The hotel is super convenient, just a 1-minute walk from Lianhan Station Exit 5 or 7. If you take Exit 5, there's an elevator, so you don't have to lug your luggage up and down stairs. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily, and they provide two bottles of water. Having a washing machine in the room is a huge plus! There's a CU convenience store on the first floor of the hotel, and a 7-Eleven right across the street. Plus, there are tons of restaurants nearby, offering everything from pork soup and rice, BBQ, and pig's trotters to abalone porridge and cold noodles.

Guest UserEverything was great, except for the rather cold front desk staff.
Location: Absolutely perfect! It's directly across from the Haeundae Tourist Information Center, just a short walk across the pedestrian crossing. The first floor has a convenience store and a bakery, and the second floor hosts three restaurants: the hotel's buffet (serving breakfast and lunch), a king crab restaurant (reservations easily made via Naver), and a sushi place. Step out of the hotel, turn right, and within ten meters, you'll find a McDonald's and Ilpum Hanwoo (which is absolutely delicious). The convenience for dining and accommodation is a solid 10/10 – I was extremely satisfied.
Facilities: The front desk is on the third floor, where you'll also find luggage lockers. Each floor's hallway has an ice machine and a water dispenser. In the room, there are six large paper cups, four bottles of water, and six pour-over coffee packets, so you'll definitely have enough ice and coffee. The hotel also offers airport/city shuttle buses every hour, though I didn't use them. The rooftop infinity pool is on the smaller side, but the view makes up for it. Plus, they manage entry by time slots (for an extra fee), which keeps it clean and peaceful. My room had a partial ocean view facing the beach near the tourist center, not a full 180-degree view, but I was still very happy with it.
Note ⚠️: Remember to bring your own toiletries.

View - If you are keen in wharf / harbor view, this hotel (see images) is along the harbour next to wharf, Songdo, so there is no beach on the wharf. At 4am you can hear commotion at the wharf, interesting for a different view from city or sea view. Nearest Songdo beach is still at distance, it is not at door step.
Booked a large room for family of 4, comes with 1 Queen bed, 1 single, the last pax ended on the floor with Futons. (Although I indicated i had 4 pax, housekeeper does not seem to be aware, replenishes only for 3 pax?). Small hand towels are issued as bath towel, just be aware. Quite common for smaller hotel accommodation here (inn, AirBnB).
Floor heater, water heater works, daily housekeeping. Has bath tub not used at all for winter. Good balcony for sitting in the cold to watch the wharf bustle. Pax using futon had a few bites by bugs, not sure if flew in from outside the room, else the room is clean.
Nice open terrace at roof top with telescope to look into Lotte mall at distance, and the open sea after the bridge on the right.
Complimentary breakfast offering at basement kitchen is available until 9AM (not 9.30am) - kitchen staff will remind you to finish up at close to 9am, and please clear your dishes at collection area, discard leftovers, return cultery, utensils. Breakfast spread : Cereal with milk (only on weekend), ONE slice of toast with jam, egg/s, one fruit or yoghurt, one coffee/tea, ONE juice, one instant noodles (if you want). Only tried for first morning, other mornings has similar menu on the wall.
Staff - looks like husband wife team. Friendly to greet at reception at upper level.
Safety wise - As accommodation is located at harbour with large prime movers and containers movements, it is better to travel in groups to look out for each other. I note the drivers are generally careful to look out for pedestrians on the harbour, wharf. Can be a bit dark at night in the surrounding area of the accommodation.
Plus point - Double entrance door which allow you to lock inner door in case main door is being accessed externally.
Location - About 20mins or so by bus to Busan shopping area where the crowd is. Not too far,
The more popular tourist spots, beach sites is further up northeast at Haeundae beach, which is about 1 hour bus ride away.
Pricing -, for the pricing, there are better known hotel chains going at more economic rates. So need to do proper research before booking.
Else pleasant stay, simple, large room, no fanfare.

Guest UserThis was my first time in Korea and Busan, and I was so lucky to stay at such a great hotel for the concert! I was really happy with the room, facilities, and the view. The subway station is right downstairs, which made it super convenient to get to the city center and the concert venue. Plus, the hotel is right at Haeundae Station; after exiting subway exit 5, it's just about 100m straight to the beach. On June 12th, some ARMYs even ran into J-hope nearby! I absolutely loved it and will definitely stay here again next time.

Guest UserIt's very close to the train station, about a 10-minute walk. The room is a bit small, and laundry service is quite expensive, more so than other hotels. There's a front desk staff member who speaks Chinese, which is very convenient.

Baymond is situated in a perfect location. We were in a walking distance to many restaurants, the beach and convenience stores.
The rooms are on the smaller side. Interior could be upgraded as it is a bit old.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
There is a lovely rooftop pool and sauna on site. Pool and jacuzzi are overlooking the beach and the busy streets of Haeundae.
Places to check out nearby: Busan x the sky, olive young, hot pot spots, Indian restaurants, baskin robins for some ice cream
If you’re looking for a convenient, affordable hotel Baymond is a good choice.

Guest UserThe hotel is in an amazing area, even though the hotel entrance isn't on a very pretty street, the main road is just a few meters away. The only thing we didn't like is that the closet is tiny and only has two hangers. There's nowhere to put suitcases or clothes; you have to open and close your luggage on the floor to get things out. Even in the bathroom, there's no space for toiletries; it's barely big enough for toothbrushes, and there's no room for a toiletry bag. In that regard, it's very inconvenient.

Calvin TscIf you are looking for a stay with a view in Busan, Hotel Adela offers some fantastic visual perks, though it comes with a few logistical ”hurdles”—quite literally, if you end up taking the stairs! Here is a detailed breakdown of what to expect.
The Room & Amenities
The first thing you’ll notice is the generous room size. Unlike many cramped city hotels, there is plenty of space to move around.
The View: The highlight of the stay is undoubtedly the stunning harbor view. Watching the bridge light up at night is a great way to wind down.
Comfort: The beds are comfortable and provide a good night’s rest.
Condition: While the room is clean, some of the furniture is starting to show its age and feels a bit dated.
Facilities: Basic toiletries, drinking water, tea, and coffee are all provided. Note that the toilet and bathtub are in the same space (not separated).
Climate Control: Be aware that during winter and early spring, the air conditioning is disabled. If the room gets too warm, you’ll need to crack the window to let the crisp Busan air in.
The Elevator Challenge (The Biggest Downside)
The most significant drawback is the elevator situation. The hotel only has three elevators, which is insufficient for a building of this size—especially since it is a popular choice for large tour groups from Taiwan, Thailand, and Hong Kong.
Peak Hours: Between 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, the elevators are perpetually packed.
The Struggle: It can be so challenging to catch a lift that I actually had to walk down the stairs from the 15th floor to the lobby. If you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, this is a major factor to consider.
Dining & Convenience
On-site Eats: There is a Korean Fried Chicken restaurant on the 2nd floor that is definitely worth a try—the taste is quite good!
Convenience: A CU convenience store is located right in the lobby, which is incredibly handy for late-night snacks or essentials.
Breakfast Tip: I recommend skipping the hotel breakfast package. The restaurant is on the 24th floor, meaning you have to wait for the elevator to go up, and then wait again to get back down to the lobby to start your day. You’ll save money and time by eating at one of the many local spots nearby.
Location & Accessibility
The location is a strong point for shoppers and explorers:
Metro: About a 7–8 minute walk to Nampo Station.
Shopping: Very close to Lotte Shopping Mall and the famous Gwangbok-ro Shopping Street.
Note: The building is shared with another hotel (North Harbor Hotel), which contributes to the high foot traffic in the lobby and elevators.
Hotel Adela is a solid choice if you value a spacious room with a beautiful view and want to stay near the Nampo-dong action. However, the elevator delays are a serious test of patience. If you choose to stay here, try to avoid traveling in and out of the hotel during peak tour group hours!
Pack your patience for the lobby wait, and definitely grab some fried chicken on the second floor!

The hotel's location is truly fantastic! It's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, and the surrounding area is great for exploring. There are plenty of food options, a market nearby, and the beach is also very close. You can even walk to Haeundae Station from here. Strolling along the beach was incredibly relaxing.
Regarding the accommodation, check-in is strictly after 3 PM; not even 2:30 PM is allowed. English communication was very good, and having a Wowpass machine in the lobby was super convenient. Breakfast was average, but they have a ramen machine, which is a plus! The dining area is small, but they manage breakfast by assigning time slots, which is great because it prevents everyone from crowding together.
The room is small and can't fit two large suitcases. The desk lamp was also broken; I had to go to the lobby to ask for a replacement. From the balcony, you can catch a small glimpse of the beach, but the balcony itself looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, covered in dust. The general cleaning seemed quite perfunctory; there were a bunch of stickers next to the coffee table (probably left by the previous guest, who clearly lacked manners).
I took photos to document everything, please see the pictures.
