I went to Optics Valley for a concert, and this hotel offers round-trip shuttle service, which was super convenient. The room itself was large, clean, and spacious, and the smart toilet was a nice bonus! 

They have a gym and a laundry room, which is great. It's also close to Optics Valley Joy City, so there are tons of food delivery options. Plus, it's near the Optics Valley elevated rail and there are shared bikes everywhere – I could get to Joy City in about 5 minutes on a bike. 

The service was very friendly and good. It’s perfect for a quick trip, and I even managed to see some cherry blossoms while I was there!

My second stay here was just as perfect as the first! I was greeted by the same lovely front desk staff as before; they're all so kind and adorable. I booked the 'Deluxe King' room, and it's incredibly spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning sunset views – the atmosphere is just fantastic. 

The hotel is very close to Hankou Railway Station, with plenty of shopping nearby, making it super convenient for getting around and sightseeing. They even have robots that deliver food to your room, which is a huge plus! The breakfast spread is extensive, and their Hot Dry Noodles are authentic and delicious, so you can enjoy Wuhan's local specialties without even leaving the hotel. The room itself is clean and comfortable, and the service is attentive and thoughtful. It's perfect whether you're traveling for business or leisure. This hotel has definitely made it onto my must-stay list every time I visit Wuhan!

This hotel deserves a perfect five-star rating! The room view was absolutely stunning, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city, and fantastic natural light. The bedding was incredibly soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress offered just the right amount of support – after a long day, lying down felt instantly relaxing, and I slept soundly until morning. The room decor was minimalist yet luxurious, with new and clean facilities and thoughtful touches everywhere, making for a truly comfortable stay.

I especially have to commend the gym! It's fully equipped with treadmills, multi-functional trainers, and more. The environment is clean and bright. Being able to fit in a run or a workout between business meetings instantly relieved my travel fatigue – it's incredibly convenient for business travelers.

The service was warm and attentive, and the location is super convenient for transportation. Whether for a business trip or a vacation, this hotel is absolutely perfect. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly, highly recommend!

Went to see JJ Lin's concert. It's very close to the Five Rings Stadium🏟️. It only takes a few minutes to walk there. The service is also great. I will choose this hotel to stay in next time.

This hotel deserves a full five stars! A special shout-out to the front desk staff – they were incredibly kind and patient, making check-in quick and efficient. They also proactively offered helpful travel tips, which was a lovely touch. The room itself was spotless and spacious, with excellent attention to hygiene details. The mattress was comfortable and the soundproofing was great. The breakfast selection was also rich and varied. Every staff member we encountered was polite and professional, making us feel completely at ease and comfortable throughout our stay. It was an absolutely fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this place. I'll definitely be returning here for my next stay!

Overall, a perfect stay. Vivian at the front desk was incredibly professional, actively helping to resolve issues, and was very friendly and polite. The biggest surprise was the hotel's online reservation system for the laundry facilities; you can book a slot online without having to go there and wait in line. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the soundproofing was also good.

Facilities: The soundproofing in the rooms isn't great; you can hear everything happening in the hallway. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. The gym on the 15th floor is tiny, and half of this building isn't even part of the hotel, it's office space.

Cleanliness: It's quite clean, and the housekeeping staff are very friendly. Just remember to press the 'make up room' button, otherwise, they won't come to clean.

Ambiance: The location is excellent, right next to a subway station.

Service: The hotel robot delivering food is a nice bonus! All the hotel staff are very warm and attentive!

The old five-star standard, the service is very good, that is, from the entrance to the hotel door to the room, there is always a musty smell, the pillow also has a sweat smell, but the parking is convenient, the travel is also very convenient, next to the pedestrian street. The room is relatively large, and the marble on the bathroom wall is a small surprise.

This newly opened five-star hotel near Shanghai Disneyland isn't too far away. As someone with consistently high standards for hotels, I can say my actual stay exceeded expectations in terms of experience and comfort. The amenities are also quite good; the playground on the second floor and some of the restaurants on the first floor are all great. There's also an outdoor infinity pool and a laundry room with dryers on the second floor. The lady who helped with our laundry was so kind; she washed, dried, and folded our clothes and delivered them to our room, which saved us a lot of time. The value for money is outstanding. The hotel's lighting at night is beautiful. We went to the bar for a drink, and the prices were decent, with good quality spirits. As someone who drinks regularly, I could tell it was a good drink, definitely worth a visit. It's also convenient for Disneyland, just a 20-minute drive, and the hotel offers a shuttle service. For this price and this room, it's incredibly good value.

This stay far exceeded my expectations, and I have to give it a glowing review. Upon arrival, Kevin at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and efficient with the check-in process; there were no delays, and he patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. The room's cleanliness was exceptional—the floors, vanity, and bedding were spotless and odor-free. The mattress was perfectly comfortable, providing a truly restful sleep. The soundproofing was excellent; I barely heard any noise from the hallway. Hot water was readily available and maintained a consistent temperature. The location is super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money, making it ideal for both short trips and longer stays. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area.
