My wife and I stayed with our 2 children in February. (5 and 1-year old) The weather was ideal for outdoor games. The Theme Park is so beautiful and big that it resembles Disneyland. Especially the rollercoaster is breathtaking. The kids had great fun too. Dolphin show recommended. The hotel rooms are very nice and attractive for children. After leaving the theme park, more play activities should be offered for children in the indoor areas of the hotel and the area for this is a bit small. We would like to be able to leave at least one of our children in the children's club under supervision for 1-2 hours. However, there is no such area. 

Breakfast and lunch are ideal. Dinner is better. However, in an all-inclusive hotel system, squeezed orange juice should not be charged extra.

I am grateful to Bell boy Selim for his help. He made our stay very easy. On the day I was leaving the hotel, he connected our feeding machine to electricity and helped me prepare my little child's food. Therefore, he helped us spend our last day comfortably. I'm appreciated for your kind help.

Nice hotel, new! The guys are trying hard. But still, staying more than two nights gets boring. Be prepared that the large room with a separate living room on the lower floors has a view of the wall. 🤣, photo attached. )))) Naturally, the enterprising guys initially tried to put us in a worse room, which spoiled the initial impression a bit, but after relaxing at dinner (by the way, everything was very tasty) and going on the slides, we got over it. A surprise awaited us in another room: the air conditioner in the bedroom didn't work, my husband slept in the living room... 
It took them 24 hours to fix it. 🤦🏻♀️ Instead of riding the slides, I sat with the repairmen in the room, explaining five times what needed to be done... When they brought a fan, I honestly laughed out loud. The room was just decently priced, not cheap. But if you're positive, nothing will spoil your vacation. 💪. I took off a star for the view of the wall, and for the sleepless night in the heat, and for the next day wasted repairing their air conditioner)))

We were there in January. Of course, we didn’t expect to see all the delights of the hotel territory, but we note that the heated pool was working and waiters served. It was a shame that despite the good sunny weather there were no outdoor activities for the children, everything was done indoors. I can’t say anything bad about this part (children’s animation), but there’s not much good either (saturation is sp****, empty time is filled with watching cartoons or the console, animators often sit on the phone and, in short, everything was somehow relaxed). We went to Land of Legends, it was cool, but there are few attractions for children under 130cm tall.
There are no questions about the food, everything is delicious, sometimes some products disappeared from the shelves and did not appear for a long time. The water park is under renovation, we don’t know what or how it will work in the summer.
The service staff is good, everyone is kind and helpful.

I like the hotel, it was my second time on holiday with my children. The service is up to par. The food is delicious. There are no slides in the pool for children, although they used to be there. But there is unlimited access to the amusement park. It's a pity that it was possible to book a room through the app only for three adults and I had to pay extra for the children on site. Overall, the holiday was a success, thanks to the staff!

From the moment we arrived, I knew this place was special. Amanual welcomed us at the entrance and personally took us to reception such a lovely touch. It’s always the small details that make the difference.

Our room was beautiful, high ceilings, elegant design, and an incredible view over the water. I travel quite a bit and have stayed at many five-star hotels around the world, but this one truly stands out. You can tell there’s real attention to detail here.

The pool is stunning, probably the best in Istanbul  and the breakfast was just as impressive. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented, and the pastries were excellent (whoever the chef is, he’s doing a wonderful job).

I’d also highly recommend having dinner or at least drinks at Josephine Restaurant in the evening. The view, the atmosphere, the service everything was perfect.

It’s rare to find a hotel that feels both luxurious and personal, but Rixos Tersane manages to do exactly that. A beautiful stay from start to finish.

The hotel has a good location: taxis are easy to get to, it is close to a pedestrian street (2 minutes walk), there is a Starbucks on the 1st floor of the building. The service is not bad.

The impression was spoiled by the departure: there is a coffee machine and capsules in the room, and usually in all the hotels where we stayed, including Rixos, this is free, but upon departure they presented a bill for a considerable amount, although before using it we looked at all the signs and nowhere was it said that we would have to pay extra for this. Also, no one reminded us about the deposit, in a hurry we almost left without it. They did not want to give it back for another 10 minutes, claiming that there was nothing, and they did not give a receipt for it upon check-in, so be careful with this.

• The Anniversary Upgrade: To our delight, they upgraded us to a stunning suite for our anniversary. The room was elegant and perfectly captured that ”East meets West” aesthetic.
• The View & Atmosphere: The views from the hotel were absolutely amazing, providing a breathtaking backdrop to our celebrations. You truly feel the Parisian influence in the decor, while the soul of the building remains quintessentially Istanbul.
• Extraordinary Dining: The breakfast was a highlight—fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. We also loved the thoughtful touch of complimentary hot chocolate, which was perfect for the cozy winter atmosphere.
The staff truly went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant and memorable accommodation. Their hospitality turned a simple trip into a lifelong memory.
Highly recommended for couples or anyone wanting a refined, high-touch experience in the heart of Istanbul!

It is an all-inclusive luxury hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh. It is very close to the airport. We have a 150-pound taxi. It is expensive and should be cut to 100. Advantages: 1. The layout of the suite rooms is reasonable, and the bathroom is especially comfortable and spacious. 2, the main restaurant is large enough, rich in variety, lunch, and dinner. Especially for dinner, the outdoor barbecue section has grilled shrimp and grilled fish. Indoor part of salmon, crab, green mussels, squid, all kinds of chicken, beef and mutton. There are no five-star hotels in Egypt that can do this. 3, the children's club is very large, both indoors and outdoors. There is also a small water park. 4, the resort covers a large area, the pool is also enough, no matter which building has a close swimming pool. 5, the evening show is superior in Egypt, the first half hour is to bring the children to dance. The latter is the official program. 6, the shuttle bus in the resort is more frequent, you must take the car at the point. Disadvantages: 1, all-inclusive hotel, three meals, beach, pool, drinks in the theater are free. However, several specialty restaurants such as Japanese restaurants, Turkish restaurants, Italian restaurants, etc. still need to make an appointment and pay. In Egypt we have also tried other all-inclusive hotels. Apart from the main restaurant, other specialty restaurants are basically free. So such an all-inclusive is a bit regrettable. 2, nabq bay's beach is congenitally short, very hard reef, want to snorkel through the trestle and then go to the sea, inconvenient. But the fish is really beautiful and beautiful. In short, based on our experience of living in 11 resorts in the Red Sea of Egypt, this is a great recommendation and will go again.
