I have stayed here a few times. I recommend getting the room with windows, so much better! Comfortable bed, great shower, and there's lots of quick and easy resturants across the road. I use this hotel for work as it is close to the office, just a 10 min walk. The breakfast is also good, buy it there and you save money on it.

The room was shockingly small ,2 people could not get changed at the same time or even pass each other without  one stepping into the bathroom .You could not out of the bed without disturbing your partner, access in and out of the bed the bed was so small . The room was only as wide as the bed 6ft / 1.8m . Our room was only the 6th floor supposedly an up grade on 8th lower grid floor room we had been allocated.
The had a velux roof skylight window, surely a fire hazard . 
For the price £120plus I expected better .
Finally when we were checking out , a young girl was checking in , then the the guy checking her in told her her was 115 ,in a voice loud enough for the whole reception area could hear , surely that is a no no ,especially for young girls travelling alone.
The was however very clean .

The hotel's location in the heart of Soho was great, making it easy to walk to nearby landmarks, and the complimentary services provided were excellent!

Great location. Rwith variety of restaurants and shops nearby. Although the room is basic, it was noise free at night. I had a good overnight stay.

Really proffesional friendly service. Staff all seemed happy in their work and really aim to please.
Have taken membership and advised need to do this with each Z Hotel.
Mentioned it was an Anniversary stay and complimentary, wine and cheese were offered, though no membership at this stage.
Room a little small but that's the nature of the stay, I understand. Spotless rooms.

I stayed in a B-level room, and it seems like others have mentioned this too: it's right by the hallway and the service area. There's all sorts of water noises at night, and the slamming of doors from the next room is incredibly loud. The location is absolutely terrible. The service is good, and the hygiene is pretty clean, but it's ridiculous that this basement room has no window (which wasn't mentioned). Other than that, everything else is fine, the facilities are decent, and the bathroom is very clean. Free Wi-Fi is provided.

Our 4-night stay was a mixed bag. The Good: Incredible location for exploring Chinatown/West End and very polite, helpful front desk staff.
 The Bad: The room design is impractical. The bed is against a drafty window (leading to a cold) and against a wall, making it hard to get out without waking my partner. The bathroom design is unhygienic (hard-to-use soap dispensers and a flush button blocked by the lid). The tap for the hot water was very stiff for some reason. If you are a light sleeper, there was a humming sound all through the night that could be from the air conditioning unit, so be ready with your earplugs.
 The Service: Housekeeping was disappointing. We returned at 4:00 PM to an uncleaned room on the second day when the room was scheduled to be cleaned. The cleaner knocked at the door around 4.20pm and we asked why she left the cleaning so late, she said that our room wasn't a ”priority.” When we asked if the cleaning could be rescheduled for the next day, she just said no. We also had a faulty TV that kept turning off. When maintenance tried to fix it, they left some dust all over the bed and the issue was not fixed. For the price and location, we expected a more seamless experience.

When I arrived at the reception at 9 pm, it was pretty busy already with a queue. However, the reception staff was very friendly and efficient. The reception area was a little small hence the queue, so it could do with some more waiting area. Other than that, everything else was expected clean and cozy spacious room and nice breakfast buffet.￼

Very convenient location with easy access to food, travel spots, train stations and shopping. Just the room is really small. Overall we are stratified and will come back again.

I found this place just by pure luck when there was a Tfl strike and me and my partner were looking for a temporary place to stay as he was visiting. 

This hotel is in an amazing location if you want to be close to Soho and central London. It looks so small from outside but quite a big one, has an amazing restaurant. 

They offered us a complimentary breakfast which was absolutely fantastic. We were both surprised to see such decent clean and fresh food for such a small hotel. 

Don't hesitate if you are looking for a place to stay in this area.

This hotel in Bath offers excellent value for money. It's just a few minutes' walk from Bath's main street, making it a very central location. Being so close to the main street means easy access to all sorts of restaurants, supermarkets, and Bath's main attractions (the Abbey, Roman Baths, River Avon) – all within walking distance. The main draw is definitely the affordable price, which really makes it great value. The room was a bit small, but it had all the necessary amenities, and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Have previously stayed in this hotel several times. We paid for a late check out but ended up having housekeeping knocking on our door and attempting to enter at 10am anyway 🙄. Our tv wasn’t working which go fixed quite promptly in fairness, our bed was rock hard though that we both woke up with sore backs. Not our usual standard of stay.
