Cleanliness: The room corners and bathroom were spotless, with amenities neatly arranged – absolutely no sense of dirtiness or clutter.
Ambiance: The hotel's decor is very stylish, quiet, and not noisy at all, making it great for photos.
The front desk staff were all very gentle and had excellent attitudes.
Real photos: The pictures are exactly what the room looks like. There were quite a few international travelers too.

2nd floor of a building with two other hotels, location next to a bank and very easy to find. Very close to lightrail station within 10 mins walk and then you can transfer to other station easily. Chaotianmen, Shibati and Jiefangbei all reachable via walking. Longmenhao, Liziba and Eling are reachable via light rail transfer. The room is big. I can watch past TV shows after a long day of traveling outside, which is really entertaining before sleep. Staff are always there willing to help if needed. Only negative is that water in the room barely dry, even after 24 hours, what is the reason for this? For example, water on the floor after shower and washed  wet clothes hang up to dry.

Chongqing has several branches of this hotel, all located in the city center. After comparing a few, I finally settled on this one. It's very close to Yangtze International, just across a bridge – perfect for fangirls like me! 😆 The room layout was well-designed, clean, and bright, and all facilities were well-maintained. The front desk staff was super friendly, and the check-in process was quick and easy, reflecting that relaxed Chongqing vibe. They were also very patient. 👍 The room had excellent soundproofing, ensuring a great night's sleep. Getting around was convenient, with plenty of food, drink, and entertainment options nearby. 👏 My entire stay was easy and stress-free, with hardly any downsides. The only minor thing was having to climb a flight of stairs to get to the hotel, but I called the front desk and they came to help with my luggage, which was very thoughtful. ❤️

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the room has excellent natural light, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The front desk service was warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and the location is convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would choose to stay here again!

This budget hotel has a great location, with bus and subway stops just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. It offers excellent value for money, and the lack of breakfast didn't affect my stay at all.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time! The hotel's environment is quiet and elegant, and the public areas are clean and grand. The guest rooms have excellent natural light, are spotlessly clean, well-equipped with toiletries, and have plenty of hot water, making showers very comfortable. The staff are kind and gentle, and any requests are quickly resolved; the service is especially thoughtful. It's very convenient for dining and transportation nearby, and the overall value for money is absolutely amazing. Highly recommended!

The gym is not a gym. It is a laundry room with a cheap looking bike in it. Might be a treadmill as well. 

The laundry room is very useful. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers. There could be a system to help manage people's washes so that the machines were not left standing full as when I tried to use them they were all in use for most of the evening. 

The biggest problem I had in an otherwise good stay was that the amount of dust in the rooms. On all surfaces (pictured some dust on the phone and a thick layer on the projector) there is dust. When I reported this a quick wipe of the projector was done but no apology or anything like this and no other areas were dusted. The room (and probably hotel) needs a deep clean. 

The projector worked easily enough for me and was good, though I took my own hdmi cable that I plugged into the back, rather than using their system which I had no idea how to use and didn't see any instructions. 

Overall this hotel was good enough and good for the price but not as good as the rating suggests or the list of amenities could be.

My stay at this hotel near Xiaozhai, Xi'an, far exceeded my expectations! The location is excellent, within walking distance to the Xiaozhai commercial area and the subway station, making shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly convenient. The room was clean and tidy, well-ventilated with no strange odors, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a very comfortable night's sleep. Facilities were complete, hot water was consistent, Wi-Fi was fast, and the soundproofing was decent. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making check-in and check-out efficient. It offers incredible value for money. For such a prime location in Xiaozhai, the price is really affordable. It's perfect for tourists and short stays. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Xi'an!
