"Almost no face-to-face service at all. Luckily I read from other reviews on Trip that you can do online check-in via WhatsApp, otherwise we probably would've had to wait outside the hotel for quite a while. There were some issues with the first room, but the manager agreed to change it for us. Overall, it was okay"

"The apartment is accurate to the photos, really pretty and clean! The attention is really good, the host is really friendly and he has a lot of recommendations, he was really helpful. We were going to be out at 5am the next day and they prepared our breakfast the day before!!! The entrance to the building is in a street which can be a little scary or different, but it’s just the appearance For the elevator you need to pay €0.10 but in the check in they also gave us 2 coins Overall it’s was the best choice"

What truly made my experience special was the owner, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, and the moderate morning breakfast was a lovely touch that added to the homely feel. The location is another major highlight—it’s conveniently close to the metro, making it easy to access any part of the city. Whether you’re here for sightseeing or business, this apartment is perfectly situated for exploring and getting around. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and welcoming stay. You’ll feel right at home here! I would definitely stay again and can’t thank the owner enough for such a pleasant experience.

The front desk staff were kind and efficient. Our room was spacious and bright, just as pictured on their website. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of pastries and cakes, served in a room with a sea view. The location is ideal, perfect for reaching both Piazza del Plebiscito and the various restaurants along the Partenope seafront. Overall, a very positive experience.

GGuest UserIf you're looking for a nice, friendly, unexpensive place to stay in Naples, Hostel Mancini is the spot. Located near Naples Central Station, Metro lines and Centro Istorico, it's a very convenient point to start exploring the city and the region around. The hostel is very clean and a basic (though hearty) breakfast is included. The staff are very friendly and they would give you pretty accurate advice on anything you're planning to do. All in all, great location, great service and great staff.

JJelisavetaStaying at Domis Vesuvio in Naples was one of the best travel decisions we’ve made. The location, just a short walk from the main bus station, made getting around the city incredibly easy. The property looked exactly like the photos — clean, modern, and extremely comfortable. What truly sets this place apart is the staff, they all helped us fell like we were home. Sara and Ginevra are some of the warmest and most helpful people we’ve ever met while traveling. They were always available, ready to answer any question, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. The restaurant downstairs where breakfast is served was another highlight of our stay. The food was absolutely delicious, the portions generous, and the prices very reasonable. The wine they serve is excellent and pairs perfectly with the dishes. The overall value for money far exceeded our expectations. We honestly cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Naples. Next time we visit, we won’t even look for another accommodation — we’ll simply wait until this one is available. Highly, truly recommended.

AAik55jCould have been very good if not for the nightmare drilling through the morning / afternoon throughout my stay!!! Imagine paying to go away on holiday for a few days peace and relaxation & that’s all you hear throughout the day, especially after a belly full of breakfast!!! It really annoyed me & took all shine off the stay! Highlights for anyone planning a stay here is its close proximity to the Metro - Centro Direzionale, it’s accessible from elevator level 0. NOTE: Reception area is on elevator level  -2, which is where arrive if by taxi or bus. I stayed in the 17th floor which has a decent view, see pictures. The breakfast is decent albeit repetitive, good selections available & runs till 10am, the bar isn’t just opposite the breakfast area. These are on elevator level 0. From this level you can head outside to some restaurants/cafes and the Metro - Centro Direzionale is here too. There’s also a nightclub called THE WALL just outside in this area too. I’m sure the maintenance isn’t a permanent thing, but it ruined this particular stay for me, there was little management could do other than say sorry!!

SSvetlana ObermanI 'm not the first time to stop in this area Naples, and I am very comfortable with the location of the building: 3 minutes to Port Nolan Station and 10 minutes from Naples Chentrale. Near the location of several supermarkets, one of them Eurospin with good choice of products and low prices. There are bus stops and tram near the hotel. The hotel is a 3rd floor room with several rooms and kitchens. There are dishes, coffee machine, teapot. Some tables to drink coffee. Rooms are new, with recent repairs and nice design. Good comfortable mattresses, pleasant pillows, new bed linen and towels in enough. In the shower there is always hot water. In the room is a mini-freezer, a toilet table. Every 2 days there is a thorough cleaning, change of towels, refill of bathing. Our room had 2 balconies with a stunning view of the bell and port. Given that the cost of accommodation is quite low, I think it is excellent conditions of arrival with bonuses in the form of a stunning look. The hotel staff was very kind and always stayed in touch to help us with both the settlement and all the other issues that arise. We extended our stay at this hotel for another three days.

GGuest UserThe location is close to Naples Central Station. However, even during the day, the security seems bad, so I came alone as a woman and was a little scared at first. But it was good that there were always police around. There is a supermarket on the bus terminal side of Naples Central Station, and the prices are average, so I recommend it. The hotel amenities are only towels, toilet paper, soap, and one-time shampoo. There is no other refrigerator, cups, toothbrushes, or hair dryer, so please bring everything with you. There is no shower curtain or bath mat, so when you take a shower, the surroundings get wet. Naples Central Station is close and it is cheap, so it is recommended for those who value location rather than the hotel. I do not recommend it for those who want to relax when they return to the hotel or for a few days. It is good for one or two nights. If you want to sightsee and relax, you may want to look for a hotel near the port. The front desk staff were all kind and very helpful. I returned to the hotel with peace of mind. The room was clean and the walls and tables seemed to have been reupholstered, so it was clean. The air conditioning worked well. The hotel itself smells a bit moldy, so it might be a good idea to at least put some air fresheners here and there. If you want to relax in the hotel at night, there is a direct metro line from Naples Central Station, so it might be better to stay at a hotel a little further away from Naples Central Station.
