It was located fairly conveniently, there is a bus that would go from Taoyuan Airport all the way over to a bus stop about 10 min walk away. It’s quite close to bus stops but if you want to ride the MTR, you would need to walk about 15-20 mins. The place is very clean, there is a family mart 2 mins away, and if you need parking there is an underground parking lot which cost additional fees to park, it also fills up at night, so if you need it, let front desk know in advance.

I really enjoyed the hotel's facilities and services; the staff were all very friendly. My favorite was the self-service laundry, which is free (and they thoughtfully provide laundry detergent for guests). For drying, you'll need five 10-dollar coins (you can get change at the front desk).

The room amenities were also good; the TV allowed access to YouTube, Netflix, etc. I wish the bathroom had more hooks for hanging clothes.

There was some renovation work going on inside the hotel, so there might have been a bit of dust and noise, but it wasn't a major issue. What actually startled me more was the sound of other guests opening and closing their doors – perhaps the walls are a bit thin.

The 24-hour snack bar was also very appealing, with a coffee machine, ice cream, instant drinks, small biscuits, and more, all available for guests to take freely.

Downstairs, there's a supermarket, several convenience stores, a bakery, and bubble tea shops. It's also very convenient to walk to the nearby night market and subway station.

Overall, it was a good experience.

I had a very satisfying stay. The hotel is located in the Ximending commercial district, surrounded by an abundance of restaurants, snacks, and shopping options, making it incredibly convenient for both browsing and finding delicious food. It's about a seven-minute walk from the MRT station, offering easy access to various attractions.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent facilities and good hygiene. The overall environment was clean and tidy, making my stay very pleasant. The bed and amenities were well-maintained, meeting all my resting needs during the trip.

The hotel provides a simple breakfast in the common area every day, making it easy for guests to start their day. Additionally, they thoughtfully offer 24-hour complimentary snacks and drinking water, available at any time, which made me feel truly at home.

Our stay at Hub Hotel Ximen–Kunming Branch was excellent, and I highly recommend it. The hotel offers complimentary unlimited bottled water and a variety of bite-sized snack packs, which was a thoughtful touch.

The location is very convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. At the same time, it is far enough from the busy tourist streets of Ximending—about a 5-minute walk away—allowing guests to enjoy a peaceful and restful night’s sleep.

The service and cleanliness were both commendable. Although the hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, the staff managed everything professionally and maintained a clean, organized, and quiet environment throughout. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience.

The hotel is very close to the night market, and the hygiene is also quite good. It's self-check-in, and I would definitely visit again if I have the chance. The hotel's location is pretty good, very close to Songshan MRT Station. I'll definitely be back.

I stayed at this hotel because of a concert at the New Taipei City Exhibition Hall. You can drop off your luggage before checking in, and there are self-service kiosks for both check-in and check-out. The room is very spacious! It comes with a hairdryer, 5 hangers, bath towels, hand towels, disposable slippers, shampoo and body wash, and a bidet. However, the water pressure in the shower is really low. I stayed for 3 nights this time and you can request housekeeping (but I just took out my own trash for the staff, as I didn't feel the need for a full cleaning).

The hotel provides a coffee machine and snacks on the first floor, and the overall environment is very satisfying. There's a slight noise when the room's facilities are operating, but considering its convenient location near Fuzhong Station, I would still prioritize staying here for future business trips.

The check-in process was simple and efficient. The quad room was quite spacious, offering plenty of room for a family with children. Since it was a last-minute stay, I wasn't sure if the hotel provided baby amenities.

The room was clean, and the soundproofing was good; on a higher floor, you could barely hear any street noise.

For this price, the room is quite large and clean, only slightly more expensive than a backpacker's hostel or capsule hotel. The hourly rate makes it ideal for backpackers.
The room had no smoke or other odors.
The bathtub and bidet toilet were a big plus, the water temperature was consistent, and the air conditioning was very comfortable.
Self-check-in was simple and easy to use.
It's very close to Nanya Night Market, with many 24-hour food options.
There are also bus stops nearby, and it's not far from Banqiao Railway Station. It's a quiet place in a bustling area, highly recommended for the price. There's also WiFi and plenty of charging stations.

Overall, my stay here was quite good. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was really nice, allowing for a great night's sleep. The location is convenient with easy access to transportation and good amenities nearby. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with any issues. If the soundproofing could be improved, the experience would be even better, but it was still a pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Hub Hotel on Cisian Road, Kaohsiung. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and both the room and common areas were very well maintained, making my stay comfortable and relaxing.

One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its convenient location. It is within walking distance of the night market, making it easy to enjoy local street food, shopping, and experience the lively atmosphere of Kaohsiung.

The hotel offers great value, combining cleanliness, comfort, and accessibility in one place. I truly appreciated the effort put in by the staff to maintain a pleasant environment for guests.

I highly recommend Hub Hotel to anyone visiting Kaohsiung, especially travellers who want a clean and comfortable place to stay while being close to the night market. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The room was very comfortable, and the location was great too. You can walk to the MRT, and it's just two stops to Formosa Boulevard Station. There are 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Watsons nearby, as well as some local snacks.

The room was spacious, simple, and clean. The bathroom was relatively small but perfectly functional. So far, this is the best value-for-money hotel we've stayed at in Taipei, Taichung, and Kaohsiung.

Most of the front desk staff were very sweet, but one had a really bad attitude. She looked annoyed, didn't respond when I said thank you, and seemed quite fierce.

Overall, the experience was very good.

It’s located on 11th floor of the building so you have to look for the hotel sign in front of the building specifically. My room is spacious for 4 persons. We can unfold our bogs at the same time. They have an automatically bidet too. The location is quite good, it’s not far from the mall,  convenient store and subway station. Just a few stop to any interesting places. The hotel also provide coffee, tea and ice cream for free all day.
