 AM. After swimming, I went for breakfast.

The room included breakfast until 10:30 AM. They started clearing up promptly at 10:30 AM, and the staff didn't even announce a 'last call' to guests. At 10:37 AM, when I went to get something, I actually saw the restaurant manager taking a pan-fried dumpling 🥟 directly from the pot with their bare hands to eat, RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY EYES! I specifically asked a staff member what position the woman in the black suit held, and she told me it was their manager. The chef, who was wearing a similar black uniform, was right next to her and must have seen me witness this scene. I chose not to confront them directly, but shouldn't food be tasted with utensils before being served? Eating directly with hands in front of guests in a restaurant is a bit ungraceful, especially for a star-rated hotel.

The front desk service by JINX was incredibly thoughtful and professional. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The newly opened Sheraton in Qingpu New City is fantastic, both in terms of facilities and service. They're incredibly responsive; a quick call for wine glasses or an ice bucket, and it's delivered to your room right away. Special shoutout to the front desk staff, especially one of the ladies there – her service was excellent. Highly recommend staying here; it will definitely be my first choice when I visit Qingpu again.

The Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen boasts an excellent location, ideal for frequent travelers between Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Situated in the Futian Free Trade Zone, it's very close to the Futian and Huanggang Port immigration checkpoints, offering convenient access to Futian CBD and the Convention and Exhibition Center. Getting to Futian Station by taxi is also very easy.

The guest rooms are spacious, and the Four Points' signature comfortable beds provide a great night's sleep. The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete bathroom facilities and stable internet. Some room types even offer river views. The soundproofing is good, ensuring a peaceful rest. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the service attitude was attentive.

The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of options, a good mix of Western and Chinese cuisine, including freshly made Cantonese dim sum like Chee Cheong Fun and Koay Teow. The food quality is consistently good, and the dining environment is comfortable. Hotel amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, a 24-hour gym, and ample parking space in the underground car park, including charging spots, which is very convenient for those traveling by car.

As a Marriott five-star hotel, it offers good value for money overall. It's suitable for both business trips and travelers commuting between Shenzhen and Hong Kong. My stay was very satisfying, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Shenzhen.

The hotel is new with excellent facilities. The room layout is good, simple, and well-proportioned, with no strange orientations.

The large glass facade offers expansive views, and you can clearly see planes taking off and landing at Bao'an Airport. The soundproofing is also good, so you won't be disturbed by noise.

The room has no strange odors, making it a comfortable place to stay.

It's right next to Bao'an Airport, with a subway station and MixC World downstairs, making it incredibly convenient for getting around.

The service is excellent. Martin and Panda are very responsive and try their best to accommodate all reasonable requests.

The dining is also great, far exceeding the average quality of Four Points hotels.

Overall, I highly recommend it!

The room's cleanliness completely exceeded my expectations. Every corner and the bathroom were spotless and odor-free. The hot water came on quickly and was consistent, and all the facilities worked perfectly. The housekeeping service was thorough and attentive, and any requests were promptly addressed. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, making for a truly peaceful and comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

Five-star review! This hotel is a lifesaver for business trips. The hotel environment is quiet, the lobby is grand, and the lobby bar is perfect for impromptu meetings or working. The room is clean and bright, with high hygiene standards, and both the bedding and bathroom facilities are reassuring. The amenities are comprehensive: the gym can meet daily workout needs, the 24-hour self-service laundry room is very convenient for business travelers, and the outdoor heated pool can be used morning and evening. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, so you can start your day right after eating. The lobby offers free billiards, allowing for some relaxation after work. The service is professional and efficient, with quick check-in at the front desk and prompt, polite, and thoughtful responses from housekeeping. Parking is free and hassle-free, no QR code scanning needed, just direct entry and exit, saving time. The surrounding area is also well-equipped: the Science and Technology Museum, International Art Museum, and Hongqiao Park are all nearby for leisure strolls. It's only 1.3km from Wanda Plaza Blue Whale World, making it convenient for business dinners or shopping. A taxi ride to the airport takes about half an hour, so transportation connections are smooth. Overall, the environment, facilities, service, and hygiene are all maintained at a high standard. Five-star rating, I will definitely stay here again!

Five-star review! The hotel's environment and location are great, but the most pleasant surprise was the attention to service details. I'd like to specially mention Coco, who was meticulous and thoughtful before check-in, proactively reminded me about all sorts of check-in information, responded promptly to questions, and was genuinely kind, not offering a generic, 'assembly-line' type of service. These small details really made a great impression, and it's definitely worth coming back. Diana at the front desk handled the check-in process smoothly and was very efficient. The facilities and amenities are comprehensive, with a laundry room and gym. The hygiene was excellent. Overall, a particularly satisfying stay.

My stay here was absolutely perfect, and I have to give a huge shout-out to ZoeyPan at the front desk! From the moment I walked in, I felt her warmth and professionalism. Check-in was efficient and smooth, she was smiling the whole time, and even proactively introduced me to the hotel's facilities and services. During the process, she patiently answered all my small questions with such a gentle and friendly tone, which really made me feel at home. The entire check-in experience was incredibly pleasant, not at all robotic. Thanks to ZoeyPan's attentive service, my stay started off with a wonderful impression. Five-star rating well deserved!
